Nicoletta didn't know how it was to have a manipulative father. So she didn't say anything. She just pulled herself closer to Emberis.
"Well, at least its in the past now," she remarked.

Feeling Nicoletta pull in closer to him, Emerbis turn his firery eyes back to her and held her close, kissing the top of her head...
"You're right... but it is something all three of us will have to live with for all time... there is nothing that will take away what that vile creature did to us..."

Nicoletta grinned. "Of course I'm going swimming" she remarked.
"Race you to the lake, no teleporting," she stated with a bit of seriousness in her eyes.

Emerbis readied himself for the run to the lake, wondering just how fast Nicoletta could move.

Nicoletta clapped her hands.
"Ready... set... go!" she cried out running out towards the exit of the garden.

Emberis ran after Nicoletta, some what chasing her as the ran out of the garden and headed towards the lake. A smile played on Emberis' lips as he ran.

Cole appeared in the garden square once more and began to admire the flowers again. It was the simple things in life that brough Cole great joy in his old age. Walking around the garden, Cole was once more infront of his mother's statue...
Here am I once more mother... I hope you can see the work I do, and I hope you are proud... I have allowed my heart to be open to people again and have found love... you would like her mother, her name is Xitha...
With a sigh, Cole sat down on the bench next to his mother's statue and continued to look up at her.

Tetsuko landed gracefully, her wings folding and dissappearing. She looked around the garden, the smell of flowers wafting around her. She smiled, forgetting why she had come. Looking around, she noticed the beauty of it all. it was breathtaking, and the only place that had as much beauty as this garden was the angelic realm. This pagoda was astonishing, but Tets couldn't help but wonder of all things it could be- why a pagoda? Shrugging this question off, she shook her head. She sat on a nearby bench, sighing. She turned her golden eyes to the sky. "I'm here, brother," she said quietly to herself. She closed her eyes, smiling at the fond memories of her twin brother. Remembering all the stupid things theyd done, remembering his anger when she left the heirarchy, remembering pillow fights and cooking lessons and other frivolous things, when she opened her eyes, they were wet with tears. It was then she noticed Cole, and walked over to him. She noticed he was looking at a statue of a woman. The woman's face looked very loving and caring. Wiping her eyes, Tetsuko walked slowly over to Cole. "Mind if I join you?" she asked quietly, wiping her eyes and replacing her glasses.

Cole looked over at Tetsuko and nodded his head. When she sat down, Cole returned his eyes to his mother's statue. He noticed she had tears in her eyes...
"Miss your family Tetsuko?"
Cole asked in a calm, understanding voice.
