Just out of the general damage area, Morgan sat on the edge of a table in front of a small cafe, watching the fireworks a few buildings over. She couldn't understand why that little weirdo that couldn't make up his mind about a color scheme was trying to stop the aliens, they'd probably just take what they wanted and leave if people didn't shoot first, ask questions later. A soft pop broke the otherwise quiet atmosphere, and she sucked the gum back into her mouth to begin a new bubble. This looked like it could be interesting, if it came her direction. Thinking in that strain, she muttered a few arcane words under her breath to concentrate her powers and picked up several other tables, floating them in a revolving sphere around her as a shield.

((Signatures off Please.)) Shade looked up through the hole he recently pierced into one of the mechanical death-machines when he spotted a shifting shape high in the sky. for a few minutes each it propelled itself with fire, then shifted and slid on an airborne slope of ice, the flying on a gust of strong wind. The strange shape was a man, He shifted to a man in heavy stone armor and landed on a disc, smashing a hole cleanly through it. He fell as though e were a falling statue, hitting the road upside down and not even flinching. He shifted again to a spirit of electricity and shot upward through another Saucer, stealing it's energy and causing it to plumet. Shade shifted to a yellow and black form as the strange electric man landed next to him with a large smirk. "WeatherMan, good to see you, man it's been a while" The yellow Shade offered his hand. WeatherMan took it and high electric energy. "I have been wherever I choose" Weatherman's form changed and suddenly he was a fire spirit. "And How has my Shifting friend been doing?" Shade shifted to his normal form. "He's been good. So could you help us fight off the metal menace?" "I'll see what I can do, old friend."

((Ack, sorry.)) Morgan's eyes lit up when she saw the elemental being playing with the flying saucers. Ooh, now there's something interesting. Wait... She sighed and snapped her fingers in dissappointment. The elemental was being nice with that color confused guy, which meant he played along with the costumes. Damn, no fun there. Just my luck, always my luck, never gonna be my day. I swear, I must be the most unlucky person on this planet. First the new name, then the power dud, then this. One decent guy seen, and he plays with costumes. Such is my luck.

As soon as he finished speaking to Shade, Weatherman turned and blew a hole in the side of a craft, shortly before shifting into a water form. It took him a moment to decide what to do, but he simply acumulated a lot of water at his feet before morphing into his ice form, he pulled the water into sharp ice spears and launched a barrage on the nearest disc, sending it into the pile at the base of the buildings. Shade and Sonic were busy themselves whan Weatherman shifted to his wind form and slipped away. "I'm hungry... there's a Cafe down there, I wonder if they have Cherry pie..." Weatherman glided down in front of the Cafe and stuck his face on the window and yelled, "GIVE ME THE CHERRY PIE, Or I'll Huff and Puff and blow your house in!"

Morgan blinked for a moment, completely and totally confused, then sighed and shook her head. Oh brother. After a moment's thought, she slid off the table with another sigh and waved her hand near Weatherman's head. It didn't look like he was solid at the moment, and she'd rather not put her hand through someone. "Oi, elemental guy, got no eyes? Nobody's in there. People cleared outta here half an hour ago."

"as a matter of fact I don't give me a moment.." Weatherman Shifted to his fire form and turned to look at her. "Wow, You're hot, but not in the way that I am just...HOT...Moving on, if no one is inside then they won't care if I take some pie. do you want some pie? I'm gettig pie." And with that he melted a hole in the glass window and ran inside, quickly finding the kitchen. Soon he walked out in his ice form holding a cherry pie in one hand and a half eaten slice in the other. He mumbled through a full mouth, "You want thum pie?"

Morgan couldn't help blinking a bit at the strange man's actions. "Um...." This is...odd. Odd to the extreme. And that's coming from me. "I'm...allergic to cherries. Plus I didn't make it, so I don't want to know what brand of cat hair they used in the crust." Plus it could have been poisoned. Too bad for this guy. She leaned back against one of the still standing tables and looked at Weatherman for a long moment. "Who are you anyway?"

(psst... Signature) "Well they call me Weatherman, not sure why though, Call me.... well whatever You call me is what I'll go by. I don't remember my name, if I ever did have one. I've been around longer than this language we speak, but I've resurfaced recently as now mortals take me as a 'hero' rather than a god. I suppose I began as a human, but time has slipped beyond my memory. The farthest back I can remember is eight or nine... thousand years... And I have never learned to control my shifting, as Shade commented when he met me, I'm as unpredictable as the weather. Well I don't suppose that answers your question. They do have blueberry too." Weatherman had been shifting throughout his entire speach.

((Ack...*sighs, puts on list of habits to bust*)) Morgan watched Weatherman through his entire speech, looking at once slightly confused and somewhat amused. "Um...no thanks. Like I said, I'm not sure what brand of cat hair was used in the crust. But it seems you're as much like them as I am. Since you seem to go by Weatherman, then that's what I'll call you. You can call me Morg."

Weatherman sighed, "Well whatever then. So why have you been bouncing around here? with those two busy, you could cause some chaos in other parts of the city..." A loud BANG rang out and Shade shot past them and hit the road, leaving a crater. Shade stood up and pressed a button in his glove. Only a few seconds later a silver jetbike shot up next to him and he climbed on and shot back toward the battle.

Morgan chuckled sofly as she watched Shade go by. "No reason in particular. I don't cause chaos on purpose unless it suits my purposes, and in this instance it really wouldn't further any of my current goals. Plus my version of chaos requires people to be outside, not hiding in the basements of flimsy skyscrapers waiting for their "hero" to fix everything for them. I'll have much more fun after he gets killed and they're all running around trying to figure out what to do with themselves." She shrugged, smiling as she made a slight motion with her hand. On a table next to Weatherman, a small calico kitten seemed to materialize out of thin air. The little thing looked up at the odd man and mewed pitifully, though the sound seemed like an echo of a true mew.

Weatherman shifted to his earth state and smiled, "So wouldn't an earthquake be fitting for chaos if people are in their basements... because unfortunatly that guy won't be dying... just making a bigger mess then the metal things would....." Weatherman's attention was caught by the kitten and he turned to look at it, his smile turning into a wild toothy grin, "KITTY!!" He then reached out to grab to kitten on the table.

((Working on it. *sigh* Made that post when I had, like, two minutes random time on the computer. Wasn't thinking too hard.))
The little kitten darted away from Weatherman's reach, mewing pitifully before hissing at him. Morgan couldn't help smiling as the little thing skittered off the table and ran over to her, hopping from ground to table to her shoulder. "You won't be able to pet it Weatherman, she's not entirely solid."
