I would say that the worst part is how everyone expects me to act like a prim and proper princess and like only girl things, but I like what I like and I don't care what other people think about that. I know I get looked down on sometimes because I like to play videogames and watch horror movies, read horror stories, and to write horror stories. (I can't help it, I'm really pretty good at it for some reason... sweatdrop )

It's like, since we're girls were not as smart and not as "capable" as men, which is again, STUPID! AS IF! Girls can do anything boys can do, I've seen it biggrin

Mm, my periods aren't bad at all. No mood swings or cramps, well occaisionally I'll get a small one, but other than the blood, I hardly notice them. I guess, overall, child birth would be the worst part of being a girl. Because it's basically tearing your vagingo. Not to mention the long nine months of pregnancy with a giant stomach. Though, I also hate the labels that girls give each other. I admit, I've labeled a few girls myself once before, but only because they started off with 'emo b***h' for me. Oh, I totally agree with Yomei about the whole skinny/fat ordeal.

Periods and what chelsea said about being prim and proper.
Men dont have such an open fashion industry as women do. So for a girl to pick one wrong outfit could get you teased and bullied.

Strings Of Destiny Periods and what chelsea said about being prim and proper. Men dont have such an open fashion industry as women do. So for a girl to pick one wrong outfit could get you teased and bullied. Eventually I just gave up and just wear whatever I want, regardless of what people think. I'm much happier now biggrin Though I'm not in school , if I was, I probably would be bullied for my style of what i like to wear. Oh well I was bullied in school, I'm sure I would have been for the same reasons, I'm too nice and people like to use me. I'd like to add something to what I said too, I hate how guys think they have some God given right to stare at us like we are pieces of meat. Or to touch us however they want, regardless of how we feel. If it wasn't for my situation, and that I"m a pacifist, sometimes I'd just like to give them a swift kick in their you know what. Why do boys think that they own the world anyway? (I know not all boys think this way, but it seems like most do or at least the ones I keep running into do)

Then, DOWN WITH THE MEDIA!!!!!!!! >< >< ><
Though you're right. We need more things that show that girls can do anything. Like movies like She's the Man. Amanda Bynes was so kewl in that movie! She showed those boys good!

Periods=Vomiting, practically starve for two days straight (can't keep food down), cramps that are so bad I can barely move and cause sleep deprivation for two days.
On other words, periods=hell.

Yomei I get KILLER periods, so bad that I've been to the doctor several times to see if there's something seriously wrong (there isn't). I also think that the pressures of being a girl are definitely the worst part of it. Guys expect you to sleep with them, and they won't give you the time of day if you don't, but if you do, then you're a whore. You're expected to have a perfect body. If you're too skinny, you're anorexic. If you're a bit chubby, you're fat, and need to work out and diet. I hate the backstabbing of girls, the gossip, the judgment, and how MEAN they can be. Granted, I know tons of great girls, but I know even more who are just terrible. I have way more guy friends, and while guys aren't perfect either, I haven't been hurt by them like I have by the majority of girl friends that I've had over the years. I agree with you completely. I couldn't have said it better myself. Minus the killer periods, though. I'm one of the lucky ones that doesn't get it monthly, it's sort of irregular. Which I got from my mom, since she's the same way. But when I do get my period the cramps are horrible.
