Hoshi no Kenta Lebia frozenwraith wait....what's the duplicate power? I think he was talking about Cutter+stone where kirby turns into a stone and carves himself into a statue of one of his partners from the earlier Kirby's Dreamland 3. It's only DL2, you don't carve out Nago, Pitch or Chuchu. Just Rick, Coo and Kine. Somebody needs to pay attention. You do carve out Pitch, Nago, and Chuchu. With Nago you get a triple jump. With pitch you get a short flutter that's not quite as good as Coo, and with Chuchu you can only jump.

With the tiny bird (sorry, don't know the name), you can fly really high and cover a lot of distance easily.

agumike OMG!!!! KENTA!!!! You didn't know that it did all 6 of them Pitch also rolls after hitting the ground Dude, spare the freak. I didn't really like the combo system to begin with, and as I've stated before, didn't like this game as much. Of course I probably wouldn't of known as a little detail like that. I usually only got the fridge ability, restore my health, and either dodge through the levels or use the KDL standard gameplay. It worked better to do it like that in KDL2, and the same held true here.

Kenta is right. Some of the abilities seem to be for flashy purposes.
Fire + Fire for example. Odds are you Phoenix'd your way to doom.

You know, I think that that game was acatually pretty good. I thought that the combined abalities were kinda cute. By the way, they were saying something about combining copy abalities in the new game comming out for the DS called Kirby: Squeek Squad.

I liked Kirby 64. It wasn't the GREATEST kirby game, but I enjoyed the combo powers system.

So it's easy. I liked it. I haven't played it in a while, though (actually the N64 is collecting dust haha! and it's acting like a Nintendo - you have to blow the cartridges ...)
Kirby looks so squishy ~~

I liked the combo system, but I didnt like the battle system at all, all you had to do was hack your way through with 1 power and that was it, only bosses lasted more than mere seconds. But I cant wait to buy the new game: Kirby squeak squad!, I heard that you can mix powers in there to. and the last time they let you mix was in this game, which was in 1993 or something.
