Captain Balogna I'm a Sailor, hoorah! I got out of boot camp about a week and a half ago. whats your rate? i just started BESS (basic enlisted submarine school) 16aug06. thats when i left RTC

So I'm still stuck at Great Lakes for QM A. well isnt the great lakes base better than RTC? i mean you have freedom now... well as much as your going to get in the navy lol. im currently at the groton ct base, and we have petty officers with red and white ropes like RDCs had (well not all red like theirs) and they think they are RDCs. cept they cant punish us like an RDC could. so they make up for it during PT. oh man is it fun having a diver decide what your going to do for pt sad

Hey everyone... I go to boot camp on April 3rd, turn 22 on April 4th! I put in my request to leave sooner, so hopefully I can.

Well it seems that there aren't many Sailors on here...but that'll change quickly.
I'm already on an awesome ship. It's a cruiser and we're getting ready for deployment that'll happen in a few months.

Well it seems that there aren't many Sailors on here...but that'll change quickly.
I'm already on an awesome ship. It's a cruiser and we're getting ready for deployment that'll happen in a few months. LOL yeah, but i have my extra accounts and i don't think anyone knows what it means, so it's safe. we need more sailors!! so what cruiser are you on?

I may be going into the Army, but I'm the first. My ENTIRE family, those that have served this country anyway have been Navy. So, Navy Rules, though boat life is not for me. Still gotta love da Navy though! heart

I live by one of the big Navy bases in the United States. I live by Bremerton Naval Base in the state of Washington. My father, grandfather and great grandfather were all on the USS Missouri and they enlisted straight out of highschool. That's what I want to do. I want to be an ET (electronics technician) and then go to college and start a family and a career. I have a deep respect for the US Navy and anybody who serves in that branch of the Military.

I ship at the end of the month. 2 months at boot and then off to Charleston for nuke school.

I miss the Navy sad I was at the Naval Academy until I hurt my knee. It really kills me that I won't be in the military anymore. I still pray for every sailor, soldier, and airman everyday.
