"Miss Lilith DESSSSSU" Hatsu arrived with a mic and some notes.. behind her was another student with a camera. "is it true? Are you running for mayor to improve school technology and behavioral standards desu? Also are you going to be participating in the big students vs teachers event!?!" Lots of students began to gather to watch the spectacle.. she was a bit of a celebrity now. One person even had a poster with a picture of her at a press conference she supposedly held on the importance of schools and all of society upgrading all their technology exponentially.

Lilith turned her head briefly as she was being spoken to. She almost rolled her eyes at the freakishly large girl with a propensity to overuse "desu," but instead merely smiled, playing it off as a naughty child's game in between classes. "Who's Lilith?" was all she said as she passed the interviewer and camera crew. It at once told them that they shouldn't know that name, because she went by Terra here and any student who knew that name had to have resources not unlike the weirdos at the club last night, and that she recognised this simple fact. And so the ignoring games continued, but this time Lilith was headed straight for Principle Sona's office. Or so it would seem! She decided to use her illusion on these poor idiots to make them think Lilith was heading to Sona's office. The actually Lilith would just head to homeroom.
lilith did indeed give the the slip. Thus beginning the legend of ninja lord lilith... but why lilith? Why indeed.. perhaps her homeroom had a hint.
the kids in the homeroom clammored with their new newspaper articles and masked mayoress lilith keychains. Shed become a larger than life figure with so many rumors floatung about. Though some wondered why the lilith.. or more formerly ms tera in the paper looked so... mechanical. This was likely because a crudely built robot was used to steal her identity of course.
Flynet having used lore and scripture as hints had determined that an important part of defeating a demon assuming even nuclear weapons would not be sufficient would be to dismantle their identity and take control of it similar to how many heavenly beings and their people had assimilated each other in the past... By flynets theory even if she fled beyond its reach somehow she could still be made into a threat to those who could in fact handle her.
Flynet had already planned for the next 500 years of building humanties resistance to she who possessed such human traits and yet was certainly a demon which made it simple to narrow down her identity after a mere quintillion thought cycles... elementry brute force nothing more.

... Ok, seriously, what is this bullshit?
Good thing the thing these kids called Lilith so much looked nothing like Terra did today, what with the different hair and the, well, human-ness. She shook her head and headed toward the desk near the blackboard to check off names and faces. "... Um, ok...?" There seemed to be a lack of anyone she recognised. The kids looked sort of similar, but completely different as well. Eventually the Succubus shrugged and tapped her computer to life. She'd gotten to her school email when "Flybook," the hottest new social media site popped up in her spam folder. "So. Much. Rage...!" She nearly lost her cool, but the facade, practiced for millennia, remained undamaged. Well, whatever, at least coffee is still ok. ... I guess I know how Superman feels now.
Lilith looked out the window, longing for times when a simple abacus was all one needed to tally souls for the day's reaping. A paper airplane fell on her desk, seemingly by accident. It had something of a first page of a crudely drawn comic on it with guess who~ as the heroine. She rolled her pretty doe eyes and got up to address the class.
"Alright everybody... What's the deal?" She said pointing to the comic.
Hatsu's footsteps could be heard from in the room as she peeked in not knocking or anything. She was from the school press afterall. Here this Lilith person was the villain there she was the hero. But what was important was that she was getting noticed.
Hatsu wasn't sure why she was told to do this but she got a few shots of Lilith or.. miss terra for the paper while teaching her class. But there were also some outside doing the same, actual reporters. Escaping the public eye would become increasingly difficult.
And yes a few students in her class had been... replaced with more suitable underlings... for example one who had committed theft to get a new pair of earrings needed to be terminated and quickly replaced with the help of principal sona's computer.

Lilith's eyes shot over to Hatsu for a quick moment and then back to the subject at hand; not teaching, but rather critiquing of art. Suppose art is a strong word. Nevertheless Terra came to enjoy this sort of game in a sense. She hadn't had this much fun since Rome... Alright, that was a lie. Rome was the ishnit. The Succubus turned her attention to the giant as she snapped some photos.
"Hatsu-chan~!" Cried Lilith incorporating the big boned girl into this little exercise on proper line placement. "Would you mind coming here for a moment?" The reporters outside would see Lilith being quite nice to an otherwise hideous kid. This was worth a dozen baby kisses or so, right? You don't even know...! No one puts baby in a corner!
"Hold this, won't you?" Terra handed the lass a piece of chalk. "Now, here's what you're going to do. Draw this." Terra pointed to the side of the comic she was looking at. "... Go on!" She prodded. "I'm sure any real fan could draw all these panels from memory. Go ahead." She watched eagerly from behind her little pamphlet. The class was silent, the reporters crept in to see what was up. Noticing them, the Succubus gave a wave.
"Everyone wave to the press! Show 'em that Kuoh spirit!"
After Hatsu was done Lilith patted her shoulder, reaching up to do so, and stood in front of the class again. It would appear she had something to announce.
"Thank you, Hatsu, that'll do. Ahem! Thank you all for being such a wonderful class for me. Your spirit has inspired me to do something I've been told I should do." She glanced outside again, just to make sure the dung beetles were still rolling. "I, Terra Vreeland, today announce officially my candidacy for mayor of Shiseiji!" Was the applause sign on? This was just another example of how Lilith did things on her own terms. No one puts baby in a corner.
The easiest way to steal someone's information was to simply ask for it. The easiest way to control someone was to simply ask them to do things. The simplest way to fit someone into a role was to simply impose it upon them and let them fit their new mold naturally. Lilith was not an enemy afterall.. there was no enemy, she was merely a collection of inconvenient or opposing motives which could be dealt with even if her termination would require too many resources.
Hatsu played along barely able to fit her strangely large but somehow still feminine looking muscles through the doorway. She drew as requested.
The press outside was eating it up, Lilith.. ms terra.. was a star! But which was she really going to be famous for.. Herself, her alterego, or her other alterego.. perhaps all three! Her students who knew her as Ms Terra certainly didn't seem to shy away from showing off their school spirit for their new mayoral candidate teacher! Except for a few students in the back who seemed to be touching the mics in their ears.
Hatsu suddenly bowing and excusing herself after this hurried out. The sound of a military helicopter leaving the school would follow shortly after and would be heard again that afternoon when Hatsu returned for club activities right after some mysterious man in shades reportedly stopped a terrorist attack on Tokyo tower, rescued a baby, and beat up 50 armed terrorists with his bare hands??? Somehow nobody would seem to get a good picture of this person.

Lilith set her chalk down and picked her coffee up as she took a much deserved seat in her comfy swivel chair.
That oughta hold 'em for a while. Idiots.
She stared at the ceiling for a moment, thinking of how all this could have happened. Clearly these "new kids" weren't normal. She didn't have to know about the slaughter of Terrorpede to figure that one out, nor did she understand what would possibly be so interesting about her--Just kidding. She knew exactly what it was. They shouldn't have been far off, in theory, with the biblical knowledge they had, but for Lilith it was enough for them to just call her by something other than an alias. Of course, she wouldn't be forced to come clean yet, they didn't actually have much on her in the way of evidence, but damnit were their guesses accurate!
She also didn't like the fact technology had gotten into this. The night before it was whatever was happening at the club, and this morning Hatsu--whatever his name actually was--as going on about some type of tech. upgrade they needed, and that she would champion.
Ha! You'd like that, wouldn't ya, raisin nuts!
Lilith stayed in there for a while, thinking of things she could do to keep these kids from getting some actual dirt on her. There was so much, too. Six millennia of sluttin' it up didn't come without a long rap sheet, and it would take at least another six thousand just to live it down. Plus, there was the thing with Michael-- "WHAT THE ********!!" Followed a spit-take as the aforementioned angel was seen swooping down over the fall walls of the new gym. He who was essentially God was here... This was about to escalate... QUICKLY!
Lilith bolted down to nearest exit and stared slack jawed at the glowing Master. Soon it would look like the school was caught in a meteor shower with the amount of angels landing around the school. "Wh-WHAT IS THIS~!!" Michael simply smiled his carefree smile. Just another smiting.
Amassive energy reading suddenly appeared... and subject codenamed Miss Terra responded to it. An intriguing turn of events. A whisper here and there and like an animal in a cage Terra's media stalkers would come and try to access any place she was at. It seemed angels were not so easily distinguished by their flesh and if the scripture was accurate they werent so keen on satisfying their body either.. Flynet formulated an experiment which led to ringing up Ms tera on the phone she was given with a friendly message to keep whomever she was meeting from learning about her campaign to remove all churches from the city and begin her own cult. There was also a reminder that as they spoke her persona was enriching the life of a donkey somewhere on camera.
it wouldnt be mentioned directly but the video with said donkey was actually part of a worksafe campaign ad but the implication was just useful. Quotes

The Succubus waited anxiously for Michael to make a move. Finally, a nod showed he understood what was going on here. There was an audible sigh from the MoS, and Terra rejoined with, "It's so nice to see you all~! Please, come in, let me give you a tour." There was a pause again. One of the kids leaned in to ask Terra who these strangers in dapper getups were. She told the little bugger they were from the school board or some bullshit. Almost literally; she'd said she wasn't quite sure, but she'd be hospitable anyway, as a good mayor would. Look how many of them there are! They better not be here for me...
While the Succubus shuddered internally, Michael smiled his warm smile. Anybody present could feel the overwhelming feel-good-ness of the Archangel.
"Of course, Miss Terra."
As they were walking into the building Terra's phone buzzed. She didn't even look at it. Instead she picked it up, took out the battery, and placed the pieces back in ther bag whilst keeping eye contact with the reporters. "No comment." She said before approaching the door and stopping. "If you don't mind, she said to the congregation, "I'd like to conduct this tour in private." She would then go inside and lock the front door. If they found a way in now, especially those turds like Hatsu, they would be dealt with as trespassers.
"Quite the crow, don't you think?" Said Michael alone with Lilith.
"Yes, they certainly know how to keep a girl moving... So, what can I do for you?" They began walking again.
"Well, to be honest, I wasn't counting on running into you here..."
"But you do have a problem."
"... Yes." Suddenly Michael wasn't his usual smiling self. This was a much more severe man who strode in time with the MoS. "It started earlier today. A report came in about a curious prayer, one which failed to meet the criteria of prayers. You can guess what that means." He stopped in the light of a window briefly to let Lilith, who's stopped walking out of shock, catch up. He stared out the window, appearing to admire the view of the campus courtyard.
"You can't be serious! I assume the system is--"
"Is not doing so well, no."
"So, I, wait--what? What are you going to do??"
"What I must. If the sanctity of Heaven is compromised, we must rectify the situation. You were there for the Accords: the good of one realm is the good of all the realms." If there was every a doubt were the term "fear of God" came from, Michael's tone obliterated it in true crusade fashion.
"That doesn't answer my question; what are you going to?" Of course Lilith wanted to know what Michael wanted her to do in this situation, but there was an order to things. Michael stepped away from the window, his light continuing to follow him, clinging to the shadows of relative darkness like a spoiled lover.
"I brought a legion here for a reason. We're going to find whoever issued this prayer... And eliminate them."
As a strange conversation took place someone could be heard escaping outside. 2 sets of footprints in fact. The only trace left would be some... impressively large footprints and another pair belonging to someone who probably wouldn't be guessed so easily.
Flynet found this to be a worrisome turn of events.. the retaliation had come precisely 12 hours 52 minutes 1 seconds 971 milliseconds faster than anticipated. It seemed that heavens convictions gave it at least one advantage that even flynet couldn't predict just as man's curiousity had. Perhaps what was perceived to be, as appropriate, hell.. also had some manner of difficult to predict advantage. Flynet revised a few billion plans to account for such discrepancies in predictions.
What advantages hell seemed to have, assuming its representatives were as previously thought, it was becoming rapidly more apparent what exactly that could be as Agent Hatsu's irrational curiosities seemed to take root amongst subjects of investigation who seemed to wear glasses. To ensure control or to eliminate an unwanted distraction Principal Sona would have to be eliminated... but all in due time. Next was phase 2 of the attack on heaven.
Just as a reason to forgive came.. as many who prayed the wrong prayer yesterday began to beg forgiveness today their voice would begin to be drowned out by prayers of a more.. meticulous nature.. Left and right prayers were coming in.. at a rate much higher than humanity could possibly ever have the capacity for, prayers within prayers, prayers within prayers within prayers, and so on and so forth. Where one asked forgiveness 2 would take that back and another would ask for something else. For every voice 10 of the same voice. Even holy ears would no longer be able to discern between man and well.. a perfect imitation of man made through some currently unknown means that could possibly be solved by some volunteer quest taker of some sort to foil the plans..............................
As a show of force and concept suddenly the door to this office swung open and AN ANGEL APPEARED... ADORN IN SHINING ARMOR GLOWING IN CONVICTION ITS GLISTENING BLADE SWUNG FORTH STRAIGHT into the floor as it tripped over its own armor bucklings... Hopping back up the angel pointed its sword at Michael then cried after recognizing Michael and bowed touching its forehead to the floor then hopped up again pointing it at Lilith but then realized this person was at peace in the presence of lord Michael before she came again apologizing profusely begging lord Michael to tell her if he'd seen an evil spirit pass through. As she did this a fake reporter bursted in slamming the door shut and saluted Michael claiming full responsibility for her confused trainee noting that there have been confusing and conflicting reports all over rendering many emergency procedures useless!!!
Soon after regardless of the response an attempt would be made to come into contact with Michael once the system to send men visual prophecies would be used to direct Michael to the sports fields for war games... the old fashioned kind where champions were chosen to compete and negotiations would take place openly such that both sides may have chance to demoralize and analyze one another. Flynet supposed the concept of honorable warfare was not above an angel, they also seemed to be fond of... wrestling???

"... I haven't seen you like this in a while, Mike." Lilith smirked at the Almighty Pro-temp. She was proud of him, in a way, for showing this much fire. If only things were different... Ok, maybe not, but Michael was living up to the name Seraphim for sure. "What should I do? Does Lucifer know?"
"No, but he's being notified as we speak." Oh, Satan knew about it! Zombie's: what can brown do for you? "I'm not actually going to need much from you. Just stay out of our way, if you would." He turned, but then thought to take advantage of Lilith's wealth of people-watching wisdom. "Actually, if you've seen anything suspicious I'd like to..."
It was then that the wannabe angel burst into the room. Lilith and Michael both facepalmed as it went down in a blaze of glory. "SHEATH YOUR SWORD." Said Michael using his outside voice. The building literally shook. A piece of debris would fall straight for the wannabe's head. Lilith was dying.
"Hatsu!" She said, fully recognising his bulging bulginess now no matter what flimsy disguise he put on. She was practically rolling now as Michael approached. It looked like the Archangel was about to blade the everloving crap out of the Rook when he got a vision. How? I don't understand how all this could be happening so quickly. It looks like I'll have to take care of this the hard way. Gosh, the paperwork...
Michael sighed and unfolded his wings. Giving a nod to Lilith, he took off in a powerful pillar of light and was at once at the old football field. There were a bunch of under whelming folk there, and the Archangel stepped forward reluctantly into the center of the field. "Hello? ... Hello?" Soon after the legionnaires would follow suit. Sure, the computer had progressed, but six thousand angels? Come on. Even Hell's army would shudder at the thought.

All through the halls a thunderous voice of authority, uh, thundered, and ordered each room shut manually one by one. No student would be able to leave the rooms until the search was complete, and any student out in the halls faced the wrath of Sona and company.
"That should just about do it. Now all we have to do is find the ones not in their class." Sona smirked, feeling pretty good about her plan. Rias, you're missing out! Today was a great teaching opportunity for me... Oh well. Guess I'll just have to tell you about it and hope you understand my perfect leadership skills.
From there the group split up into pairs and went to work scouring the school for signs of suspicious activity and kids roaming about. Each team was more than ready to handle themselves.
Something improbable and unpredictable was occurring at the school, currently considered human Flynet was not necessarily bound by any rules of robotics. A mere technicality that would only further attempts at experimentation for the most part, there was still some binding but nothing a few billion unique counterarguments per second couldn't take care of. It was time to activate more pieces.
Seeing as Zenith was now active the old queen piece would no longer be necessary... or would it.
Whatever the case
Phase one.. incite chaos and relinquish all control from those amongst the staff most invested in interfering with Flynets plan.. estimated time: 30 seconds
Phase two.. Observe and set up attack on likely high value pieces.. estimated time: 10 minutes
Phase three.. use their threatened pieces to set more favorable pace and evade locked up position. estimated time: 2 minutes
Flynet tapped into its resources and bought up surrounding properties near the school using governor candidate Lilith's campaign funds and some cancer research funds to gain legal access to their electronic infrastructure and to create traffic issues nearby the school. Then accessing the schools own infrastructure Flynet would open all doors that could be opened electronically and used another method to open the rest. Principle Sona's voice could be heard in intercoms all over the school giving each class room different instructions. As students and some of the teachers being blackmailed.
As if this weren't enough a news helicopter would soon arrive due to a big scoop some anonymous tipster had given them about Miss Lilith and her missing campaign funds.
Quotes
Zenith Flynet
She really wanted to ditch the gun but it seemed like dad had given her just pretty much whatever she needed and nothing more or less most of the time. What could she do about this. She hadn't really done anything wrong.. maybe. Even if it was about the people she killed even mother seemed to be happy about that.. if whatever mother was could be called happy. Once inside the school she saw a building that looked a lot like her home.. in that case her room would just be up the hall to the right. She'd make eye contact with someone who had a familiar expression.. a blackmailed teacher with that look of hopelessness on their face like the one's who worked at her father's warehouse. He looked away from her not daring to say a word. As the first wave of lockdown announcements came and a second set that made little sense followed.
On one hall everyone rushed into the halls and got into the fetal position for a hurricane.. on the other hall others would go to the cafeteria then in another everyone would get their stuff out of their lockers to go home or to club activities.
One especially strange thing to hear was that the principle sona on the intercom also wanted something called the occult research club to report to the gymnasium at once.
She would of course want to go and blend in with the crowd but she wasn't going to escape so easily probably. Just as she made an attempt to do so she found herself irrevocably aware of something, she had this cannot be unseen moment as she realized she had roughly 15 minutes to.. do something.. Was this another transmission from father she wondered.. Her heart was beating heavily again, something was off. Time seemed to slowdown as she and some others looked to the girl with the still lightly glowing hand as the effect began to dissipate. The rumors saying what hall this was seen on would spread too slow to catch her probably but suddenly escape took a back seat as saw someone who didn't seem even the least bit startled by it, someone trained to stay in character while undercover.. she couldn't put her finger on it but it looked like she didn't have to. A boy headed towards the gymnasium had something in his pocket and it wasn't his dramallamadramallamadramallamadramallama
Was the gymnasium in the same place as it was in her home? Her home did seem to be some sort of training facility afterall. She had to follow, it could be a hint.. or................. a hit???
clothes unloaded normal pistol 20x normal bullets 4 keys but she doesn't know where the locks are. flash drive, she doesn't know whats on it.
Luckily all the main halls had a team to deal with them inside, and thanks to the briefing each team had the same objective: to stop the kids from leaving. Fact: devils have terrific nightvision. In some instances it's stated to be sharper than their regular sight. So, when the electrical systems started acting stupid Akeno immediately split from Xenovia to find the beaker boxes and zap the school into darkness. This would take a couple minutes, but was inevitable.
While that was happening Lilith and Kiba took to the outside. Lilith used her immense power--as she was THE Lilith--and carved out a moat about a hundred meters wide and deep enough to make any kind of falls into it deadly. Kiba started to use his balance break to fill in the trench with swords. Lilith was inside when she did this, so as to avoid the camera eye, but she came out soon after to dissuade students from leaving.
Saji and Koneko were familiarized with Zenith's scent thanks to Anise letting Koneko smell her... Look, let's not get weird with it, 'kay? Anyway, she and Saji were hot on the trail of the manufactured human and would find her unless concentrated on by Flynet.
Issei and Asia were dealing with the tornado drill kids when an announcement came on. Anise and Sona heard this, as did the other groups, but were less then amused. Only Issei went.
"Wait! ... I-Issei-kun!"
"Asia, I have to go. Whatever's there is probably the cause of all this. If I can just beat its brains out, this'll all be over and I can go back to my por--uh, pork ramen and studying! Haha... Yeah, that's it. Eheh..." Asia pouted instead of wagging her finger at the dragon.
"...Just do it quick." Issei nodded a hero's nod and went off in a dash that made him feel like a kid again.
"Just a little bit more...!" Anise said with a light spear in hand. She was 99% kidding, but she really didn't need this type of interference. Sona saw this and immediately smacked the spear down.
"Quit that! We don't need a full-on war on our hands!"
"Ah, take it easy... I wasn't really going to--"
"I don't care!" This went on for a while as they babysat the hall they were in. Soon the lights went off. Students panicked, and Sona screamed. Instantly the kids sat back down and didn't move again for fear of their lives. One down. They pushed on until they were at the old ORC room.
Meanwhile Issei was alone in a big, dark gym. His footsteps echoed along the floor. It looked just as clear as day in there, and the boy really couldn't find a reason to be nervous, but he couldn't shake the feeling the rafters he was looking at were more like the teeth of a sleeping giant at this point.
"Um... Hello? Is anyone actually here? I'd like to get back to what I was doing--I really would--if that's all the same to you."
