********* knew absolutely everyone. Irene was convinced of that. And while a compliment for the guardian was not a compliment her, she couldn't help but feel just a little bit proud. Of all the senshi that ********* had awakened, she had chosen just a few to groom herself. That was a double-edged sword, since it meant that other senshi were left to struggle alone (not after tonight, she reminded herself with a small grin), but it also meant that she had to be doing something right, to be grouped together with such great people.
And at least Athene wasn't on his own! "The, ah, PSSG? Is that an initialism of your names? Oh, but there's no A in it." What could it stand for? She wanted to ask, but was distracted when Athene checked his new phone. And then again, when her older model went off. She checked the message, and was drafting a reply to Thraen in her head when the older senshi spoke again. It seemed he'd beaten her to it.
"How can I best be of help?" she asked, directing her question more towards Liryn, who had volunteered to go. "Would you like me to accompany you, or should I stay with Miss Ash? Or we could all go; it seems that no one has chosen this particular point for travel."
She was, of course, promptly proven wrong by the arrival of another senshi. A young one, but that didn't bother her particularly. Irene had been fifteen when she had awakened, and there were two chibi senshi on her team. The senshi's sphere did make her wrinkle her nose quickly- pestilence, really?- but she followed it up with a smile. "Welcome, Miss Auriga! I'm Sailor Irene, and it's a pleasure to meet you! I'm so glad you decided to come out this morning. If you're hungry, please have a pastry or two." She gestured to the bag, which was resting a couple of feet away. "And Mist- er, Athene, brought some cookies as well."
Perhaps it was rude to offer things that weren't hers, but she felt it would be ruder still to act as though she was the only one who had thought to bring refreshments. Manners were so important, and so difficult, when dealing with so many people!

The first person to step up with the introductions was a purple-haired girl who seemed very friendly. Auriga beamed at her. "Don't mind if I do," she said, quickly darting over and snatching up two pastries -- both flaky and sweet -- and shoving one unceremoniously into her mouth.
Her chewing was thick and labored, and, despite her typical desire to be seen as refined, she began to talk with her mouth still a little full. "Dnnindt geft tha channce," she swallowed down the bite, "to eat before I left. Barely figured out where this was and made it in time. I thought maybe it was just a rumor, but -- is it true? Are we going to walk on the moon?" If her general demeanor didn't scream 'new senshi,' then this comment probably did.
Still, Auriga seemed perfectly excited about everything -- the tower, the pastries, the moon.
Ash puffed up proudly as the new phone was accepted, looking entirely too pleased with herself. At the mention of the pearl, she waved a paw dismissively.
"The pearl is built in, darling. Its silly to have it floating around on the outside, able to be lost. Better to be all one piece, don't you think? You just hit the icon that looks like the moon the way you'd hit the button on the old one." The guardian said, her pointed ears perking up at Irene's question about teams. That was not the first time a senshi had asked her that... Thraen had too. Was having a team some sort of thing she was missing out on, that they thought she should have one? Thus far, Ash had been more about serving senshi as a whole than in devoting herself to any one person or group.
"Ah... No, I don't have a team. I like being able to help all senshi, rather than just a few." The guardian said with a long yawn that drew her jaws wide open. Tail flicking, she rolled her shoulders gently. "I think maybe Thraen will message us when he's ready to start the meeting. He's thoughtful like that."
The sudden bing from her phone drew Ash's attention and she pulled up the text as Athene mentioned getting the same message.
"Ah... the third ferry is at Meadowview and its a bit of a ways for a cat to make it in time. Mmm... why don't you take Liryn there, Athene? I can stay here with Irene just fine. We aren't getting much action, I'm sure the other ferry could use you two more..." Well... at least, there wasn't, until a new senshi girl made that statement obsolete.
"Hello, darling!" Ash greeted her, perking up and bouncing over to rub against the new girl's legs. "I'm Ash, its a pleasure to meet you, and welcome to Ferry 2. May I see your phone, please, dear? I have an upgrade for it, if you haven't had it done yet! Then you'll be able to take yourself up to the moon for the big meeting!"

Aw, kiiiiiiiiitty~
Maggie knew that not all guardian cats appreciated her immense desire to smoosh their itty bitty cheeky weekies (whether in kitty form or not), but that did nothing to stop the swell of adorable stars that clouded her eyes each time she saw one. COME ON -- they were precious fluffy kittens that liked being dressed up in clothes and could actually talk to her. The teenager had dreamt of having one live with her as a senshi familiar for... well, basically since the day she met one.
And this one called her darling -- how cute was that?
So Ash got a beaming smile that screamed I THINK YOU ARE ADORABLE, OMG! Still, the Senshi of Pestilence did her best to keep those feelings unverbalized. Her fingers tingled to reach out and scratch her ears, regardless. "What, is it going to become an iPhone 5? I'd kill for Facebook on this thing," Auriga said, holding her remaining pastry in one hand and fishing for her phone with the other. She held it out to the girl. "You know, I had this great idea to make a Facebook, but for Senshiphones. Call it Senshibook. And it would have all the social networking features so we could, like, post statuses, say 'hey' to people, and really just up the community factor, you know? How fun would that be? I just need a magical nerdy tech guy to do it with me."
Sailor Auriga was rambling, talking with her hands -- pretty typical stuff. Suddenly, her ears caught up with her brain. "Wait -- so it's true? Like, really true? I'm going to be all Neil Armstrong up on the moon? This is one small step for senshi, one giant leap for mankind?" She began to jump up and down with excitement.
"See, if I had Senshibook, I could look you up, friend request you, and then tag you in status like: Sailor Auriga is going to the moon guys, for real! -- with Ash the Guardian Cat. See, you would be tagged in the status so people would know we were going together."
Athene shook his head at Irene's question "No PSSG is actually short for the Painite Survivor's Support Group" he admitted, his voice slight rueful for a moment before it turned serious as he continued. "All of our group have had a run in with a Nega-General called Painite at some point or another" and at this he looked distance for a moment as he remembered an alleyway, sirens and the dead senshi that had come out of his last meeting with Painite and his subsequent upgrade to eternal.
Then he shook his head slightly, "We actually came together as a group to try and help those new to this - new senshi and knights both, but there are only four of us and only so much that four people can do." His quiet voice was solemn "That's why I want to help out with this BlackWatch that Thraen's proposed, because it can so much more than just the four of us." Not that he'd had much contact with his team lately - unless one counted the message that he'd sent them with what information he'd had about the BlackWatch along with the fact that the meeting for it was tonight.
Irene's suggestion that mayhaps they should all go to help out at Ferry Point 3 was a good one, after all it wasn't as if they were particularly busy here - in fact it was ironically quiet given the problems point 3 was having - senshi and knights arriving and no cat to aura-block.
Ash's suggestion was for him to take Liryn down however whilst she and Irene stayed and mentioned that the third ferry point was based at Meadowview.
"Ok, that works for me" Athene agreed as his phone pinged with another incoming message - another one from Thraen about the third ferry point being at Meadowview. He'd already had the same information from Ash but it didn't stop him from tapping out a quick message of thanks:
SMS Athene (to Thraen): Hi Thraen. Thanks for the info, Liryn's volunteered to go and Ash's asked me to carry him over. Should hopefully be there soon.
He hit send and then tapped out a second message, this time to Ida:
SMS Athene (to Ida): Hi Ida, Thraen's messaged us to let us know that you don't have a cat at your point. We have two cats here - Liryn and Ash and there's no one here so Liryn's volunteered to come help out. I'm going to bring him down so should hopefully be at Meadowview soon. We'll be with you as soon as we can.
Hitting send on that message too, it occurred to him that with Ida being down at Ferry 3 that it would be the first face-to-face contact that he'd had with any of his team members since the night of the blackout, but part of him knew that he'd have to see the rest of the team some time and that he may as well start with this morning and Ida.
He snagged a couple of pastries from Irene's bag, before turning to the purple-haired senshi "Miss Irene do you mind if we scan each other before we go? That way if something comes up here you can hopefully drop me a message and..."
His voice tailed off as at that moment Ferry 2 finally got its first arrival in the form of a brown-haired senshi "Hi Auriga" he said quietly as he smiled, his slight smile friendly. "It's nice to meet you." Irene had already made the introductions so he didn't repeat them, but chimed in agreement with Irene "And please help yourself to any of the food we have on offer. The coffee's plain milk coffee, but you're welcome to that as well."
His voice turned rueful as he continued "I wish we could talk more, but I need to help out at another ferry point, although mayhaps we can talk once we're all up on the Moon." He looked over at Irene and Ash "Do you need me to stay until you come back from ferrying Auriga Irene?"
Whilst Irene's suggestion that they all go and help out at Ferry Point 3 was a good one, Liryn personally didn't like the idea of leaving Ferry Point 2 unmanned - after all even though the tower had been quiet to date there was always the possibility, slight as it was that someone might decide to use this point. "Ash's right" he said cheerfully "I just need someone to take me down, since Meadowview's a bit a away." Although he was happy enough to run as fast as he could he knew speed was of the essence here. "And if we all go then there'll be no one here if someone comes."
Athene was tapping out a message on his phone when he looked over in the dark-haired senshi's direction, but whatever he'd been typing hadn't seemed to take long as he'd moved to snag a couple of the pastries and slip them into his bag as he asked Irene if they could scan each other into contacts.
It seemed as if his thoughts that someone might come had been slightly prophetic as it didn't take long before a senshi arrived in the form of a green-clad, brown-haired senshi and Liryn brushed up against her legs with a friendly "Hi Auriga" even as Athene explained to her that they weren't able to stay long. "Maybe we can talk when we're on the Moon too."
At Athene's query about maybe staying until Irene had done the ferrying he trotted back to the dark-haired senshi "I think Ash should be okay on her own since it'd be just a little bit and Ash is smart and we should probably get over to Meadowview as soon as we can," then he looked back at Ash "Do you want us to stay?" After all he guessed they could stay briefly if Ash and Irene needed them to - although from his point of view it would be up to Ash as she would be the one on her own whilst Irene took Auriga up.

A support group for run-ins with a particular General? It seemed like an odd premise for a team. Or was it? Really, was what the Asteroids did all that different? They helped each other through things, leaned on each other when necessary. No matter in what form it came, or what it was called, support was important. Vital, even. Which was why they were all there.
Ash was of the same mind it seemed, even though she didn't work directly with a team. "I think that trying to help everyone is a noble goal! Hopefully enough people will show up tonight that we can make it a reality." Though their point was fairly quiet, the activity that she was hearing about at the others was promising.
The thought of not having a team was a bit sad, though. While Irene wanted to work to form connections with as many senshi as possible, she was glad to have a smaller group that she knew would have her back when she needed them. Having close bonds with some people didn't mean she couldn't form equally important ones with others... right?
It seemed that Athene and Liryn were ready to go, but not before making one last request. "Yes, by all means, let's take care of scanning!" Since her phone was still in her hands, she held it out in front of her and waited for confirmation, after which she stood up a little straighter, waiting to be scanned in return. "I'll let you know if we have any problems, but we should be fine. If Miss Ash is upgrading everyone's phones, then people can probably do the last leg on their own. Once it's time to begin, I can bring any stragglers."
Not that they would have any, if things continued to be this slow. But rather than dwell on that, she grinned at the ones who would be staying with her. "I guess it's just us ladies now, Miss Ash, Miss Auriga." They seemed to be talking about something, but having missed part of the conversation, she wasn't sure what to make of it. What was a senshibook supposed to be?

Conversations bounced around Auriga, but she was focused on finishing her second pastry, sipping coffee, and waiting to see what cool thing Ash did to her phone. "Hiya," the senshi replied to Athene -- but he seemed busy so she let him get back to it. She zoomed back in on him when he mentioned her name and something about a fairy. The teenager pictured herself suddenly sprouting wings and flying to space. Could princesses do that? Add another reason to her list of why she MUST attain princess status one day.
A furry mass pressed against her legs -- another adorable cat. This one had invited the touching so Auriga squatted down to gently pet the back of his neck. "Hi hi," she said, beaming. So many smiles.
The People in Charge were making plans, which was cool by her. She sucked sugar off her fingers and then directed her attention to Irene. "Ladies' night, woo hoo~" She paused. "I guess it's morning though. So... ladies' morning, woo hoo~" Auriga shook her hips from side to side, hands itching to get her phone back from Ash so she could scan people too.
"I was just telling Ash -- can you imagine how cool it would be to have Facebook, but for our senshiphones? Like, just like FB except it's all senshi. And I guess knights and cats too. How cool would that be?"

The guardian cat returned the beaming smile she got with a lazy rub against ankles, thoroughly enjoying the attention. As far as she was concerned, this is the reception she should always get from senshi. It was only fitting.
"Its something like that, though I'm afraid there is no Facebook for it. I've been thinking about some way to boost networking, but its still in the brainstorming phase." She said as she pounced on the offered phone, setting to it with teeth and paws until it popped open to expose the delicious Mauvian tech inside. These things were SO OLD, but there was just something wonderful about circuits and wires and motherboards and chips... it made Ash tingle from the ends of her whiskers to the tip of her tail, which flicked excited as she gathered herself.
The silver cat made a fancy, athletic leap, spinning to land neatly on her paws as a new phone materialized out of subspace, clattering to the ground beside the old one. Ash set to as soon as she landed, her tail and back end held high in the air in a play bow as she worked a piece out of the old phone and into the new phone, the whole of it snapped back together with neat little clicks.
"Ta-Da!" She grinned as she settled back to sit, paws neatly together. "All done! You should all get moving now, though. I'm fine here by myself for a bit, though our new friend can take herself up alone if she wants. You just push that moon button, darling, when the moon is full..." The guardian said in an aside to the senshi of pestilence.
Auriga watched the whole dance with excitement in her eyes, practically snatching the phone from Ash when it was done. She made a series of pleased cooing signs, clicking through it with her hands while keeping an ear to what Ash was saying. "I am an i-n-d-e-p-e-n-d-e-n-t woman. You know, like Beyonce? I can totally escort myself up there. So then, I just push this--" Her finger tapped the button, and Auriga disappeared, beamed up to space before she could even finish her sentence.
Which was probably for the best.

Irene had agreed to his request, so after letting her scan him, Athene had scanned her back in turn.
With both Irene and Ash both confirming that they would be okay at the ferry point on their own, Athene turned to Liryn as he said quietly "Okay, looks like it's time for us to make a move" as he knelt in order to let the little tabby bobtail spring for and then settle down on his left shoulder.
Gaining his feet he looked back, "I'll leave the cookies, cups and thermos flask here in case in case people come and want them" he said as he made a mental note to remember come back this way after the Moon meeting, if he didn't make it back prior so that he could pick the stuff back up. "And if I don't see you before, then I'll see you all on the Moon."
Then turning Athene headed for the elevator and down so that he could make the jog over to Meadowview.
Having made himself comfortable on Athene's shoulder Liryn called out cheerfully from Athene's shoulder "Bye Auriga, bye Irene, bye Ash - I'll see you later" adding as Athene made his way towards the elevator "And I'll try to upgrade what phones I can." The last was directed at Ash, although if Ferry Point 3 was as busy as the message seemed to suggest it was then phone upgrading was something that would maybe have to wait until on the Moon time.
The elevator dinged and Athene stepped through into the opening doors, pressing the button to take them down to the bottom. Then the doors slid shut and they were off, on the start of the trip over to Meadowview.

Sailor Skadi was late. Like, really really late. Her braid was a complete mess, her bangs falling into her face. If her fuku hadn't come pre-done up, that would've been a disaster too.
In her tiny heels, Skadi ran. She ran as fast as her legs would possibly take her towards Destiny Tower. When she approached the bottom of the tower, she stared up to the very top and groaned rather loudly. She had to get there before she left without her. She absolutely, positively, had to get to space.
Taking a deep breath to get herself psyched up, she exhaled and ran up all of the steps to get to the top of Destiny Tower. When she reached her destination, she was horribly out of breath and gasping for more air. Glancing up, the area seemed pretty well empty. She just barely caught a glimpse of Auriga disappearing.
"Noooooo!" She whined. "Is anyone here? Did I miss it? I wanna go to space! How do I get to space? HelloooooOoOOoOooo?? Anyone out thereeeee?"

[ Ferries CLOSED ] Please focus your posts and attention regard the Black Watch founding on the Moon Ruin thread.
With all Ferries closing, the arrival of their ferryman and mauvians, Eternal Thraen will start off the meetings official business! He will be making with some walls of text, as is his habit, to present the argument and reasoning for the Watch, and his suggestions for its organization. Everyone is welcome to weigh in their opinions and suggestions In-Character. Thraen himself welcomes the democratic process in this, but will himself be policing the discussion if anyone becomes unnecessarily disrespectful. Debate is healthy, fighting amongst themselves is not. (If your character is the sort to be negative or combative, it is perfectly okay! Its a point of believeable conflict, it'll create tension. This is storytelling. Keep IC and OOC separate and fun! We'll roll with it and make it work. If you have ANY questions or concerns, don't hesitate to IM or PM me and we'll square things away.)
It was very nearly time to be off and here came a cute little senshi in frosty blue, looking entirely put out with her lateness.
"Here, darling!" Ash called as she rose to her paws, bounding towards the newcomer with her tail curling in the air. She called back over her shoulder as she went, directing her voice to the remaining senshi. "I'll see you up there Irene, if that's okay! I'm just going to go collect the newbie and have her take me up."
It wasn't long before the Burmilla was coiling herself around trim ankles, purring like a machine and a great smile on her feline face.
"Quickly now, dear, give me your phone. I'll hook you up with an upgrade and then we can be on our way. We don't want them to start without us, do we? You're cutting it close, but I'm confident we'll do just fine." Ash chirped, rearing up on her back legs so she could paw at the senshi's leg. "I'm Ash, by the way. Its a pleasure to meet you, darling."
