Does the reve Rouille thing only work if I put on the skirt after I equip the Rouille or do I have to use the Angelic Lace corset? Because I tried modelling this outfit with the Rouille pose in the Marketplace and the Rouille pose just layered right on top of everything. :/

It does work in a way, but it's not the one I use. The Serafuku scarves are dang useful though.

If you're trying to create an arena quality avi, you might want to consult the Arena forum.
