It looks pretty good, but there are some issues. First, Invictus is a Faction, not a Subset. The staff is fine, but it also means your walking around with a staff, which could be suspicious. You said he's 30, is that how old he was when he was Embraced or has he been a Vampire for 30 years? His Blood Potency cannot be 6, no way in hell could a Neonate get his blood that potent that fast, certainly not without lots of diablerie. Other than those I don't see any problems. As for titles and such, you can pick whatever you want. The Invictus have the most titles out of anyone so if you want them specific to those I'm sure they can be found. Or you can make them up, it doesn't really matter too much. Just note you probably won't have too much standing with the Invictus if your a young member.

Look at my Vampire, he's 117 and his Blood Potency is 4. 1 for starting, 2 for 100 years as a vampire, and 1 for experience.

You may want to up his powers a bit, since he's an Elder. And his BP can go up a little since 4 is his minimum.
