Lila looked around her, she had herself and a small dufflebag of the essentials that she thought she might need, a brush, toothbrush sunscreen, multiple blank notepads and writing implements to help communicate and the like. The demon hadn't left the city in a very long time, it was only at the insistence of the few friends she did have that she did for this occasion. The demon was a quiet pae, she kept to herself for the most part, it was hard to make friends with her disability. Naomi had insisted she needed to get out and meet more pae, make a few new friends, and learn more about her home then just the city. In fact Naomi had escorted her to the ship dock just to make sure she went. Though the angel did not accompany Lila past this point.
With a little apprehension the demon walked the gangplank only to be greeted by a fairy, the fairy began it's little speech and Lila squinted a little to watch it's lips. She had decent practice at it since she'd been doing it most of her life but there was still times she didn't get the right words. Now the only problem was, that just after it's first line of it's speech the fairy turned away from Lila to guide her and yet was still talking. This brought confusion for the demon and she tried to catch up to the speedy fairy to try to get it's attention and see it's lips again though couldn't quite catch up. She didn't have a notepad at hand just at that moment not having expected to need it. She bit at her lower lip a little trying to keep from any emotional tears as she didn't know what to do in this unfamiliar environment.

Vash had been oogling the pamphlet ever since he found it on the table of the little restaurant in the city. Pretty girls... food... pretty girls... donuts... pretty girls... being pampered by fairies... pretty girls.... It didn't take a genius to figure out what drew him to this cruise. In fact once he was up the gangplank it took every ounce of the fairy's patience just to keep Vash's attention. He was nearly following after many of the females like lost puppies even though the fairy had taken hold of him by the collar of his jacket and was pulling him in the direction of his room until they'd arrived. Vash's attention was back to what the fairy was saying once out of sight of the ladies and before long he was hoarding out on a box of donuts. And heading back to the main deck to watch the ship depart.

Aulii took in a deep breath of salty air as he stood on the dock. There was nothing he loved more then being by the sea, other than surfing. When he heard of the opportunity to get a way for a little while, the sunset male jumped right on it, he needed a vacation. It wasn't as if Aulii's life was overly difficult, he was a laid-back beach bum, but a vacation from his permanent life-vacation was always welcome. It was no question that he would choose to go on this island tour. The male picked up his surfboard that was standing at his side, hoping there would be opportunity to use it. He had been dreaming about what the surf might be like at wherever they were going ever since he had signed up for the excursion. Aulii carried the surfboard to the ship and boarded with it, unless he was stopped from bringing it by one of the fairies. That wouldn't be a problem either, he could likely make a new one. This was just easier for the lazy surfer boy. Aulii nodded at the fairies who greeted him. "Thanks dudes." Aulii responded as he made his way to his room to drop off his board. He quickly made his way back up to deck though, he wasn't one for hiding away in his cabin. "Hey, can I have a drink?" Aulii motioned to one of the fairies. Now this was the life. On the other hand, Dysmas was staring at the busy port practically trembling. The boy typically stuck to himself in all of his shyness, and seeing so many pae in one place. Maybe he should turn back. He was still struggling with the insecurities of who he was. At least here, on land, maybe he wouldn't look so odd? That was his hope, it was normal for Naiad to have legs when they were on land. Dysmas gulped, and tucked in his water wings close to his back, partially ashamed of his heritage. As he boarded the ship, the water angel quickly took to his cabin to hide away. There were so many pae on deck. He wasn't interested in the idea of crashing the party, and decided to sit on the edge of his bed until things calmed down up there. As he hung his head, Dysmas took a deep breath trying to remember why he had decided to go on this journey in the first place, he needed something to hold onto to keep himself from fleeing before the ship took off. He had gotten the brochure that everyone else had, and the young male was still on a journey trying to figure out who he was, he was grasping for answers anywhere he could. The timing of the brochure's arrival made it seem like an answer to his question, and the answers couldn't possibly be in the forest or mountain. He was a creature of land and sea, Dysmas knew that much.

Finding his room was easy, and it was nice inside. All in all, it looked like a comfortable place to spend his nights relaxing after a day full of what he hoped would be fun. He flopped on the bed and smiled as his mellon, Rio, rested on his stomach. "So. What should we do now? Take a nap? Explore the ship?" Kobalt asked of his companion. Rio seemed to think for a moment, but then flittered over to the door. "Exploring it is!" the blue angel pae said and hopped up and left his room to explore the ship.

A huge grin was spread across Hjörtur's face as he came onto the boat. Oh yes... he was going to enjoy this. The atmosphere was perfect: warm sunrays, luxury, so much good food. What more could he ask for? He hummed to himself as he followed the little fairy to his sleeping quarters, beckoning for them to stop and return. "One of your finest drinks please... Oh! The bubbly kind. As well as whatever specialties the land has to offer."
It had been ages since he was last surfaced. Wait, had he actually ever been to the surface? No matter.
As the little fairy came back, a tray filled with fine cheeses and a glass of campaign, the fish took them and promptly left the room, looking around the rest of the boat. Hmm... What to do... What to do...?

Why, oh why had she even thought this might possibly be a good idea? She frowned at her brochure, standing rather awkwardly at the port. First the Guardian event, now this...she looked up at the sky, wondering where on the island her mother had gone. She had visited these silly things, hoping to find her. It was easier to find someone when they came to you then trying to search the entire island. But Tartara hadn't shown up at the party, and it didn't seem like she was here...but there was only one way to know for certain. She swallowed hard before starting up the ramp, blushing wildly when the fae addressed her. "T-Th..." The demonic wanted to thank them, but her voice was lost with her anxiety reaching new heights. The festival hadn't been this busy...there were so many pae! It was all she could do to keep from running towards her room instead of towards her home. As soon as the door clicked behind her, she felt a huge relief. Only...she wouldn't find anyone here. There was only her. I...have to go search the ship... The painfully shy female slowly stepped out of her room to make her way to the deck, a hand feeling her flower for comfort. There was a pae with a strange board, a blonde haired purple demonic, there was... "Vash?" Blushing wildly, she moved towards the broom-headed pae. Despite him being a near-stranger to her, he was the only one there she knew at all. What. In. The. Isle. Was. She. THINKING?! WHY AM I GOING ON A CRUISE?! Why was she willingly going onto WATER? Thoughts of an accident happening and sinking the ship slipped into her mind, bristling her fur. A soft, almost inaudible squeak managed to escape her lips as she looked in horror of her horrible mistake. Yuki had begged her to go with him, saying it was a good way to address both of their crippling fears of water. Only...Yuki caught a cold two days prior. She had tried to explain she couldn't possibly go without him but he could be so...stubborn. Her tail tucked itself between her legs, her face painted with her obvious discomfort. And she hadn't even boarded yet. She didn't actually HAVE to go on...she could just hide out in the forest and tell Yuki she went and had a good time. Only...deceiving her beloved brother? She slowly edged her way to the ramp, all but hissing at the fae as they approached her. "Don't touch me...don't look at me...just get me to my room." Her normal catty personality was turned up to full out witch-mode with her irrational fear sloshing below her feet. She'd just hide in her room all trip. That's it. She'd hide there and wouldn't leave EVER and could convince herself there wasn't water beneath her. She would just..."Vash?" She stopped dead in her tracks, golden eyes wide. Much to the distress of her fae guide as she had already told them not to touch her and she was now completely ignoring their cries to continue. But her heart quivered in her chest, much more afraid now of the male than she had been of the ocean. A pink demonic was standing beside him. She...she had been replaced? Slowly she turned and continued to her room, delighting her guides. Once there and the door closed, the feline pae slumped into her bed. For the first time in a very, very long time...she cried.

A cruise...how interesting. Preoccupied with her pamphlet, the female moved up the ramp to give half an ear to the fae. She really had tried to get Dayht to come, hoping to bring her out of her extreme depression...but to no luck. Apollo had effectively shattered her heart into pieces. With no danger around her, she moved in auto-pilot to her room as she re-read the activities. A soothing vacation, away from the bad memories at the isle. Problem was, it had all been for Dayht. Only when she had declined, Niday couldn't back out. Once mentioned, Dayht saw it as a way for the twin to escape HER! As if the bright, cheery, beautiful Day Fae could ever be a burden. As annoying as her twin was, she loved being around Dayht. Especially now, in her time of need... I should be at home, taking care of her. But having her go to the trip was the first time in months Day had smiled, happy at the thought of her having a good trip. ...I'll stay here, for you Day.

Getting away from his mother was ... nice.
They didn't live together anymore, sure, but she frequently showed up to ask him questions or poke at some of his bubbles and that wasn't really Lisandru's idea of, uhm, fun. Was that what it was? The Pae'il awkwardly fidgeted in line, moving to pet the taipan that sat on his shoulder every once in a while as a source of comfort. There were too many people here, though. Lisandru wasn't particularly fond of ... giant ... crowds. They meant he had to be more cautious, considering he was worried about accidentally poisoning someone.
Lisandru nodded to the fairy when he spoke to him, hoping that the fairy would stop talking as quickly as possible. Yes, he needed to get to his room... That would be a good place to go. Perhaps he wouldn't have to worry about the crowd of people on the deck if he did that. He could come back out once people started doing their standard activities around the ship.
He scurried towards where he was pointed, almost a bit too eager to get below deck, and therefore, below any concerns, but it wasn't before a rather enthusiastic fae started coming in his direction. Lisandru's eyes widened a tad, realizing that she was running around and shaking everyone's hands. Think fast, Lisandru. He couldn't just have anypae shaking his hand, right? They needed to be ready for it and he needed to make sure he wasn't going to be a problem to them and--
"I'm sick," was his excuse to the handshaking, yanking his hand closer to himself before she had a chance to grab it, "but I'm sure the trip will be great!"
Yeah, nice enthusiasm, Lisandru. Sounded it.
He immediately scrambled to his room, shutting himself in it with a sigh of relief. Was there fairy knocking on the door? After setting the taipan on the bed, he got back up, moving to the door. "Yes?"
"Do you need anything, sir?"
Lisandru grimaced. "How about a pair of gloves?"
That'd help a bit...

Prisma had managed to shake a lot of hands in her go about the boat, most including fairies, whether they wanted too or not. Except for one pae that escaped her, saying that he was sick and quickly shut himself in his room.
Pausing, she tilted her head and watched curiously, a frown on her face. "Oh heavens no! Sick is not good, not extremely!' she fretted, flittering back over to his door and inspecting him over once, or twice, or many times, at least looking anyway. The fairy in the door blocked her from actually getting a hand on him, which was probably a good thing, since she would have checked for a fever despite him saying he was sick and retracting his hand. "You must get better! how will we all have happy happy times on this cruise if you are unwell!" she frowned again and put her hands on her hips.
This wouldn't do at all. And why did he ask for gloves? "To not spread germs! You are most smart, yes extremely! OH WONDROUS!" she suddenly burst out, nothing making a lick of sense except in her own mind. Because apparently gloves = stopper on all things sick. "Still though, drink lots lots! You must stay healthy!" she cooed again and twirled around in place, grabbing the fair to twirl with him.
If anyone had bubbles, she was more than half a bubble off plumb.... extremely.

Had she followed him?!
Oh, mother--
Lisandru's eyes widened as he saw the fae once again, rather surprised by the fact that she somehow found him despite his scurrying. And she seemed pretty worried. Great. Would he have to pretend to actually be sick now? That was why he wasn't supposed to lie, because then things got mixed up, and then he'd be kicked off the boat to the healing house and he hated that place...
He did appreciate her concern, though there wasn't really anything that would go away, or could be healed, for that matter. Could the fairy just get him the gloves already? He wrung his hands, nodding to the overly concerned fae in thanks. And he appreciated the compliment to his intelligence, too. Lisandru had hoped he was intelligent. He had to inherit something good from his mother, right? Besides from these awful bubbles, though he didn't know where those came from...
His eyes widened as she twirled with the poor fairy. Was that ... necessary?
Wait, she recommended he drink water. Maybe that was how he could get her to go away, at least until he had some gloves! Yes, that would work. He tilted his head, gesturing to the hallway. "Could you get me some water, actually?"
If she was so eager to help him, maybe she'd go do it and he could resolve the whole ... issue with her possibly touching his hands. Though that didn't really protect anything else. Hm...

For someone who spent more or less every hour in the water, waking or not, Szoorne was becoming quite familiar with something called seasickness as he got onto the boat. He was aware of the inherent irony in that situation and so resigned himself to taking slow, deep breaths and fixating his gaze on a point above the horizon as much as he could. He adjusted the bag on his shoulder, glad that he'd had the foresight to use stone to make it. Sturdy, waterproof... Szoorne did wonder, however, if a bag made from fabric made from stone could grow moss and algae when exposed to water. Better than mold, he supposed. Checking to see which room was his, he shifted his bag on his shoulder. It took a moment to get going properly, as he felt a wave of nausea rise up in his gut. Fighting it down, he began to head off towards his quarters. He could at least get settled in while they waited. ---------------------------------------- She liked the smell of the air, liked the sun on her shoulders, liked the gathering of people around her. She, honestly, had been overjoyed at the chance to go on this cruise. Thalia had not really gotten a chance to go out and do anything lately. So this chance to kick back and relax had been more than welcome. Her wings stretched, though careful not to smack anyone as she passed, before folding again. She couldn't help the cheerful, open smiles she gave the others that she passed by, nor the impulse to give short waves. She didn't much know anyone here, but that was half the point- to get out and meet new people aside whom she saw regularly. Not that there was anything wrong with whom she saw regularly but this at least would widen her horizons a bit. Broaden. Broaden her horizons. Not yet ready to go to her room, Thalia moved towards the rails to look over the side of the ship. This was incredibly exciting, and the prospect got more and more thrilling by the second. Oh this would be fun. This would be a lot of fun.

Brandy walked up to the port of Telrunya; she had been, once again, harassed by her mother to get out of the house and to stop moping around. Seriously, did that woman have anything better to do other than meddle in her life? Did she learn NOTHING from the last push where that stupid man let her get her hopes and heart up only to crush them?
Apparently not, and now here she was, stepping onto the ship and being led to her room. Maybe she could just hide in here this whole time. This idea lasted for all of three minutes before she found herself back out on the deck, unable to stay in that tiny room any longer.

Having finished his drink and cheese, he discarded the remaining tableware on some nearby railing and continued on his merry way, a smile plastered on his face. Oh, yes, this was absolutely perfect!
As Hjörtur noticed a blue female in the far distance, his attention was immediately captured by her radiating beauty and charm; she was simply breathtaking, that curling and shining hair, those soft wings unlike anything he had ever seen... He wished to woo her, or, well, to ask her to dance with him. Pulling out his bone flute, he blew into it lightly to test it on the surface. Satisfied with its tune, he raised it into its proper place and took a skip as he moved forward, blowing into it and playing a tune similar to this: [x]. It was one of his favorites that he knew. and his eyes searched among the crowd for others who may be interested in joining before locking forward, in the direction of that blue beauty.

The highly excited Fae stopped and peered at the other. For a moment she forgot what had happened until he asked her a question. Water! That's right, he was sick and he needed water! "Water! Yes extremely, I will fetch you some water!" she gleed and danced around, releasing the fairy she was twirling with finally before flittering over close to the sick pae's face. "Luckily, there will be plenty!" she said, only assuming. "You must drink drink it all up up!" she smiled and then flittered off down the hall way. "I am off on a Journey, oh exciting happy happy times!" she blared down the hall.
A journey, that is what she would make of it! A might epic journey to quell the thirst of a sick pae who needed her help in order to have the best of times and enjoy the cruise! But where would she start? She hadn't a clue about the boats interior, let alone exterior. This made her pause for a second as she mumbled to herself. "Oh my Where do I begin?" she said as she tapped a finger to her lips. "AHA! MOST EXCELLENT! Surely others in their rooms have lots of water, yes yes! Extremely!" she beamed and continued fluttering about down the hall, twirling in some strange sort fashion that made her look like a mix of being drunk and rolling.
She stopped to poke her head into many rooms, loudly declaring a need for water and when the reactions she got were nothing but shock and uncertainty, she moved on. This would continue for several long minutes no doubt.

Vash was leaning backwards against the railing of the ship, the view outwards really didn't interest him. There was far too many pretty girls to look at ON the ship. He didn't even notice his box of donuts was almost empty now due to it all. A familiar pink demon came into his line of sight in the last couple donuts of the box and he grinned "Ahh it's my damsel in distress" he said to her and swallowed the last of the donut in his hand, his eyes becoming as usual a little starstruck when a female paid him any heed even if it was negative heed. He remember this one, he glanced quickly to her hair "And she has her pretty flower upon her pretty head!" Now the donuts were all but forgotten as he spoke
