*As the male approached the Comm Building, he greeted the coworkers that he passed along the way. The man was William Sinclair, son of the great movie director and hollywood actress. Though when he out into the world on missions he normally went by the alias "Shawn Cunningham". He had to keep a low profile, considering his background and the fact he was suppose to be dead. But this still didn't stop him from accomplishing missions in the name of the Noe Union*
*Once he made it to the Comm Building, he approached Regi's office. Before he could knock on the door, the man screamed and startled William which make him drop all his files*
"Ah! Oh no!"
*He quickly went down to pick them all up to present to the comm director. That is unless Jezebel did something unspeakably evil. Like robbing him of his underwear. Again*

Jezebel stopped walking, hearing Regi scream, he must of found her receipt for the apache. Oh those were good times. Skipping past one of Inanna's pet humans she opened the door and glomping Regi to the floor.
"Did ya miss me, Regi?" She smiled looking down at the Aussie. "What did I do wrong, now? What do I need to explain?"

Shelby quirked her eyebrows and lightly chuckled as the awkward scene unfolded. Regi was on the floor with Jezebel on top of him and William was trying to pick up papers scattered everywhere. She had simply given up trying to understand the weird relationship between the Aussie and the slightly deranged woman. Shelby thought that deep down Jezebel's erratic behavior was all an act anyhow. Pushing the socially acceptable limits was simply a well maintained hobby. Since she did no real harm to anyone or herself, there was little intervention needed. Besides she found her behavior refreshing; things often got way too serious around here.
It wasn't long before she was helping William collect the assorted files and paperwork. Once that was done and stacked back on the desk, she turned her attention to the unintended couple. "Should we leave you two alone so you can profess undying love for one another? I can come back in ten minutes if you like?" She almost said that with a straight face, but not quite.
Before waiting for a response she turned her attention to William. "Ah Mr. Sinclair. So good to see you again. What brings you here today?" Once again her tone was light and welcoming.

*Regi pushed off Jezebel and stood up brushing himself off the man sighed while giving a glare at both females. He always got the short end of the stick dealing with the girls...didn't help he couldn't bring himself to hurt the Noe women in any way. Sighing the Aussie began to speak up. He just ignored the comments the women had made...saying something wouldn't help him any and only make things worse for him.* Regi - I know why Shelby and Jezebel are here and before I continue any further. *After turning to his desk he picked up a key and showed it to Jezebel. This is why she was here after all.* Regi - Jez, the key to your new room and two when Inanna wakes up I am informing her about the Apache you bought...with the Noe funds. *It was a split second after that did the man note that Jezebel made a high pitched squealing sound not known to man. This caused him to wince terribly and when he was freed from that reaction both the key and the psycho was gone. After blinking a few times the white haired Aussie turned to Doctor. He didn't want her waiting around here much longer than she wanted to. The Comm Director knew she had other things to tend to then his little errand but he found himself too concerned about Inanna. His little sheila was not someone accustom to something like this yet...even though she had been here for something like 4 to 5 years, the red head still yearned for her old life back...something she would never get.* Regi - That pyscho sheila...aye, anyway what happened Shelby? What are we dealing with?

Just like that Shelby's expression changed from effervescent to pensive. "Poison." It was bluntly stated, but effective enough to answer Regi's question. "Thank the graces it isn't life threatening. Even without the antidote, it's easily treatable. Recovery on the other hand will not be as easy. This was after all a poison designed to immobilize, not necessarily kill."
The empathy on Shelby's face was palpable. "Inanna simply needs rest and not a lot of interaction at this point, at least not until she's ready. I know it's hard for her, but she really mustn't push herself this time." Knowing that Regi and the others would ensure this as best as possible she continued. "She'll probably experience intense headaches, nausea, muscle stiffness and nerve inflammation. This should last about a day or so with lingering aches and pains over the next few days, even weeks if she doesn't take care of herself properly. Our esteemed Dr. Fields has prescribed her some medications to help make her comfortable."
There was a lingering question that remained as she spoke. Shelby paused a moment before asking. "Do you have any idea what exactly happened out there? That Kepi moron with the fake movie accent was droning on about her killing our own people?" Shelby's face was a mask of concern while her own feelings drifted towards regret. I should have been out there.

Regi - Dammit all... *The Aussie knew it was bad but he didn't know how bad till now. They wouldn't lose is the red head but she wouldn't be in any condition to deal with people. Probably for a few days if not longer. Knowing Inanna she would stay away from the pills as best she could. The girl had been addicted to ephedrine a while back because there was so much that got dumped on her and she couldn't keep up with it all... It was then the doctor asked him a question he wished he had more information on. Sadly, he didn't and with emotions running high people wanted answers something he couldn't provide at this time. Sitting down in his chair the Aussie took a breath.* Regi - I don't have all the details Shelby. Had to shut down the system to keep the Kepi at bay, right now it is going through all the files and scrubbing them clean, seeing we are still offline anything they put in here will be taken care of. The one that does have the intel just ran off after impersonating a bat. Tomorrow morning we are going have our normal meeting in which it will all be covered, I will make sure of it. All I know is that the people from the dig site are alright. *Looking out the window Regi did note how the lights were acting. Being underground there was no sense of time. The cavern was constantly lite by high powered flood lights and they dimmed when it was night time to give people some sense of what was going on in the outside world. The lights right now were dim. Inanna was rescued at about 1 in the afternoon and it was a 7 or 8 hour flight back here. Not to mention they had flown over a good few time zones so estimating exact time didn't always work. He just that himself and a good few others would be tired. Regi - It is sometime in the morning right now. Maybe one or two. People should be turning here soon. Everyone is tired and or worried. The meeting will be around 10 or 11, to give people enough chance to rest...we will know more when we all wake up.

"Is it really that late? I swear I never know what time it truly is around here even when the lights are working correctly." Shelby shrugged and resigned herself to the briefing later today. Despite this the news the dig team's survival had been a relief and a spot of needed good news. Even if the Aussie was right about the time, her body and mind were hardly tired. The adrenaline hadn't completely worn off yet. "Any good news is better than the bad news we've been dealing with the past 12 hours. I really wish I could head back to my room and fall dead asleep, guess I'll have to find something to do to make me sleepy. Don't want to be falling asleep during the briefing."
Before she left, she grinned and approached him, lightly placed her hand on Regi's arm. "Don't you go wearing yourself out either Reg. I mean it this time. If you can, try to delegate some of the menial tasks to others. If you need anything, you know all you have to do is speak up."

*The white haired man chuckled a bit at the way the other handled hearing what time it was. Living down here for so long was the only reason that Regi was used to such a thing. He was still a bit wired himself from everything so he could understand why Shelby would having issues. Here was hoping she could get some sleep in. Still she seemed relieved and even expressed such from hearing that the dig crew were okay. Still something didn't sit right with Regi. What exactly happened? One minute he is hearing that Inanna had killed them but then he was told that they were dropping the people off safe and sound. Jezebel was the one who seemed to have all that information but right now Regi was fine with the distance. It looked like she would be leaving soon and the Aussie understood why. He was about to go back to his files when she came up and got his attention. She didn't want him to burn out either. If they had a Second both himself and Colleen could take a break from everything they had to do but that wasn't very likely. Returning the smile the Regi nodded.* Regi - Thanks for the reminder, no promises though but for the moment I can't do anything but the menial tasks. I am not sure how long this will be offline but I will have that information when I wake up. But head to the bar ask the bartender for something, I'm sure he'll have something to calm your nerves. I myself will be turning in soon as well.

Reen listened as the doc came out of Inanna's room and spoke to James. He nodded, taking this news as good news. Not that it was great, but Inanna would survive. He then looked at James who had taken position across the hall. He admired the man's loyalty, always had. He didn't know why James held this loyalty but it didn't really matter to him. As long as he was protecting Inanna that was all that mattered.
He cocked his head as he heard a male voice yell something. Reen's hearing was superb but it was too muffled to make out. He was able to figure it out soon after however when a piercing screech came from the same direction. He sighed. Regi and Jezebel were at it again.
Reen stood and leaned against the wall, flipping open the folder he had, acquired. Regi liked having files on everyone, Reen hated that Regi had a file on him. Every time it was filed it somehow made its way into Reen's possession. He flipped through it, seeing if anything new was added. He smiled as he came across his induction paper. He always liked thinking about his first encounter with Inanna, albeit somewhat embarrassing.

Shelby sighed a silly little sigh; Regi's response was so predictable. Even still it was the right one given the circumstances. "See you in a few hours Reg." Giving one last nod, she closed the door behind her and headed on her way.
As she turned the corner and walked down the corridor, Reen and James gave her a bit of a start. It seems Shelby was so lost in thought she didn't realize she was heading in the wrong direction, unusual for someone who prides herself on knowing her surroundings. She must be tired after all. Reen seemed to be looking at an errant file with great interest. Shelby moved closer to him, curious about the file he was reading. It didn't take long for her to discern it was his own. The shrink smirked as she shook her head. "Better get that back to Regi before he gets upset. Those are Inanna's files." A confirming nod to the stoic James soon followed.

*William was thankful that Shelby was able to help him with his dropped files from the sudden shouting. He smiled at her and told her that he was doing fine from his trip to Borneo. That was before her and Regi got to talking about the events of today. And after he survived Jez's bat screech*
*The ranger was lost at the exchange of information that passed over his head, but he managed to piece it together. Inanna was poisoned by the Kepi. How this happened was unknown to him, but he decided not to question it. He figured that Regi had already been bombarded with enough questions for one day. Hearing that there would be a meeting later on today, he made a mental note to be there on time*
*Once the doctor left, he approached Regi's door and knocked on the frame*
"Hello, Comm Director. I've returned from mission in Borneo and I would like to give you these reports."

*Shelby left and then Regi was left with William. Waving the young man in the Aussie reached a hand out to take the files from him. Regi would go over them in the morning right before the meeting but he would leave them here for the time being. Everyone had to be tired with what had happened and emotions were a little frayed. It was time everyone got some rest.* Regi - Alright mate, I'll take them from here. We got a meet in a while so you may want to go rest up about 8 hours or so. We have a lot to cover and we'll go over everything there. *The man had gone through all he could and found once more to be missing Reen's file...again. Looks like Inanna would have to follow through with her threat of personally taking care of the personal files. What she had planned was something the Aussie didn't know even know. Their red head little sheila always had the weirdest ideas...old civilizations really skewed her views from the rest of the world.*

Reen smiled at Shelby.
"Well it's my file. No one needs this much info on me, ruins my mystique."
Reen snapped the folder shut. Using his free hand he rubbed his eyes, reading always had made him sleepy. Well, the days events probably hadn't helped. Taking a deep breath he looked over at James, wondering if he was asleep or not. Reen didn't think so, but there was no way to tell. Folding his arms Reen's head lowered and his eyes slowly shut. Being exhausted wouldn't do any good to anyone. He was an extremely light sleeper, so if doctors or anyone else came and went he'd notice.

*William nodded to Regi's notification and once the files were handed off, he headed to his room. Once arriving there, he took himself a shower and changed into his night wear, which consisted of a tanktop and boxers. He was able to sleep a bit more freely here than he would be able to at home. Another perk to being dead*
*Once his glasses were tucked away safely, he got into bed and closed his eyes. His alarm was already set, not to mention that Regi would probably call for all them over the intercom anyway. There was nothing to do but get some shut-eye...*
*Meanwhile, Naiiko had finished her dinner while she was in the Lounge. She was hoping to catch wind of Sami and/or James, but thus far she was unsuccessful. While sitting at a table, she saw the lights outside dim to a certain extent. She knew that this was to simulate night time in the outside world. It was Regi subtle way of telling them to get some sleep. Taking a cue from the message, the ninja got and began walking from the Lounge to her room*

Shelby chuckled at Reen's train of thought. She really couldn't disagree with him on that one. It never really mattered to Shelby what exactly was in her file, only that it didn't leave Inanna's file cabinet. Too many skeletons from the bad old days. No one was beyond the paper trail, no one. All you can do is ensure it isn't public information.
Things wound down pretty quickly so Shelby took her leave. This time she headed in the right direction, reaching the lounge in no time. She likened to calling the bartender "Sam". It was some time ago she caught him singing "As Time Goes By" to himself as he was cleaning. It was then that the nickname came to being. They both got the reference and laughed about it. He wasn't such a bad singer either. The name stuck between them ever since. "Hey Sam. Think you can whip me up a chamomile tea to go? I really need to get some sleep." Sam cracked a grin as he set himself to brewing up her tea. After a few minutes of waiting, Sam produced her covered cup and set it on the bar. "Sleep well Doc." Shelby took the cup and simulated a toast before heading out. "Thanks again Sam."
Her room was just down the hall. Certainly convenient. She sat in one of her wonderfully upholstered chairs and took to her tea. It didn't take long to finish and by that time it had done its magic. The doctor plopped herself onto her bed, not bothering to change her clothes and quickly fell asleep.
