I'm doing pretty good.
How about yourself? I'm doing okay. *smiles* I'm actually feeling hungry again... which is good... means my latest medication adjustment must be working.

I had to cut down on junk food.
Not easy.
When you have two people.
That loves fattening food.
Trying to cut down because of my diabetes.
Plus take walks but lately it's been windy or raining.
Awww! *huggles* I've lost a lot of weight because I haven't felt like eating at all... the stresses in my life lately haven't been helping, I'm sure. Recently, I kinda said a silent "Eff you" to one of the things that's been bothering me and I'm actually feeling a bit better... ^^

Yesterday.
I had something healthy.
I went to this bar, the meals are color plated.
The color of plates tells you how much it costs.
Japanese sort of thing, you eat every thing by chop sticks.
It was pretty cool.
I had something that involved bacon.
It was rolled up with something in the middle.
It was good.
I had shrimp, salmon.
Plus a salad with vinegar.
My rest of my family had muscles.
XP Oooooo... that sounds like fun!!!! ^u^ I've always wanted to do something like that... And seafood... yum! <3
