A shadow passes across those sleeping, but no-one sleeping does awaken~Hazen Yami~  Looking over her shoulder she smirked. "Wise vampire indeed, and yes I am familiar with the old language as well. And well to some people I am known as a dragon, others know me as a demon, so for what I am who knows~" she purred and motioned for him to fallow. "I assume you want to get out into the chill night air instead of staying in this wonderful dark crept. Both suit me fine." she said hopping on the first step like a child would do when board and waiting for his mother to come.
Though many here lay down to sleep- Very few will ever rise again.

Matthew nodded and snapped his fingers, the tome faded and appeared seconds later in his arms. He followed her out into the night, when he saw the moons light he smiled. He raised a hand and the tome glowed under it's light, it melted into strange symbols. These symbols crept up and across his skin, faded only once they reached his forehead. This spell absorbed into him all the knowledge he would need. It allowed him to speak the current tongue and understand it.
"So where are we? Or what is this land called now?" He asked simply.

"The name dose not concern me on what the human's name the land. All that I will concern you is that you are know in the Dragon Isle Academy grounds... more correctly the Nocturn Branch's grave yard." she said with a smile as her eyes watched his magic closely.

Matthew sighed, he wanted to know, but it would have to wait.
Matthew's ears perked. "An academy? Of what does it teach?" He asked, it was the first time since he woke that his tone had any interest woven into it.

I am finally back on my computer! ^^ "To give you the short version the Academy was originality built for a training center for mythical beings... but as time went on and some human's showed skill's in what we train in we widened are student choice, so as of know we train both side's of the world." she said with a sigh at explaining it in the less complicated manor she could.

Matthew smiled, he was curious to what other mythical beings existed. The tome he forged only recorded human history and the like. He knew magic was rarely wielded by humans, only a select handful possessed the ability these days. 'It's so odd, i left a land of magic and war, only to enter a world of legendary creatures.' He thought to himself.
"I'm always seeking knowledge, do you need another student?" Matthew asked with a slight smile.

I think you will be just fine." she said walking down the path letting him fallow her of his own choice. Stopping she looked back at him. "You might also learn what other secret's are in the world... even in your time my kind was about... I slightly remember a conflict in this area." she said with an evil glint in her dark purple eyes. "Could that have been you that set fire to the castle and killed his own family? For what I wounder~" she purred with a Cheshire cat like smile.

Matthew followed her and sighed. It seemed like she knew.
"Conflict? I guess you could call it that. It was so long ago, your an ancient being too..." He chuckled.

We have different 'branch's'. Each Branch is set for a specific power or classification. I am looking to find a Pyro leader being as the last one... well retired early." she said with a dark chuckle to herself. "Not much is needed other then to help the student's learn control and to monitor them, but it is all up to you... know that you have a long time to wonder the earth what will you do~" she said with a smile.

Matthew pondered it. It was true, his family had made sure he was well versed in fire magic. But his time as a vampire had also made him turn to a darker magic.
"I see, it's true i have an affinity for the flame so that would be fine. But i also possess a darker form of magic. In my day this magic was forbidden, i believe it's what you would call blood magic." Matthew said, he tensed.

Every one of use has are dark secret's that no one need's to know about, your's is simply one's that came with you when you turned. Simple as that. Know are you taking the job or not? I have wasted to much time out and about who know's what the idiots of my branch have been doing." she said with a sight of irritation. She hated to even think of what the little devils of her branch would do on there own.

Matthew laughed.
"That's good to know, yes i will. In the meantime...I'm going to grab a bite to eat." Matthew grinned, his fangs could be slightly seen as he did so. He would need to soon, he had slept for too long and he was beginning to feel it.

"There is a shop in the local village that will serve... what you are looking for... to branch leaders only. If you would care to accompany me then I will show you they way o mister pyro leader~" she teased and stretched out her hand.

As he walked he lit a cig in his mouth and took a few puffs before sitting down against a tree. He looked over the dark foggy graveyard, almost like he admired the view.
