So how exactly will these brackets work... You said 24 people and 3 byes... I tried every which way to make that end in a final match and just couldn't find out how >.>

It might be less than that. Maybe 20 or 21 people, but you'll see. I'm working on the brackets as we speak, but I can't finish them until after work.
