Now I'm going to put all this together to form a more clear character.

Okay so a 10 year old looking female vampire who has developed a father/daughter relationship with her master Alexander. She is a nice, charming, loving, caring young fifteen year old trapped in a ten year old's body. Sometimes she's mean and selfish, but she's also generous and helpful. Her favorite color is pink, hence her reason for wearing a pink dress. She wears a bow and dress shoes (one would only imagine also being pink). She doesn't know what she wants in this life, but as long as she makes Alexander proud, she's happy. She wants blood, but she wants friends even more. Friends she can be herself around, and only other vampires would understand her situation. Being a vampire of course she doesn't like the sunlight.

Now then is she afraid of anything? Are there other vampires she's met that she fears? Does Alexander hide her away from other vampires? Does she go to school still? Is she a typical 15 year old girl? You know 'that boy's cute, I like this music, etc,?'

And she fears getting killed by the sun, being lit on fire, or beheaded but also loud noises, sometimes Alexander protects her from the old world vampires because hes afraid some of them might do things to her (weird I know). She does not go to school, and shes kind of a typical 15 year old girl who likes to play her grand piano, woo over boys and men.

I'll just take this as I managed to confuse the hell out of you. So I'll just go through it.

First, In many vampire mythos, or worlds, be they works of literature or movies, etc, etc, it is a cardinal no-no to make kids vampires. In world this is usually described as the vampire saying "Oh sure, we're monsters, but we're not monsters about it." Most of the time this is a offense punishable by sun-baking. As I said, I am left wondering at the morality and social standing within the vampire hierarchy of your main characters Sirer, or father, as well as the morality of the other vampires.

Next I asked about the Vampire culture in regard to your particular brand. I used the term "Strain" because vampirism is oft described as a disease and viruses and bacteria are labeled by a type known as a Strain. In regard to your Strains culture, I mean how social are they? Do they dislike spending time in each others company, or are there communities or covens? Are there covens that work like hives, or are they more like wolf packs? Do these different covens have different abilities that affect social interaction? For example in the video game The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind there are three vampire clans. The first is called the Aundae. They prefer magic to hunt their prey. They hypnotize and enslave victims and cast spells in combat. The Berne on the other hand are more stealth hunters, prefering to strike from the shadows with poison and sap their strength. The Quarra are the last and they prefer plain brute strength, beating their victims into submission. This even translates into physical changes in the vampiric gifts given by their bites.

I also asked about their rules and how strict they are about enforcing them. As I said a lot of vampires in a lot of other works have certain ways of doing things. Some are hedonistic sociopaths who bathe in blood and are overall messy eaters. Then you have your sophisticated refined vampires who seduce women (and men) and try not to get blood on the carpet. There is also a lot of delineation in what they define as "good" and "bad". As I said before, in a lot of other works it's, at the very least, bad taste to sire kids. In some other stories there are racial restrictions. There are rules about human interaction in some mythos too.

Next I asked about the differences in bloodlines, and for that I point you back to the Aundae-Berne-Quarra example.

Finaly, I ask more or less what your vampirism, on it's most basic level, is. Is it a science-y thing, ala Blade, or is it magic, like every other vamp story ever. In hind sight I don't really think this question was necessary because it really doesn't matter unless somebody wants a cure.

Biography: Anira was born to Meldira and Amiriel

Anira had a more or less normal Altmeri upbringing in in the city of Cloudrest. The city stood in the imposing shadow of the great crystal tower, Crystal-Like-Law. She lived with her father Amiriel and her mother Meldira, both accomplished mages of the tower. When she was 19 she had fallen for a young charismatic member of The Beautiful, but upon realizing their radical iconoclastic philosophies she had a falling out with him and he was later killed during their ill-fated attempted destruction of the Crystal-Like-Law. When she was 25 the Oblivion Crisis Occurred and she was present for the horrors during the last hours of the the Siege of the Crystal-Like-Law and it’s eventual fall. Her father died defending the retreat of refugees from the tower and she watched as the great shining pinnacle of all Altmeri magical learning shattered and came tumbling down as the Daedra flayed defenders and stragglers alike. She and her mother fled to Lillandril and from there to Valenwood where the forest burned. They arrived after the Oblivion gates had been shut but the Bosmer still stalked Daedra amongst their trees as the foul beings burned the thick forests. From Valenwood they traveled to Leyawyn where they settled down and started a magic shop selling potions and enchantments.

I have a fantasy world idea but I need to place some interesting characters in it. I plan to write about a religious war from the point of view of some people living through it (not necessarily fighting in it or leading it but living through and around it). Here's what I have so far on one of the main characters. Please help me develop her!

Physical Appearance: Tristian has thick, wavy black hair down to her shoulders. She sometimes curls it. She has big brown eyes, a smallish nose, full lips and a small girlish chin. She is shorter than average for a woman, but quite full of figure. She has a small waist, but not small enough to suit her.
Typical Clothes: Tristian generally wears a simple white shirt and grey skirt with grey slip on shoes. This is when she can afford nothing more fashionable.

Bio:
Tristian is an identical twin. Her sister Chrissa is her only family as her parents both died in the last five years. As a child Tristian was pushy, easily angered and stubborn. She tended to get into fights with other children and became a good liar. Little has changed. She now lives with her sister, who cooks for her and cleans the house etc.
She met Darrat three months ago when he came over to her house to fix the leg of a chair (he's a carpenter) and they started talking. They found they both had stories about their uptight, insufferably organised, significant others (her sister, his fiancée) and hit it off right away. They have since been meeting secretly around town, and in the woods nearby.
Tristian is a Trycian, which means she worships lightning and such. This generally entails standing out in a thunderstorm and chanting at the sky, and attending church every week. Tristian is impatient with church and barely suffers the sermons. She sometimes skips church and goes for a jog or a swim. She would not stand in the rain either, if it weren't for her zealous sister.
Recently a man has come to the small town in which Tristian lives. He has come across the border from Lechion, and actively preaches against the church's teachings. Tristian is curious about his teachings, but her curiosity will soon get her into trouble.
