Oh! xD!!
I hate when the internal clock...battery thingeh runs dry.
I REALLY loved those blow out sales in Hoenn. Though I didn't know that could happen in Crystal / Silver / Gold. 8O *tackles*
Oh yeah! I forgot about Yellow version. x];;; *completely forgot about getting all starters in the game too*

Obviously, the pokedexes are just an excuse.
Yellow version was so awesome.
Pikachu's expressions . . .
And Jesse and James as actual characters. xD
I kind of want to play it again now.
I'm sure the battery has died in that one, too, though.
It's not too hard to replace them.
You just have to manage to get the case open.
They use a pretty weird screw to hold it together.
I think I used a fine-nosed pliers to open Crystal.
I'm glad your phone works, at least, Themata!
Hopefully your computer won't be too hard too fix . . .

Looking back at my descriptions, it looks like I based Atera's Pokemon from manga and anime. xD Where off colored Pokemon existed.
And because my twin is breeding for a Shiny Eevee, I used that for an excuse for Flareon's off colored-ness xD

I think I left mine at my parents' house.
No Yellow version for me today!
I think I have the game cartridge here, though.
My GBA might be around somewhere, but the direction pad buttons are getting pretty wonky, so I try to avoid using it.
My whale of a DS is so much more convenient. <3
Yeah, you should be able to look up a guide on how to replace the battery online.
Make sure you've got the right one!
An electronics store should have the right size, if nothing else.
I'm pretty sure I bought mine at K-Mart or something, though, so it shouldn't be too hard to find.
Be aware that you'll probably wipe your game save when you replace the battery, so you'll want to be ready for that.
Sort of kinda working on some Lance profile stuff before bed.
I think I've named his pokemon now, at least.
The Kingdra's name is meant to be completely outside of the theme.
I have randomly decided that Claire names her pokemon after characters in Arthurian legend.

I love the choice of name for Hydreigon very much.
Hm, I'm thinking about taking Alder right out of the equation,
no one is going to play him, so it's probably best to just remove the spare part.

Well, I'm busy most usually -- and when I'm online,
it's usually in the small time gaps between going to work,
or coming home from work and going to bed/going out,
so sometimes I open PMs but I may not reply to them for a while.
So, I read one of this guys PMs and I had to get ready for work,
I come back and my inbox is flooded with messages like,
"fine, ignore me, I know I'm not worth it" then "please come back, I'll be good."
"You don't love me." And so forth. I replied and explained I was busy and so
the message came back, "That's okay, I just want you to know I love you."
BLOCKED.
I always get the weird, unhinged people attracted to me. Always.
I don't get it. Even in real life, I am swamped by the crazies.

xD I think I have a weirdo-magnet as well. Especially when it comes to public transport. I always get the crazy muttering to themselves sitting opposite me, and end up exchanging worried glances with the other commuters.
Ooor I get the talkative people who end up giving me jewellery ( this has happened twice D; ), which isn't a bad thing, just a bit, wo-ah, okay then, are you suuure? (A guy from Saudi Arabia gave me his ring because I helped him with his English when we were on a ferry going into the city together, and a woman thought I was artistic and was trying to get rid of her necklace anyway). I quite LIKE talking with strangers on trains, boats, etc (I did a lot of that in New Zealand). I don't think people make nearly enough eye contact or smile at passers-by these days, and I tend to wander around with a sunny, dopy grin admiring the clouds...

I avoid eye contact on the underground usually simply because I'm constantly worried I'm going to get the hell bombed out of me sweatdrop
