"its a pleasure to meet you" she said just before Lily showed up. She looked over at Lily as Owen spoke to her takeing note of her name. "my names Julie Ann its nice to meet you Lily" she siad giving her a warm smile. Julie Ann liked it here so far she didn't have to deal with drama so far or the confusing frustration of being pulled in more then one way all at once. For once her mind was clear as if none of it had ever happened even though it still lerked ready to attack her when her mind was weak.

Julie Ann began to slowly look down and away as Lily sang and her smile faded. Her eyes seemed distant as her memories took hold as if she was reliving the divorce before the screaming echoed in her ears to an extent she couldn't ignore it. She covered her ears and closed her eyes trying to make it fade. The images began to fade to black as the screaming was subsiding as Lily finished her song. Julie Ann let her hands lower back to her sides and shook her head slightly as she opened her eyes before perking up again and smileing locking the memories again hopeing this time it would be for good.

Julie Ann smiled at Bernard and handed him her ticket before jumping up onto a seat near the middle sitting on her feet as they were tucked up underneth herself. She looked around with a big smile on her face as she began to grow more excited by the passing second.

As everyone got on the trailer Bernard started moving forward and soon they found themselves among some of the buildings in town. they went by a clock tower and a few hotels and restaurants and Bernard told the stories of people being murdered or stories of people that died that may still be around in ghostly form.

Owen looked uninterested in the stories but seemed more fixed on the buildings themselves as if looking for something.

As they drove onward they began going up a rough hill jagged with rocks and after about 10 minutes of travel they were on a path on the side of a large hill. Looking down they could see a deserted town that was old and seemed to have no even been approached by anyone in years




Bernard: "This is the Full Moon district. It is owned by the Waxing Gibbous Hotel that you all are staying at. This town was never mentioned for those who went on the history tour due to its dark nature. It is indeed the pinnacle of Green Springs darkest past.

In 1945 there was a doctor named Norman. Dr. Norman Gardner that resided here in full moon and he was the top doctor in the area, which didn’t say much. Well, a plague of an unknown disease began to sweep through Full Moon and the infected would die horrible agonizing deaths from their nerves over firing from the smallest wounds, they described some of the symptoms like you were being slowly cut up from the inside or were being crushed by something. The disease had a good number of qualities like ‘Necrosis’ but instead of engulfing tissue it killed skin and tissue on the surface while warping the under layers of the skin.

Norman was later found to be nothing but a faith healer, he injected his patients with useless juices from vegetables and injected into them. The juices would cause the patients to suffer abnormal amounts of pain making their life before and to death even more agonizing. Soon doctors from all over would gather to come up with cures for the disease but every time they did Norman would hire disease victims to go under the other doctors treatments. He sabotaged the other doctors’ trials that resulted in the deaths of the people he hired.

After getting rid of his competition as they got up he often charged higher and higher dollar for his treatments due to the demand and accepted, but highly encouraged, donations from the healthy. Under his watch this town was falling into an unforeseen veil of a disease ridden apocalypse while he reaped the goods of the people in it in an exchange for false hopes. Doctors time and time again tried to prove his work was ineffective but Norman had more power and money and groups of ignorant patients who believed he could save them. As Norman was being accused of being a fraud his patients gave more money to help him continue his works after he said he may close down due to the paying for lawsuits. Nonetheless, he scammed his own patients for more money.

Soon the town had to be quarantined and everyone in it was locked inside to prevent the disease from spreading. Norman made it out and after a few mistakes the doctors found out his methods of preparing the injections and Norman was arrested. Norman only suffered 4 years in prison before being let go where he then lived the rest of his life comfortably in the Waxing Gibbous Hotel. Over 300 people died to his treatments in painful agony and he cheated his victims out of a total of over 5 million dollars.

People have tried to go back and house in there again, but every single one of them never returned, presumably died from the sickness that engulfed the town….” Bernard points out across the town to a large building “..That, is the Waning Gibbous Hotel. Where Dr. Normans treatments took place and where many had died due to his actions. When they took him in they tested him for insanity in the psychiatric ward in the hospital but they found that he was completely sane, just delusional. He believed and died believing everything he did was the right thing to do”

Owen looked around and listened to what Bernard had to say. And when Bernard pointed at the Waning Gibbous Hotel he was immediately taken by shock and had to make sure what he was seeing was true. He stood up and looked at it with a determined glare that could pierce someone’s soul with its sharpness and intensity. His face was hot knowing where he needed to go but he was filled with doubt. Sitting back down he scooted slowly to the very edge of the trailer as Bernard began to talk about another subject.

Bernard: “This town also housed one of the first underground railway stations. It would go from each town delivering supplies and transporting people around quickly in mass. It continued running until after the quarantine when the train went into its station in Full Moon where its status was then lost, nobody ever found out what happened to it. But the railways still exist. The ones closest to the town had to be locked up with barricades and guard posts, there were riots that went on within them that ended with the police having to open fire to kill the rioters that became violent trying to escape. The railways were then rumored to be death zones where the police would fire on people who tried to escape through them but this was never proven.”

Julie Ann was intised by Bernards stories and absolutly giddy with the town. She loved a good mystery but not only reading or hearing about it but solving it for herself more then anything. She sat up now kneeling on the chari as she looked around at the broken and deserted twon as a cunning smile crossed her face. She would come back here and solve the mystery of the doctors studies and the other mysterious that were bound to show up.

Lily watched but did nothing as she knew that she did not govern other people's lives. Well at least not yet she did not. Her life was heavy upon her but some how she manged to get through it. Home schooled and used online learning she was hidden from the world by her parents but she already had a big enough glimpse of the world from the news. As she saw Owen go down into the town she got the shivers from that of something there that should not be.

Looking ahead she noticed that, there in the not so far distance she saw an entrance way to some sort of crypt. But as she took a closer look it was not a crypt but in fact a grave of some sort but it was not sealed like what some would expect on a grave. This mad even more things in her mind try to shake off the fact that there are un-natural things here.

Owen heard a bunch of grass crunching and tumbling and when he looked he saw Julie Ann. He walked up to her seeing her tending to a scrape "Are you alright?" He asked offering a hand to her to pull her up, was she trying to follow him?

Back on the rovers trailer Lily could see a dark figure only she could see on top of the hill


The figure merely stared down at her menacingly then faded into dust. The rover and the trailer made a loud boom and the rover and trailer both went off the path and started rolling down the hill. The rover and trailer tumbled flinging Lily off into the grass while everyone else fell into the wooded area, none were dead but some were injured and the others knocked unconscious

Owen looked over as he heard the rover topple over "s**t!" He goes over to Lily and tries to help her up "You ok? What the hell happened?"

Lilly saw this as well but still did nothing. She just sighed more before then freezing on the spot as she saw it. 'No....please no...not now....' She felt the eyes of her nightmare creature pierce right into her then fade as everything went wrong. She was knocked forward then backwards off into the grass. Her eyes were wide with fright as she tried and tried to get the image out of her head. The words that she always heard what she heard.....

The words ringed in her head for as long as she could tell. The words....the figure...why now... When she heard Owens voice above her everything faded, as she regained her mind again. Her eyes though were still wide with fright as she struggled to speak. "I-I-I d-d-d-dont....know...."


((The centered words right there are from a song called "The Call Of Death's Dark Horn" but it is not a song worth listening to. I have listened to it before but only a few times and i thought these two first parts were perfect.))
