That was just off the top of my head. I could think of more if I thought harder but that seems like too much work when all that is needed is a basic analysis.

M o u r n ii n g W o o d Hinote: pro: Very intelligent and has good ideas, and can work systems well. He also spots problems fairly easily. Con: Is a bit to strict for many people, which can drive some away. May make the systems a bit too advanced, driving people away. He has been just a tiny bit inactive lately. I'll most likely be a lot more active for awhile now. The main reason I was inactive for a while was because we were working on a non Gaia forum for L&L, which went down when we discovered that we would have to pay for half the awesome stuff we had on it. Barring Mistah finding another site and working on that again, I should be able to focus more on stuff here. I have another pro for Duck too. He has a giant beard! Oh, and... M o u r n ii n g W o o d May make the systems a bit too advanced, driving people away. That's actually why I'm not on the systems team...
