I'm not really fond of all the sparklies but from an objective viewpoint, it isn't that bad. If a bit cluttered.

Most people usually have something they wish to accomplish by dressing up their avie. Either to make them look good, or dressing up after someone, following some kind of theme. As your outfit doesn't appear the be randomly assembled, I only assumed that you were going after something. x3 But we all know what they say about making assumptions. xD
