"...What is my Motivation?..."
Haku listened to Kai and was a little shocked from her answers and nodded a little, he hid his face in his knee's a little from shyness. Haku listened to the disgust and urgency in her voice after he said the daring comment, he sniffled a little and nodded, after a moment of silence he spoke out a little mumbled from the knees which he had his face still hidden in "T-thank you Kai...f-for talking to me" he said quietly, he lifted his head a little and looked at his reflection in the lake.
"My full name is Haku Kusuke Kaori, i was born into an average family and my parents wanted me to get out of the house more so i did, you're the first person that has even noticed me or thought i was important enough to take their time to talk to me" he said truly sincere. Haku smiled a lil, a true smile, the first he had ever had on his face, he turned and faced Kai, suddenly hugging her, he smiled bigger, feeling the warmth of her body on his. A few seconds later Haku realized what he was doing he eeped somewhat and broke from the hug moving back a little, he turned around and hugged his knees a light blush was on his cheeks "I-i'm s-sorry" he said apologizing for his forward actions with the hug.

|All is lost again, but I'm not giving in"|  Proud Konoha Genin. Squad 1! Kai giggled and shook her head, 'You don't have to thank me ya know. It was of my own accord." She said as she smiled over at him. He seemed to be opening up a bit more and the ever enthusiastic Kai was pleased by this change in communication.
She listened to his story and nodded in all the correct places one should nod. She blinked as she suddenly was ensnared in a hug, giggling nervously, she hugged him back hesitant at first. As he let go and apologized, Kai shook her head quickly. "No need to apologize. It's not like you injured me with the hug." She said with a small laugh. Steps were being taken for this boy apparently and Kai wanted to help him, not make it more awkward for both of them. After all, they were going to have to deal with each other since they were on the same squad, so Kai figured she may as well try and make friends with him.
She giggled and quickly pulled him back into a hug, "See, hugs don't hurt. So there's nothing to be sorry for." Kai told him with a nod of her head as if that affirmed that hugging was not a bad thing. | "I will not bow, I will not break|

Haku was a little hesitant as he hid his face in his knees as he listened to Kai giggle a little nervously then tell him he did not need to apologize for the hug, he too giggled a little from the comment about not injuring her with a hug. After a few moments of silence Haku eeped and blushed scarlet as he felt Kai hug him from behind, he looked at Kai as she hugged him, his hands moved and held onto her arms wanting the hug to continue. He listened to her comment about hugs as he nodded and giggled a lil more, the second time he actually laughed or giggled in his life, this shy boy was slowly opening up to his new teammate, and this was a good thing, something his parents had wanted to happen years ago when they sent Haku to the academy, but did not happen until now. Haku nodded back to Kai and smiled "hehe yea your right, y-your so warm" he said as he closed his eyes and wanted this moment to last forever, not having been this close to anyone in his life except his parents.

Annihilation will be unavoidable  Shiro had finished the sandwich that his mother had packed him before he had left the clan area. Well... It wasn't packed for him, but for his father, however, Shiro couldn't resist taking it, especially as he was craving food at the time. Shiro could always do with more food, although he never quite seemed to get fatter, and whenever his relatives came over it was, "Are you feeding him?" that, or "Fatten him up." this.
Shiro had passed the academy, but something caught his eye. Right near the academy were the two other Genin in his team. Shiro raised an eyebrow curiously at the two hugging. "Kai. Haku." Shiro called out and nodded at Haku slowly. Shiro had maintained his sort of expressionless face, and it was usual to see Shiro looking like this. His relationship with Haku wasn't quite good, nor was it bad. Shiro had just minded his own business around Haku, and the two had a mutual relationship. Shiro had often wondered why the other Genin had refused to accept him, but he never asked them that. "You guys have been getting a lot closer now that we're officially Team 1." He muttered absently as he approached them. Every broken enemy will know

|All is lost again, but I'm not giving in"| Proud Konoha Genin. Squad 1! Haku and Kai had still been hugging when suddenly a voice rang out and met Kai's ears. Turning her head quickly, she saw that it was the other genin on their team. A bright pink blush met her cheeks and she shrugged out of the hug with Haku. Right away she stood back up and brushed the dirt off of her shorts. "Uh, Hai Shiro-san." Kai said to the older boy with a slight nod.
Her eyes instinctually scanned over the other genin, he was taller than her and he was reallllly skinny. Kai briefly wondered if the boy ever ate but shook the thought off. That was hypocritical of her, seeing as she barely ever ate because she was scared if being around her parents at home.
With a small shrug and a light giggle, she nodded at Shiro's statement, "Well, since we're going to be in a squad we may as well get to know each other better. No point in having a team that is all practically strangers." She said to him with a shrug. It was true, nobody wanted to be around strangers that they never talked to. That would just make things awkward. | "I will not bow, I will not break|

Annihilation will be unavoidable Shiro had noticed the blush of the younger female, although he thought little about it. "Interesting thought, as well as a good one, Kai." Shiro commented, "Teamwork works effectively with the more we know each other. That way we can understand each others strengths and weaknesses." Shiro added and put his hands in his pockets.
A few Academy Students could be heard speaking loudly, discussing their dreams and boasting, trying to get more attention from their friends and the public. "Have you heard of any new missions other than weed-picking or cat finding?" Shiro addressed both of them. Every broken enemy will know

She had to agree with everything he said for it all proved a correct point. Knowing each others strength and each others weaknesses would play a major role in what happened to their squad.
"Uh. well... Not really, I heard there were a few C ranked missions that a genin squad could handle but they had more then enough chunins to take care of them. So, I guess that means more boring stuff for us." Kai mumbled with a dejected sigh. Being used for picking weeds, finding cats, and clean up duty was definitely not hat she had expected when she had first become a genin. Disappointing as it was though, she had dealt with it.
But, Kai had always been one for ideas and she looked up at Shiro, "We could train... That way we'd know each other's skills better." She stated with a small smile. Training was necessary for the squads abilities to flourish. | "I will not bow, I will not break|

Annihilation will be unavoidable Shiro sighed. "We'll be Chunins soon, so we probably will only have to deal with this crap for a short amount of time." He assumed, trying to brighten up the situation. He too was disappointed with how Genin were used for such easy missions. Well someone had to do it, and unfortunately, it just had to be the Genin. Shiro met Kai's gaze. "Training would be okay, I guess. And the points valid. Not to mention, he isn't here yet, so..." 'He' was the Jonin of the group, and only seemed to be with the group on certain missions. Apparently, they would need to be more 'independent', which Shiro didn't understand seeing as though he was in a group. "Yeah, sure, why not. I'll see you two at the training grounds, then." Shiro begun to leave the two, walking a few steps away.
Soon, Shiro was at the training grounds. A few scarecrow with targets on them were lined up on one side of the training grounds, and one half of the training grounds were made of water, the other land. There were also trees surrounding the grounds, but apart from those, most of the area was open. The training grounds were set at the foot of a cliff, and so had a tall bit of land sticking up towards the north. Every broken enemy will know

He seemed to be spacing out and Kai didn't want to disturb him. "Uhh... I unno what to do..." She mumbled as she rubbed the side of her arm. It was cold outside and Kai shivered. "Well, he'll be able to find us.. probably..." Kai shrugged and walked a bit aways from the lake.
A few minutes later she realized she didn't have to walk. "Hehe, oh yeah... Shunshin no jutsu." She said quietly as she made a hand sign for the technique. Her body disappeared in a cloud of smoke.
Seconds later her feet made contact with the ground of the training area. Her eyes scanned the are a and she saw that Shiro had already made it there. With a slight bounce in her step, she skipped over to him.
"Uh, so what do you think we should train with first?" Kai asked him curiously. her tendencies were to look to older people for answers and seeing as Shiro had a good four years on her, she figured he might know a bit more then she did about the whole training thing. Her family's training methods were harsh and she hated them so she hoped that their sensei's training techniques would be nothing like her clans. Shifting her weight from foot to foot she looked around the area taking in their surroundings. It was so beautiful at the training grounds, she almost felt bad for having to fight and train here. Patiently, she waited for Shiro's reply. | "I will not bow, I will not break|

Annihilation will be unavoidable Shiro frowned. "I'm not sure. You've probably learned all of the basics in projectiles, chakra control and others. I suppose you've also learned..." His voice trailed off as he was in deep thought. "Well I haven't trained with you before, and nor have you trained with me, so perhaps we should discover where we both are with a friendly spar?" Shiro asked. "That way we can learn of our weaknesses and learn how to strengthen them." He added, taking out a kunai and spinning it around his index finger quickly as he asked the question. The only reason why he still was a Chunin was because he started the Academy rather late as the Clan had insisted that he learn about his bloodline before entering the Academy. Every broken enemy will know

|All is lost again, but I'm not giving in"| Proud Konoha Genin. Squad 1! The silver haired girl nodded quickly. "Sounds like a plan." She said to him as she reached into the small pouch on her leg and pulled out two kunai. Being as acrobatic as she was, Kai back flipped away from him to gain a bit of distance them. At first she was worried that she may hurt him or he may hurt her, but she realized such concerns were petty. If this spar got out of hand, one of them would realize it and stop right away.
Although, she was still somewhat scared of the techniques he might have known. Kai had done research on the different clans of Konoha and the Kawasumi clan had a reputation for being pretty much made for fighting.
Komakai on the other hand was supposed to be a cold blooded killing machine but she ws far from those standards in her clan. So with a light sigh she held the kunai in front of her in a defensive stance and prepared for whatever attack he may use. | "I will not bow, I will not break|

Annihilation will be unavoidable Shiro blinked a few times, taking out a second kunai and twirling it around his other hand. "If you're ready, I'll make the first move." He muttered, thinking of his first move. 'Don't concentrate on getting the target. In situations, you have to miss to for them to become open.' His fathers words echoed in his head. "Here I come." He said quietly, both of the kunai beginning to lose speed. He still kept them both in his finger, and just as they pointed away from her he had thrust the kunai forward, whistling in the wind. Both were targeted at her shoulders. Every broken enemy will know

Haku sighed a lil as he felt Kai's warmth and arms leave his body after he heard Shiro's voice as he confronted them, Haku had turned to him and nodded in respect, seeing he was older even though they were both Genin,s respect to the older was very important to him. He listed to the two of them talk a little for a moment and then he focused back onto the lake, after a few moments the voices of his teammates had faded as he spaced out staring at the reflection of himself on the water surface. He started to think about the hug and the feeling of warmth, and in the first time in his life a feeling of being accepted and held. While he was thinking about all this he had not noticed Shiro and Kai leave to the training grounds. After about ten minutes Haku finally turned around realizing that his squad members had left, probably to the training grounds.
Haku stood up slowly and thought to himself wondering if he should go train and watch as well or not, but he wanted to see his teammates jutsu's and more of all wanted to see Kai again, he had already grown a liking to her just because she acknowledge him. Haku did a hand sigh and whispered, "Shunshin no jutsu" he disappeared seconds after and appeared in the branch of a nearby tree looking down at the training grounds. Haku sat down and kicked his feet back and forth under him watching the two of his teammates begin to spar, he watched as Shiro tossed two Kunai's towards Kai at quite a fast pace, he heard them whistle through the air after he through them wondering what Kai would do. Haku would watch intently to this as he shifted his position from sitting on the brand to laying on his back head tilted to look at the friendly spar, his hands resting under his head and continued to watch.

Kai eeped as the kunai's rushed towards her, in a sudden rush of adrenalin, she ducked beneath the projectiles and jumped into the air, with a quick hand sign she murmured, 'Shunshin no jutsu' and her body flickered away in a cloud of smoke. Only to reappear behind Shiro, she quickly hurled the kunai's towards where he stood. Her aim was set on his legs, the logic behind this was if you catch his legs then he can't move. Therefore an easy kill.
In her rush of excitement, Kai barely noticed the other chakra that had entered the training ground. Although at first she did not worry about it because she had instantly pin pointed it as being Haku's. So with a small smile she focused back on the fight and watched to see what Shiro's reaction was. | "I will not bow, I will not break|

Annihilation will be unavoidable Shiro made a couple hand seals slowly, for he saw her disappear suddenly. "Kawarimi no Jutsu." He said in a relaxed tone, replacing his body with one of the scarecrow, the kunai hitting the target. He re-appeared where the scarecrow was before, trying to keep his distance. He quickly rushed through a series of hand seals. "Yukiton, Shuriken Hakuren." He whispered, three kunai and three shuriken appearing suddenly and flying towards the opponent, faster than before, the shuriken shaped as snowflakes and the kunai reinforced with ice. Every broken enemy will know
