I found it on Wiki, and I know that is unreliable. However, here is the official little announcement, if you can read Japanese. I guess he figured that people thought he was older than he really is, so he decided to let us know.

Nah, its okay, Neji. I argue with my friend all the time on whether or not he looks old. XD We have agreed to disagree.
I think he looks in his late 20's, early 30's and she thinks that he looks late 30's, early 40's.

I'd have to say Gaku looks like he's in his early to mid 30's, possibly late 20's. Either way, when I get that old I hope I look as good. xd
