At first, life would be awesome, but some nutcase would use their powers for bad, we would have a huge war, and then Timmy Turner would appear and wish it back to normal. XD
What would happen if the Harry Potter world were real? (I'd be in heaven. As for Twilight being real, I would KILL myself. No, really. I would. )

Than.....life would preatty much be the same for most of us. You know, becuase know one would know about it and all. Heck, how do we know its NOT real?!?!
