Assume as in words, yes. Genetically speaking....no. But don't worry yourself too much. It's all the same to the public....and almost everyone else of concern and to the ones (Princes & Princesses) that have no clue at all well....assume that they're all related.

By all technicality, if they are genetically related, they don't know. If they aren't, of coursely they'd know, but won't tell because there's no reason to do so. So, not like that.

Um I want to play a canon character. Like CC, Euphy, Kallen, ect.

Read the Difference from Canon and the like. Or in short: No. Reason: MIA/KIA status. (I am not putting up a list for certain reasons). And besides.... RP is after 26 years after departing from the Canon Timeline (of season 1).
But by all means it does not mean your character cannot admire/etc. them. But as descendant, no. Plus, this is to maintain standards set earlier.

Nope..... ^^ Remember, nothing says that Immortals can't be killed/etc. The reason behind the reason for not allowing people to play as Canons.... is more than the simple fact that (most) people are poor at impersonating others.

Please note the (history) length requirement for certain ranks, for example: Royalty.
It is only a mere, small price to pay, for the position. Also, all non-locked profiles are unapproved. So please do not use those as an excuse/reason. (Not implying you will, just as a forewarning to avoid confusion)

Now just double checking, you do realize that the re-invasion was only recently right? Aside from that, you're welcome for the pointing out.
Also, is she or is she not capable of defending herself? And other capabilities (or lack thereof?)
