Frenzi paused for a moment as he felt the presence of the girl behind him. Her words hadn't even registered in his mind yet, as he was still confused as to why she wasn't emitting a living signature. Interesting... "Necromancers are all but dead everywhere. Pun intended." He said with a dry chuckle. He eyed a thug that had somehow made it out of the side entrance of the tavern, and was now trying to escape down the street. Frenzi snapped his fingers nonchalantly, and the man erupted in green flame. Frenzi laughed as the thug tried to put out the magical flame by rolling along the ground, but grew silent as soon as the man stopped rolling around, and the magical flames disappeared, but he kept a smirk on his face. "Well now, it would seem you have some rare talents too. It has been centuries since I have seen a Corrupted such as yourself. Glad to see that I was at least fortunate to find one that's pleasing to the eyes. He said, the sly smirk still on his face. He turned and looked at her with his eyes for the first time during their little conversation. Oh, and even more so than my reading had initially implied! Frenzi Zhapanah, a pleasure to make your acquaintance." He said with a small bow. He could feel her blood lust coursing in a powerful aura around her. He would have too keep his eye on this one.

Frost sneered. He was smarter than most. What would make a normal woman blush, she remained indifferent too. Her desire to kill was overpowered by the remaining humanistic longing to make conversation. It had been months since she'd uttered a word to anyone. Her facial features relaxed, forming into a much gentler smile, her serrated teeth seeming to dull, but not completely. Her clawed hands melded back into thin fingers once again.

"You are smarter than most. Yes, I am a Corrupted, in fact one in its most concentrated state. My name is Frost. I haven't much a reason for a last name anymore. Indeed, Mister Frenzi, it is a pleasure. " Her red eyes kept flicking back towards the bar. She wanted to kill the stragglers, but it seemed in her best interest to continue speaking with this man.

"So, being a necromancer of your stature...Are you aware of any method that would unbind me to this town? Much like a specter, I cannot leave the domain of which I had fallen. I died on the streets, so the city is mine, but I do wonder what lies beyond the trees just over there. " She said, smiling calmly and pointing over his shoulder, toward the forest.

Solace holstered his kamas, and pulled himself a chair. It was missing two legs, but he sat comfortably anyways, balance maintained.

"The only spoils worthwhile of these thugs, my Lord shall collect," He says happily, now using a towel from his pack to clean away the blood of the battle. His face cleaned and his arms at least wiped, he starts to unwrap the linen cloth wrapped tight around his hands. He tosses them aside and begins to roll a new strip on again.

"My name is Solace," He says to the scythe wielding woman, "May we have the pleasure of milady's name?"

"Indeed! The only thing we are interested in is your name. May we have the honor?" He asked, swinging the large axe he had on his back around and slamming it through the floorboards and into the dirt beneath. He leaned against it, awaiting her response.

Frenzi looked hard on her, trying to dig as far as he could into what had bound her here. It was unbelievably strong, and he knew right away that there was no way he could permanently remove the ties to this town, "But, maybe..." He said, thinking aloud. And then a possibility clicked into his mind. Well, there is no way that I can remove the bind that traps you here, but there IS a way to overpower it with another one. I can bind you to ME. We're on a mission right now, so we'll be heading deep into the forest that way." He said, pointing in the same direction that she had before, which, oddly enough, actually was the direction they were going. "I'm sure there will be plenty of bloodshed, enough to fill your lust for a little while at least. But, having said that, you will play by my rules while you are bound to me, or I'll banish you back to this village again. Understood?" He asked, still trying to decide which type of binding spell would be powerful enough to overpower the one that kept her here.

((Nizar speaks in dark red and Sidd speaks in Olive. Just so you know.))

“Would you just shut up!” Sidd shouted anger filling his every word. The source of his anger was in fact a small creature by the name of Nizar. To Sidd’s annoyance the creature hadn’t stopped asking questions since their meeting. A vein popped out on his forehead just waiting for the creatures next question.

“Why are you angry?” Nizar asked levitating off the ground and latching firmly onto Sidd’s shoulder. “You won’t let me read your mind so I have to ask questions.” His tail swayed contently behind him waiting for the response. He knew his questions would more than likely get him an angry response but that was the point, he wanted to read the Kitsune’s mind.

He had met the fox in the chapel trying to steal the precious gem that was housed there. Nizar had attempted to read Sidd’s mind distracting him and leading to his failure but not capture. That was several hours ago and he hadn’t let up on the questions since.

“And you wonder why you species is dwindling. It’s because your so freakin’ annoying that’s why!” Sidd said grabbing Nizar by the back of the neck and throwing him as far away as he could. Nizar landed gently on the ground thanks to his levitation ability. “Get away from me!”

“Why? You’re the most fun I’ve had in… wait. I smell blood,” Nizar said sniffing the air and looking around trying to track the scent. He couldn’t quite pinpoint it, his small stature prevented him from getting a good whiff of the air currents.

Sidd’s anger started to subside with the mention of blood and taking the time to sniff the air smelt it too. “It seems to be coming from that tavern,” Sidd said narrowing his eyes forgetting that he was angry at Nizar. “let’s go,” he said running past the little creature and picking him up to place on his shoulder.

Once the pare had neared the tavern Sidd went into stealth mode. He crept near the buildings trying to get close to the tavern without being noticed. Nizar, however, had different plans. Hopping off Sidd’s shoulder he bolted right into the tavern. Sidd stayed outside sweat forming on his brow knowing the little creature was walking right into a bad situation. He made a mental note to start communicating his plan of action to the creature before he acted.

Running pasted all the others Nizar stood at the feet of the Lycan and stared straight up. “Your huge!” he stated like he had never seen a Lycan before, “No wonder my friend is scared to come inside.” Nizar’s tail was wagging more furiously the more his excitement grew. There were so many interesting people here, a Kitsune stood outside the door, a man in a cloak stood talking to a scary lady, a lady with a scythe was picking dead people’s pockets, and a man sat in a chair with two legs he was excited.

Rave bowed in a slightly moking way. "Raver Midnight, at your service." Vieken walked up and nudged her. "And this is my faithful companion Vieken." She glanced at the small fox thing that had walked in and was trying to talk to Rachii. "It seems we have a visitor." She grabbed her mug of water off the bar and took a sip, keeping her pale eyes on the three others.

"So we do," Solace says as he looks at the strange fox like creature jabbering at Rachii. His brow furrows and he asks curiously, "What is it?"

Frost pondered a moment, thinking hard. Binding herself to him would allow her exit, and time, and an energy source. He mentioned bloodshed. It would be painful leaving the city regardless, but if she left the town without this man's help, she would begin to fade from existence. But, if she were tied to him... Her eyes narrowed at her decision.

" Very well, I can't kill you, and you can't kill me...We'd stalemate ourselves through eternity... So, with that being said, I accept your offer. But, what would be the cost on your part?" She watched him carefully, noticing the kitsune and furry little creature at the mouth of the tavern. She laughed as the bigger one tried to hide, while the little fluff ball bounced right up to the lycan. She returned her eyes to Frenzi and waited patiently for his response.

Staring confused as some guy came sprinting towards the building to his right, apparently talking to himself, Kadin slowed his already sluggish pace to a halt. He watched as a furry little thing bounced off the guy's shoulder as he crouched and flanked the building.

Placing his right hand "casually" above his waist, at his kukri's hilt, Kadin continued to walk forward, now concentrating on moving to the bar's door.

The rifle hanging from his back made his neck hurt slightly, as if the itching from being so grimy wasn't annoying enough during this aimless walk.

Stopping at the side of the door's frame and peering inside, the four metal balls on the right of his eye gleaming slightly from the ambient light for seconds before his hair fell in front, Kadin removed his hand from his waist and placed it on the frame.

(Sorry if this is...well, craptastic. )

Rave's eyes flashed around the room as she absently sipped her water. She noticed a hand curled around the doorway. Using her foot, she pushed a dagger that was stabbed into the floorboards out of the ground, then stepped on the hilt and flipped it into the air. In one fluid motion, she caught it and threw it towads the obscure hand. The thin blade landed in the space between two fingers. "I'd suggest you show yourself. That was the warning. I never miss." She nudged another dagger out of the ground and balanced it on the toe of her boot.

Frenzi looked at Frost, slightly confused. "Cost? If anything, I'm gaining from this bargain! The place we are going is crawling with things just waiting to die." He said running his hands together with a sly smirk across his face. "So, with you there, I have to do less. You get to kill things, and I get to accomplish my task. What could be better?" He asked, not really expecting an answer. "So, shall we begin?" He said, ignoring the new life signatures that had popped up around them.

Rachii nodded quickly to Raver, acknowledging her introduction, then he quickly went back to looking at the small fuzzy thing that had presented itself before them. He squatted down, still needing to look down to keep eye contact. Rachii tried to smell it to pick up his scent from where he was, but, for the life of him, couldn't catch the scent. "Umm, hi! I'm Rachii! It's nice to meet you!" He said, holding out a finger for it to shake, if it wanted to. Rachii scolded himself for succumbing to his curiosity, he was old enough to be above that. But it was just so intriguing! His tail started waving back and forth slightly as he looked the small thing over.

Frost nodded, standing still where she was. She watched the lycan inside greet the furry little ball of excitement . She crouched over momentarily as two vast wings erupted from her back, black corruption slime dripping from them, rather than blood as she shook them off and folded them, straightening up.

"Of course, of course, I'm quite eager to leave..."

Feeling a thud between his fingers, Kadin sighed. Stepping out with an air of "happy now?" with one eyebrow raised, he decided to stare blankly at the b***h with the knives.

"I've played five-finger fillet before, albeit with a prettier knife."

He didn't feel too tempted to start a fight, as all he was wondering was why the guy was flanking the building and why that squirrel-thing bounded on in here. Absent minded, Kadin lowered his hand to his thigh and pat around lightly until his hand grazed a small plastic box.

Nizar stood on his hind legs and grabbed Rachii's finger with both his forearms to shake it. "I'm Nizar," he said noticing the lycan's tail wagging slightly behind him. It made him happy that Rachii was happy instead of mad which was people's normal reaction to his first comments about them. It was unfortunate because it meant he had to pass up many opportunities for good stories.

After Nizar was finished with the introductions he went right to work. "Your old, I can tell. How old? Where are you from? Were your parents doggies too? Did you kill all these people. If I read your mind would you hurt me?" The questions came one right after another with no time to answer. His questions stopped when his eyes started to glow, the sign of a mental magic.

By the time Nizar had started the conversation with the lycan Sidd had made his way silently to a good location inside the tavern where he could watch without being seen, using a combination of illusion and natural theiving abilities. He was a little taken aback when Nizar's eyes started to glow, it was the same kind of glow his eyes did when he was about to read someone's mind.

Hurrying out of his hiding place and almost running full out across the taver floor Sidd reached out with one hand and grabbing Nizar's face wisked him behind his back before taking several steps back. "Sorry about that! He has no concept of privacy," he said with a sheepish smile on his face. Sidd couldn't understand why he had risked his safety to save the annoying furball from a bad mistake he just had and now had to deal with the consiquences.

Nizar's paws started to flail around once Sidd grabbed his face in a desperate attempt to get loose. He growled and ones his mouth was free clamped his small teeth into Sidd's hand. "Ouch!" Sidd protested dropping Nizar to the floor. "Bad Foxy! No grabbing Nizar's muzzle!" he protested walking around Sidd to his front, looking up at him, and stomping a paw on the ground. "Pest," Sidd muttered under his breath in retaliation to Nizar's retort hopping that the lycan hadn't been annoyed by the whole situation.

The sun beamed down onto a small hut at the edge of Conflagration, the home of an elderly couple. Their house had been raided the night before by a thief and all of their valuables had been stolen. Their only solace was knowing that they still had a house over their head, though chances of them surviving without money or food was slim. They had a small wagon on the way to deliver pre-paid for merchandise for their small shop, but no money to pay an assistant to help move crates.

When the wagon came rolling down the street the elderly couple watched with a downtrodden look covering their wrinkled face. They thanked the man for bringing the supplies and began to explain how they had no way of unloading it when a large pair of arms lifted two of the boxes straight out of the wagon.

Hey! You can’t take tha-“The elderly man began to shout when his eyes fell upon a giant of a man and stopped instantly. Chuckling lightly at the much smaller man, Deimos lowered the boxes down onto the street. “Where should I put these?” He asked, a strange gentleness coming from the large man. A shaky finger pointed towards the shop, and Deimos took the crates off to stack them up.

A half hour passed and the last of the crates had been stacked up just outside of the door. Deimos picked his coat up off of the edge of the wagon and threw it over his arm. “Well sir, I hope you get on your feet again soon.” Deimos said shaking the hand of the old man. When he let go a few coins fell to the street and the old woman bent down to pick them up.

You dropped this, young man.” She said in a raspy voice, holding her hand out. “Huh? I couldn’t have dropped that. I am a poor traveler. Have a good day you two.” Deimos said with a small chuckle before walking off down the street. “What a kind man.” The elder couple said quietly, watching as Deimos vanished down a separate street.

A few paces down a scowl crossed his brow as a distinct smell blew through the wind. “Blood?” He spoke aloud before dashing down the street towards the smell. Stopping just outside the doorway of a pub Deimos looked into the dimly lit scene.

Rave flipped the dagger into the air and caught it. "I am. And I don't need pretty knives as long as they can cut." Vieken moved through the room, picking up her daggers that were stabbed into the floor in a hapazardly fashion. He returned them to her, the blades sticking out of his mouth like cooked teeth. She took the dozen daggers and returned them to her bags. "Thanks buddy." "No problem. Now can we get out of here? All the blood a bodies are going to get us in even more trouble." Rave looked around the room. "You're right. It is a mess." She pulled a few gold coins out of a pouch and dropped it on the bar, speaking to the bartender. "These should pay for some of the damages." The two started for the door, calmly walking over corpses, but it was blocked by a large stranger. Rave sighed and moved to a window, wincing from the bright light as she opened it. Vieken shrunk down to a smaller size and leaped out, followed soon by Rave. "Its to freaking bright out here. Lets see if there are any alleys that are dark enough."
