((I'm changing things. His mama not dead. Yay! Much rejoicing. She's just been in a coma for a while. Don't ask me how this works. See above earlier post, that is changed too.))
Steel growled and watched Drago.

The male Drigerwolf carried Saliloo back to his pack. Grizela, the healer ran out to him with a look of relief.
"Sakul you found her." She said happily. She instantly sobered when she saw Saliloo limp in his paws.
"Can you help her?" Sakul rumbled quietly.
Grizela led him to her tent and they lay Saliloo on some furs by the fire. "She bled from the inside when she gave birth. She's lost a lot of blood and she's very weak. We'll have to forcefeed her. I don't know if I'll be able to help her."
Sakul took Grizela's paws in his. "If anyone can it's you, Grizela. For the good of our child please help her."
Grizela nodded. "I'll do all that I can. Now go tell the rest of your pack what has happened and I'll get to work."
((I just noticed now. The family's names all start with S. Sakul, Saliloo, and Steel. They were cool critter like names. ninja ))

Drago lept forward towards steels side as he landed he turned and nudged him, "Got you" Drago said then sat down looking at Steel trying to figure out the best course of action to take

Steel tumbled to his back. He crossed his arms over his chest and pouted.
"Not fair big meanyhead." He went to the window and sat on the sill. "Go outside?" He asked eagerly.
((sorry I didn't post yesterday. I had to leave and didn't get home till late.))

"I'm not mean" Drago said pretending to be sad now
"We can go outside once you've had something to drink and a litle rest" Drago said "Since you where only asleep outside my house for about five minutes" Drago changed back to his human form and quickly mad Steel a proper place to rest and put out some more food and water, When he had finished Drago sat down on a chair, I hope he can get used to my human form

Steel was puzzled by Drago's sad face and flicked his tail under Drago's nose. Steel squeaking in surprise and jumped back a little when Drago changed into his human form.
"You not big fuzzy anymore?" Steel said questionly. He pouted when Drago told him he had to rest. So he quickly drank some water and curled up on the pillows. He pretended to be asleep and had no intention of falling asleep. But he fell asleep anyway and snored contently.

Drago sat and watched quietly until Steel had Fallen asleep "You put up a good fight, but in the end the body knows what it wants" Drago said and walked into the kitchen and made himself somehing to eat.
Drago walked back into the room and sat down on his large chair and began to eat whhile reading at the sae time keeping an eye on Steel incase he had a nightmare or something

Steel woke up a few hours later and rubbed his eyes groggily. He bristled at the unfamiliar surroundings but soon remembered where he was. He looked around for Drago and his ears shot up when he saw him.
"Play outside now." He asked eagerly. Even though it was full daylight and many people around.

Drago scratched his head and wondered what to do 'It's not too good an idea to have him in the open, I guess i could hide him with magic maybe'
Drago stood and looked out the window, "Sorry but i think i need to do this" Drago put his hand forward and a ring of symbols appeared around his arm. The sky became grey and the heavens opened and rain came down heavilly.
Drago watched as people began to scatter. Drago turned to Steel "we can go out after the weather has calmed down" he said "So I hope you can wait"

Steel's ears drooped and he looked out the window.

"She's coming around, Sakul." Grizela said. "She'll be all right in a few days."
Sakul sighed in relief. "I have only to find our child now. I have searched for days and I cannot find it. I'm afraid it has perished."
((Maybe we should skip ahead to when Steel grows up. Not just yet but soon. We'll make a plan.))

Drago during the rain had finaly made a spell "this should help the parents if I have done it right" Drago walked over to steel and petted him but durring the pet he place the spell on him.
The spell if it worked would send the messge 'Do not worry your child is safe with the Demon Drago, if you wish to find him look for the red flame that floats in the night sky' to his parents and relatives thanks to there ties in blood.
Drago looked out the window and the rains where still strong though his spell should have warn of "Steel I'll I guess the rains won't stop till Tommorow, If it's dry enough I'll take you around then"
(wether you allow the spell to work a bright flame can be seen by Steels parents at night showing the direction of Steel.)
(If you can think of a good way to go to adult head go on, my charecter won't change since he's a demon ^_^)

Five years later
Steel grew into a teenager and had learned how to change his form from Drigerwolf to human. He was enrolled in school with Drago as his father. He was in high school. He was an excellent basketball player and great at track due to his Drigerwolf self. He knew that Drago wasn't his real father, but he didn't know where to find his real parents.
((I would write more but I need to go. I'm on a hotel computer rofl that's how I have time to do this. See ya.))

(NP I'm just glad you where able to get online, Ihope all goes well for you and that you can get back online soon ^_^)
Drago watched as the direwolf aged each year trying to make his spell stronger though he wasn't sure if the parents would come since he didn't know if they where alive.
though Steel aged and his appearance change as he became older Drago stayed the same not aging in the slightest. Drago had become fond of Steel and treated him as a son though he knew in the end it would cause him heart ache since he would out live the poor creature.
Drago was at his home the place he and steel had me, he was prepairing a meal since he new the young Direwolf would be hungry after hislong day of school

Steel came in and tossed his backpack on the couch. He changed into his Drigerwolf self and pounced on Drago.
"I gotcha big fuzzy." Steel laughed, calling Drago by his nickname.
Steel leaped into a chair and was about to devour his dinner when he stopped short. He put his paws together and his head down.
"Sorry," He mumbled. "I forgot." Then he gobbled his dinner.

Drago smiled when Steel pounced on him and gave him a quick hug before he lept onto the chair. Drago was surprised though when Steel apologised "What’s wrong" Drago asked as he stood up worried "You've done nothing to apologise to me about" he said and walked over to steel and sat down next to him "Has something happened" he asked a little surprised at how Steel was acting

"I forgot to give thanks for the food is all." Steel said. "I still remember times before I came here." Somewhere nearby a wolf howled. Steel's head snapped up from his food and one ear cocked toward the sound. "Dad, do you know anything about my real parents?"
