A breeze rushed down from the sky, Kai materializing out of the wind as it reached the ground. "Good evening... Having fun without me?" Kai asked smiling. "What no rustling company anymore?" he teased spotting the grass retreating from Zera.

Arya felt the breeze, immediately glancing around for a sign of the neko, returning his smile when he appeared. "Good evening Kai. Oh they are, just a little." She sighed with a light chuckle, shaking her head a little. She touched her forehead with a hand, she should be used to this. Ah well.

Kai sent a cool breeze brushing over Ayra. "You shouldn't worry so much... Things have a way of going the course they are meant to." Kai smiled softly. "Besides... I think we are going to have our hands with these two." he said glancing over his shoulder.

Arya blinked a little at the sudden breeze, raising her eyes to Kai, tilting her head a little before a warm smile rose to her lips. "I can't help it, you know that." She then smirked, pulling her hair back into a ponytail so it would remain out of the way for the most part. "Oh definitely." She laughed lightly, oh yes they definitely would... But it would be a merry time nonetheless.

Kai motioned his hand slightly creating two super comfortable earthy chairs. "I think they may be awhile." he said smiling. He sat down, "Water?" he asked as a section of earth raised in between the two chairs, a small clear pool of relaxing water held in the indention.

Arya laughed lightly, sitting down in one as he took the other, nodding in agreement. "Probably. I just hope they don't destroy anything. This is my home afterall." She murmured, looking up at his question. "Hmm? Oh, sure. Thank you." She formed a glass out of light, dipping it into the water to gather it up, taking a sip from the glass.

Kai laughed. "I think a stone cage at this point would be approriate..." he said grinning widely. Watching as the fight discussion between the two were quickly boiling to a fight. He turned to Ayra, his face serious. "Any word on the probe thing?" he asked concerned and interested.

Arya laughed at that, downing the rest of the water with a light sigh, the glass dispersing into the air around them again. Her smile faded, watching the two with a rather solum expression. "They caught images of us. The humans have sent a ship that will arrive within five hours. There are military forces upon that vessel, i have no idea the intent. Most are hostile, but the researchers aren't." She told him quietly, turning her gaze to him then with a heavy sigh.

Kai smiled at her. "Well that just means we're just going to not give them a reason to attack us..." he glanced at the others. "Although that might take a bit more finess then I thought." Five hours... I think I could prepare a little warm welcoming... he thought smiling.

Arya sighed, grimacing a little. She had sent out her own, barely noticeable probe to the ship, she had caught some of the talk, and she was worried. "The fighters may attack us anyways.... They think us heretics and beings of witchcraft. I hope he listens to the head researcher. I think I caught her name.... Jessica. Jessica Rosen." She murmured, having to put up her telepathic walls since she had heard his thought. "It'll take plenty of finesse."

Brother Mathias stood stotically, staring out the window "Another thing that we do not believe in, A moment of laxity spawns a lifetime of heresy" he said, ignoring the small resaerchers obvious distaste of his fanatical faith "All of us are prepared to die in your defence, so heed our words Ms. Rosen" he turned away fromt he window and left the bridge, heading out for inspection.
Zera and Sherad stood a few feet apart, Zera's eyes narrowed to slits "Wasss that neccesssary elf? I do not appreciate a welcome, I sssimply arrive without fanfare!" he growled, stomping his foot once.
He towered over Sherad, but the elf wasn't detered one bit "Well hissy, maybe I don't care, I like to have fun where I can" Sherad replied, jumping lightly up into a tree "Besides, you weren't hurt, doubt they could hurt you're hard head" the elf stuck out his tongue and waved at Zera.
"Insssultsss get you only broken bonesss elf" Zera hissed coldly. He wanted to teach the elf a lesson, but that would get him nowhere. Instead, he spotted the pool of water. He let a grin cross his face, showing dagger like teeth. Sitting down at the pools edge he nodded to the neko and the angel "These humansss, what ssshould we expect from them, not jussst the militarissstic one..." he asked.

Jessica was ready to give up, there was no way to get friendly with this man. His reputation was the only reason she let the organization hire him. "Alright." She murmured, staring out at the stars. She noticed something flying away from their ship, narrowing her eyes a little as she rose from her chair, zooming in on what it was. But when she tried, it sent out a frequency that disrupted the feed so she received no info whatsoever, sighing as she saw it dart back towards their destination. Checking up on us?
Arya heard the two arguing, shaking her head a little as she rubbed her temples. Why must they always argue.... Sighing, she heard Zera come up to them, nodding in return with a calm expression upon her features. She pulled something from a pouch at her side, it looked like a thin pin that one would put on their shirt, but she pressed the tip of it and a holographic screen popped up, giving a crystal clear image of the inner part of the ship. It zoomed in on the lead researcher and then moved throughout the ship, looking at all of the people that were assembled. "Most of them are here for peace. Their technology is behind ours as well. Mostly, they want to learn, to understand, establish a peaceful co-existence much like we had before the cataclysm reverted everything back to the way it was before." She murmured, brushing her hair back.

Brother Mathias stood on a walkway overlooking the empty cargo hold. Or it would have been empty not for the five hundred XO Marines and their one tank. A fine force Mathias thought, chest swelling with pride. He walked along the walkway, watchign his Marines standing stotically, holdign their weapons in position, flame-throwers, missle-launchers, heavy-bolters, and even plasma rifles mixed in with the standard bolter.
"Brothers! What xenos will we reason with?" he yelled.
"None but the dead!" they replied in unison.
"What will make us fear them?"
"Not but the end of humanity, and even then, we shall hate them, not fear them!"
Brother Mathias nodded and dismissed the battalion, watching them move to inspect the ship again.
Zera snorted at the rminder of the cataclysm "How many are there exactly?" he asked, fidgeting with an armlet on his wrist. It buzzed and whirled, telling him the time and temp around him. He nodded and glanced at Sheard, now lounging among the branches of the trees.

Arya flipped through the images, finding one that showed a list of the crew, flipping through it with her other hand, seeming to type in the air that was the image. "Let's see..... Five hundred Marines, about twenty researchers, and twenty mechanics." She answered, looking back to Zera, the screen switching to show the various crew members on the ship.

He glanced at Ayra and whispered. "I don't care if you hear my thoughts. I'm a very open person..." he smiled. His face turned serious for a second, "But if the desaster happened because we are not meant to be in contact? These humans say they are here for research... But they bring an army who's only thought is our destruction. Perhaps they have not yet evolved to the point where they are ready for contact." He looked sadly at Ayra and gave a small smile, "But I hope I'm wrong..."
