Osaka because she's just so out of it! (A LOT like me!) She's also really really random and brings up the coolest topics. And i can do a perfect impression of her lol.
my very close to osaka character is Yomi cause she also adds a lot of humor with her fights with tomo. And how she's always trying to be right like in the IT episode where she goes," In...In...Internet...Technique?"

DanteVortex Osaka; -She might show up spaced out and dumb, but in fact she is always struggling with thoughts, thinking, wondering about things how easy they might seem. -She has a twisted way of thinking. her logic is one of a kind. -She's friendly and caring to others, doesn't take advantage of the weak and tries to be helpful. -She's mentally strong physically weak, but that doesn't make her useless. -fearless, clueless, yet already severely mature mentalwise. Therefor I like her the best since she has no scary flaws such as any other Azumanga character except for Yomi. mrgreen Now that i think about it you are kind of right, ms, kasuga is very when you really get to know her !

watchdawg77 sakaki-san is my fave character and she reminds me of myself, because she's quiet and loves animals! (but i'm not that tall or that gifted in the chest region.) Lol, me too! I'm 11...

My favorite character is Chiyochan. I am alot like Chiyo, small, smart, and loving to cook. I am nothing like Sakaki, I don't have, and will never get such a big chest (I can't imagine her bra size!), or be so quiet about things.

I LOVE Yomi, because she's witty and sarcastic like me. I also love Mr. Kimura...the man's got nerve, to work at an all girl school just so he can ogle over teenage girls all day long.

yomi.frillymonkeys I LOVE Yomi, because she's witty and sarcastic like me. He reminds me too much of myself. x.X No explaination. There's boys at the school. I kinda like Yomi. Not my favorite character, but like you said, she IS witty and sarcastic. That's a pretty good thing most of the time. I also like Osaka. She makes the most interesting topics of discussion. Just like me... Sorta. No, not really. I'm not like Osaka, but I still like her.

My favourite is Kagura, I'm so much like her, love sports and I actually have two friends who remind me of Tomo and Osaka! It's crazy, especially seeing that we all tend to fail our tests in University but combine our scores to give huge scores to say we've beat our other friends, (Who get annoyed because we're the only three who have seen Azumanga) Speaking of Kagura, here's some pictures.
