To be truthful, the leader chooses the name of the clan. Period. We elect a leader first. Then, the leader chooses the name. BUT we can make some suggestions for future leaders.

ok first things first NO NARUTO naruto gets freakin boring afetr a while I know I own a naruto guild but I do for roleplaying sakes,
I think the name should be chosen by the leader of the new assassin clan but has to be approved by the guild leader (Savran) and liek 2 of his chosen members,
and I think cleansing strike is an ok, name but first we must choose a leader,
I personally don' want to lead as my character will be a rogue assassin,
so any ideas????
I think galactus should lead cause I want to see more of his roleplaying skills cause I was thoroghly impressed by him in endless war,

1500 sounds about right to me,
cause we didnt invent guns then but we did have like the very first giant cannons that took an hout to reload and were only good for as an anti castle,
and thats were we have all the perfect medievil things which will work for the guild

Maybe we should come up with a map for Clan and update it whenever a new clan enters? Then it will be easier to keep track of things.
