I suck at conjugation, too...though at the moment my greatest trial in life is trying to figure out how to say 'fox' without a german dictionary. sweatdrop

I know a couole of the german modals (spelt that wrong) my favorite is wollen (to want).
(in a sentance) Ich will ein pizza essen.
wollen=will witch sounds like vill.
modals also move the other verb to the end (if their is one)

hate to burst your bubble, but... you have to learn the entire verb conjugation to be able to use it effectively.
I know but I'm learning. german grammer is hard. *sigh* now you made me feel dumb. and I know I used it right in that sentance. I know how to use modals I just suck at conjugation.

sorry that I was being so rude sad

I think its hard for non german people to learn things like ein/eine and der/die/das

Well , grammar is okay. Mosttimes you're using present , past and futur. But dont worry I'm german and sometimes I've got problems with the grammar too lol ^_^

Raina Kraven

I''ve been taking german for two years and love it!

helpfulness: "If it ends in "e" it''s most likely "die"

and most writing utensils are masculine, der bleistift....blah blah

Wow , I never realised that eek But "Die Ampel" is female too whee

Pizza is feminine hence 'die' or 'eine' Pizza. Not wanting to pick on you, but just a little side note.

I always use www.dict.cc It is a really nice English/German dictionary.

//
Guten Tag , meine Freunde. Wie geht es euch? Ich spreche nicht gut Deutsch , aber ich verstehe es.

But you can say "Hallo" or "Hi" too. Guten Tag is more...formal. Maybe If you''re talking to older persons or to persons who have got a higher job level then you have whee Also you dont need to say "Wie geht es euch" its easier to say "Wie geht''s euch?" or "Wie gehts" ^^ It''s a lil bit shorter ^^
You''d like to work in germany? Or just want to make holidays?
I''m living in Bremerhaven (in the north of germany) since two years
Have your parents got a job in the usa?

@chocfudge

Irgendwoher kenne ich dich *denk*
