"we shall see jean-claude, we shall see" hans says smiling as he snapps his fingers and all the other bad vampires turn and leave with him.
anita swings the gun to point at kat. "now its your turn to start talking."
"what do you want to know" kat asks in a growl
"who are you, what the ******** do you want with me and mine, and why did that guy keep calling you a beast master.. everyone knows theres only one master of beasts." anita asks.
kat gives a big sigh and turns and looks around "can we go somewhere more private? im going to be naked when i shift back" kat explains.
anita lowers her gun sure of her surroundings and the people around her."alright we can use jean-claude's office... you first kitty cat"
kat picks up her clothes and they file back into the back of guilty pleasures into jean-claude's office. kat shifts back so smoothly and quickly that even anita and micah are impressed.
"alright, to answer your first question.." she began as she started to get dressed. "my name is Kat Von-dell. i came here because i heard you had connections in the vampire community and the shifter community so i thought you could get these guys off my back. i did not mean to endanger you and yours. for that i am truely sorry. and as for me being a beast master.. it means.. i can turn into any animal, control any animal, and speak with any animal.. and please dont compare me to padma... the master of beasts is a joke compared to me." kat explained slightly arrogant.

what puzzle dear... and about damn time XD ) kat slinks around the door so as not to be mistaken for hiding, "well hello again.. ahhneeda is the name? so sorry to spoil your fun but as you obviously know from your reaction earlier... i realllllly didnt want to belong to that hans guy... but... at least "I" didnt run away" kat says smugly still upset from her earlier outburst. (and i dont remember whos managing guilty pleasures.. i thought it was willie mccoy but i could be wrong mew)

kat looks at cassie with a smug look "well yes... im facing the same fate as her if i get caught by hans and his goons but i stood my ground." she turns away and crosses her arms. "anyways im hear to talk to anita... not any of you." she walks slowly towrads anita and dropps to her knees and reaches out with her hands.
"what are you doing?" anita asks
"you are a nimir-ra, im greeting you properly." kat replied still reaching for her hand.
"but you said you were a beast master, so how does that tie you to the leopards?" anita asked suspiciously.
"my base animal is the leopard... which means i should pay respects to the leader of another pard... but not nessecarily to the ulfric of a pack." kat looks up at anita and pleads with her eyes. "please... let me pay my respects so we can discuss my business here."
anita reluctantly reaches out her left hand and kat takes it nuzzling it and licking it lightly. "alright thats enough" anita said quickly as the licking began. "now get up. everyone come in and sit down since it obviously involves us all now."

anita waits till everyone is in and seated and gives jean-claude his chair back. "alright... talk.. who all is after you?"
"well my last count was 8, and about half the vampire council. thats only counting the vampires, there are other supernatural beings after me too." kat explained.
"i noticed when you were dressing you had a huge scar on your chest... i thought shifters could heal anything?" anita asked trying to find a loop in her story.
"oh yeah i got that when i was attacked by a werewolf a couple years back. thats when this all started..." she began as she stared off seeing things that the others could not. "i dont know how they found out about us. probubly one of my family's "friends", they must have betrayed us and told the vampires about our existance. up until the attack i hadnt thought about wereanimals in my connection. i mean i knew i could change into them but not that i could control them, but when that werewolf was on top of me, digging for my heart, i thought 'its just another type of animal right' and i tried to push its beast back... and it worked. the vampires still got me since i was so wounded. when they took me back to their layer they ran meethrill over my wounds. thats dragon scales made into metal, it acts like silver does to lycans on us. they said they wanted me to remember the day i lost my freedom..." kat teared up now "the wanted me to do what they wanted.. wanted me to kill for them... they said if i didnt theyd kill my family. so... i did it... i killed 12 vampires for them, but when i got back they had killed my family anyways. when i asked why they said they wanted to remind me who was boss and that whatever they said goes." she paused for a long time now gathering herself. "i lost my mother, my father and my brother that day. but instead of accepting them as my ultimate master i turned on them. i learned how to use a gun very fast and after i got the meethrill collar off that was restricting my powers... i slaughtered them... and you know what... i enjoyed it." there were tears in her eyes when she finished, as if they wouldnt stay at bay. "ever since then ive been mastering any form of fighting style i can get my hands on. i took all the nessecary gun classes and i have permits for weapons that you only see in the movies. so im asking you again anita blake... will you give me your protection? will you let me join your pard so that i have somewhere to belong?"

its ok ive learned to accept it" kat began. " but i need somewhere to belong. youre lucky you belong to jean-claude now because hans cant just take you. i belong to no one so im anyones meat right now."
anita had been very quiet through her story and she looked up at kat now. "no youre not... youre not anyones meat now. i dont know you, or much about you but, you can be a part of our pard... know this though.. the second you mess up youre gone." she explained carefully.
kat burst back into tears and fell to anita's feet. "oh thank you anita.. thank you so much.. you wont regret it i swear." she held on to anitas legs as she cried and anita lightly stroked her hair. jean-claude came over and knelt down beside her whispering in french to calm her.

Cassies stared at Kat, Anita and Jean-Claude open mouthed and tearing at both stories. She blinked back tears and cleared her throat. "That's really horrible..." she said quietly. Everyone turned to look at her. "Can I ask a couple of questions?" She asked a little louder. When nobody said anything she continued. "I thought Anita was a human?" She asked, trying to be diplmatic.
"I am." Anita replied, wondering wher this was going.
"So why is Kat asking you for protection? I thought that was just a thing some lycanthropes did?"

Cassie made a small 'o' with her mouth. "I knew the Vampire hunter bit, I'm doing a class on you just now, but not the nimir-ra bit..."
"Wait a minute," Anita said once she had helped Kat the stand. "You're doing a class on me?" Cassie blushed, "Well, it's called Preternaturals In Modern Law. It's basically about what happens to vampires or lychanthropes or anyone else who gets convicted of a crime. Because you're the legal vampire executioner in this state you get mentioned a lot. Plus you have the Federal Marshal badge and use a lot of the more modern ways of execution. A lot of people aren't like that." Cassie looked at everyone in turn. "Is there anything I can do to help?"
Kat snorted at her, "are you being serious? You're just a human, you have nothing to offer us." Cassie smiled at her despite her harsh words. "That's where you're wrong...ok, I am a human...and I don't know anything about guns, but I have this." She held up her wrist which had a charm bracelt with lots of coloured stones and gold and silver symbols on it. Everyone looked at her like she was crazy. "My flatmate is a witch, she made this for me. It's a bracelet of protection charms"

(donttt playyy other peoples characterrrrrs!!!! *cries* kat wouldnt snort... and she doesnt say anyones just human because techniqually shes human. its ok in this rp to play the anita characters in turn but not ppl's ocs mew..)
