((we all pick one (or two in my case) character(s), and then we just jump in, assuming that everybody's read our profile(s) in the Interceptor section...))

Jack leaned over the side of his ship to see a couple of familiar faces. He grinned, his gold fillings showing. "Ah! Bigfoot, Storm! So glad you to see you again..." He made his way to the dock when a not so friendly face greeted him. "Oh bugger..." he mumbled.

"oh no you don't!" auron says, forming a white arm on his back and using it to grab michael once again, this time hoisting him onto the deck "he's all yours, admiral" auron says, releasing michael and teleporting to the top of the central mast, then spreading his wings

Jack blinked and looked up. "Ah, Auron!" he said, smiling. "You're here too? Well, it's just like one little reunion isn't it?" Jack stood on a box and cleared his throat. "My fellow theives!" he announced. "First off, it's absolutly great to see you all again, even if I do owe some of you money. In any case, I'm a bit short handed, and was wondering if any of you scruvy dogs would care to join me on a quest! What say you!?"

"good to see you too, Captain Sparrow" auron says, jumping down and landing softly in front of Jack "I would love to help you, but first we have to deal with a bilge rat" auron says, turning to michael and glaring

"Ah yes," said Jack, jumping down and walking infront of the pair. He looked him over. "Hm... well if it's a fight he wants, I don't see any reason to keep the man from his goal, do you?" Jack had fought Michael before, and won, so it was easy to say that he wasn't afraid of him.

Jill Sparrow ran a wet hand through her dark hair, removing it from her vision. Sliding the hand back into the washing up water. A hint of song passed the young girls lips as she worked. Her mother had been a no good wrench and her father was a pirate. The Redcoats on the island viewed her with suspicion, 'the apple doesn't fall far from the tree', the islands governor had said proclaimed. The girl was desperate to prove this wrong by helping out at the local barracks and other such places. She had several jobs including repairing the soldiers uniforms and such. To Jill Sparrow, work, like life, was a humans blessing and should be taken with both hands

"Well then!" said Jack, clapping his hands after a short pause. "If you would like a fight, Captin, I suggest we do it after a pint, eh?" He turned. "Anyone interested in signing up for my crew, come join myself at The Dead Man's Grave tavern!" He then threw his arm around Auron, explaining that they could use a man like him for the Pearl. They walked into the tavern, not knowing of one of the girls working there.

Out back, Jill continued to wash beer glasses and plates. Sometimes, just sometimes, the teenage girl would look out at sea and wonder... The Sparrow in her would fly to distant places, see that which few ever saw.. But then it would return to the cage she had created in her heart. It wouldn't do to have such thoughts. They slowed her work down and she may be whipped by the owner again.

Jack and Auron sat down at a table, followed by Storm and Bigfoot. "A round on me!" he boomed loudly. Perhaps it was the fact that he had been at sea for too long, or had visited Tortuga far too little of late. Either way, Jack was in the highest of spirits this night. "Oy!" he said, waving at the barkeep. "A round over here!" The barman nodded and went into the back.
"Jill," he ordered. "Round of rum to table three."

Jill sighed as she heard a loud voice. A part of her mind seemed to recognise it. Maybe a sailor from one of the other islands she'd worked on. Coming out, she ran a finger over her locket. In it was a painting of her mother on the left and her father on the right. She looked at both every night. Grabbing the rum, she walked towards the four people, cursing softly as the locket swang open, spinning in a clockwise motion so the picture of Jack would be the one people caught first.

auron notices the picture and his eyes close slightly "well, after we have a pint, I believe we should try and get you-know-who to join us, Captain" auron whispers to jack, motioning his head slightly towards kibo

Michael followed slowly behind them.
"Great... two of my rivals in one place."
He sighed, hoping they wouldn't start swapping stories of their victories over our poor villain while he was still present.

Jack looked up to see a pretty young waitress carring rum towards them. He smiled. "Ah, good day, love," he said happily. "Right over here, thank you..." He looked up at the waitress. She was quite a beauty, but there was something about her that was quite... familiar. Jack furrowed his brow. "I'm sorry, dear, but have we met before?"

[Ranu, are you seriously playing a girl? blaugh ]
Storm passed her pint over to Michael, grinning.
"With that attitude, it's not a wonder that you had your arse beaten two (or was it three?) times already. Come on, duckie. Just pull up a seat!"
Jack's words, however, made the drow look up at Jill. Storm was immediatly smitten by the young waitress. Still, it didn't take a genuis to see the Jack in the Jill.
