Altair focused on keeping watch for infected, as he sat inside the clock works. The loud ticking from the clock echoed throughout the tower as he watched the cobblestoned streets below. "That's an unusual one....." A guard from the royal palace that had been bitten was walking along limping through the streets dragging the rifle along side him. "Well that certainly is different......" He pulled a knife out ready to throw watching the thing walk around aimlessly.

Altair laughed a bit seeing Alexandra get the shot before him, and shrugged. Within seconds though he looked up and nearly fell from his spot in surprise. "Everyone geto down! the nocturnal infected are here!!" He yelled downward as a swarm of bat like creatures flew through the air making a horrible screech as they did. "Samson get the fire out!" Altair commanded seeing a big man run grubbily up the steps, standing on a large platform with a flamethrower on it. [Samson]"Got it Altair!" Samson then clicked the machine on and aimed upward lighting the sky up with a bright red fire, as the creatures dropped like flies. [Altair]"guard Samson!, don't let the things get him!" Altair yelled out as he watched the sky aflame with creatures.

Altair ducked down as one of the creatures came flying by leaving a small trail of fire behind it. "damn!...we need to kill these things faster. Somebody man the Mini-gun! Make damn sure you have good aim too! We can't waste ammo for that thing." He shouted below, as he checked on Samson who was doing fine keeping the things away. "How are we doing on the survival rate?" He asked looking down once more. [Radio man]"Doing fine! No losses!...." Altair smiled and looked out the small opening from the clock works. "You won't win this time.....no one goes." He whispered to himself as the creatures started to retreat from the clock tower, keeping out of range of the flamethrower, and mini gun.

Altair looked down seeing the girl all bandaged up. "Were you bitten?!...." He asked in a severe surprise to the situation. "If you've been bitten go see Flora, she stole some of the anti virus from Umbrella corp. when they made a street run to get to another base." He said keeping his wrist blade at the ready. [Radio Man]"We lost one! She's been bitten!...." [Altair]"Fix her up!...." Altair yelled in reply. [Flora]"Already on it!....hold still ok?" Flora reached her delicate hand out taking the womans arm and pressing a needle into the bitten area. [Altair]"Where's the one that bit her?..." Altair asked looking around frantically for any infected inside the tower. [Radio Man]"The window near the controls for the clock works!..." [Altair]"Die....." Altair then ran and jumped off the wooden edge free faling to the infected ramming his wrist blade into the skull of the body. A loud crunch could be heard from the landing as he pulled his blade from the infected leaving its rotting corpse on the floor. "Get rid of it....I'm going to check on Samson." He said walking off up the stairs.

Altair stopped behind Samson and turned on his heels facing Alexandra. "yes?...." He asked with a mild curiosity. The screech of the creatures and roar of the flamethrower behind him made it hard to hear her but he managed in some way or another to get what she was saying to him.

"We'll see...." Altair replied to the girl still in suspicion of her. "Ive been around plenty of people who've said that and found that they turned with in a hour of their words." He wasn't trying to be mean, just serious of the situation. "Just be careful of yourself ok?..." Altair asked concerningly.

Altair sighed in dejection seeing her run off, and decided he'll see to her in a minute. He turned his attention to Samson, who was still operationg the flamethrower. "Hey how's everything doing here?..." He asked shouting over the roar of the fires. [Samson]"I'm doing fine!...almost got bitten but it burned to a crisp just as it tried." Samson replied as he focused the fires towards more of the lucid creatures. [Altair]"ok....just watch out for any more of them?...hows the mini-gun on ammo?" [Samson]"It's at half now...and we don't have anymore chains of bullets for it." [Altair]"Damn!....is ti possible to find more ammo for it?" [Samson]"I saw a downed military caravan a few miles to the North East!....it might have the things we're looking for, and possibly more of the anti-virus. It had the umbrella corp. symbol on its side." [Altair]" Good! this is very good!....Keep this up i'm going to assemble a team for the morning when we try to find this." Altair then ran back up to his spot at the top of the tower, looking out seeing the creatures start to dissipate. "hmmm...." He then looked down and saw Alexandra sitting outside. Altair sighed once more and looked up attaching a small hook and rope to a tiny ledge. He then jumped out and swung his legs about the rope, letting his body hang upside down as he did, sliding silently downward towards the girl.
