A soldier who had been scouting the entrances of the resistance's hq had seen taelos talking to the mizukage and her gaurd. He had run back towards shikamaru's headquarters to report, the entrance of such a powerfull individulal. He was allowed past shikamaru's gaurd and knocked on his study door. "Sir.." he said calmly, hoping to get shikamaru's attention before the mizukage arrived.

Taelos approached, still going slow so as to guide the Mizukage.
Scerin sighed, hating the blindness. he disliked trusting anyone.

Mizuki was eager to get the whole situation over with so she could hurry back to kiri, and make sure that the village was still standing. "Are we close yet?", She asked her guide.

 Shikamaru sat straight up not noticing the paper stuck to his cheek," who is it come in!" he said groggily finally noticing the paper and jumping into his chair even though it was obvious he had not been doing anything productive mostly because his papers scattered everywhere

Taelos nodded. "Yes. we're here." he noticed the guard, catching his scent, and smiled.

"Sir, Umm Taelos is brining the Mizukage to speak to you.....Ahh you might want to ahh...take that paper off your face." The scout said hurriedly, knowing taelos probably wasn't far behind him.

Shikamaru looked down and quickly snatched the paper from his cheek," Thank you is their anything else I should know?" Shikamaru asked as he hurriedly picked up the papers around his Desk, as leader of the resistance faction I should atleast look organized, Shikamaru tought as he re-did his hair in the signature ponytail look he was so fond of.

Taelos strode in, the Mizukage and Scerin with Damon coming in behind him. "Yo."
Scerin sized up the guard and Shikamaru with a glance. he wasn't sure if he could take Shikamaru, but he could take the guard.

Shikamaru raised an eyebrow at the suddenly large group of people just pushing their way into his home, what a drag I didn't expect so many, and what disrespect, " I wasn't expecting so many visitors today, my greetings Mizukage-San," Shikamaru stood and bowed deeply at the Mizukage, Shikamaru observed all of the people coming in his home, he noticed nearly immediatly that the Mizukage was Blind, it wasn't hard to figure out as the village leader was being dragged around by one of their companions.

Scerin bowed slightly. "Greetings." Damon's tounge lolled out, a wolfs laughter.
Taelos nodded. "Got intercepted, Shikamaru. I'll be on my mission ASAP."

Mizuki took her blind fold off quickly and went to shika's desk. "So you're the leader of this reistance?", She asked him, not fully believing it.

Shikamaru looked at Mizuki with an expression of disbelief, how could she be so disrespectful," your ok Taelos just remember to be careful." Shikamaru then turned his full attention back to Mizuki," Yes as a matter of fact I am, is their a problem? Might I ask what your business is here?" Shikamaru leaned on his Desk in a Lazy manner as though to antagonize the Mizukage.

"Great. I was wondering if the resistance would like to join up with kiri in defeating the akatsuki.", Mizuki said, she had no problem with his laziness since she herself was quite lazy.

Shikamaru looked quite surprised at the Mizukage," J-Join us?" Shikamaru smiled as he thought for a moment about what was happening here, it could be a trap and the Mizukage is planning to turn us in as a token of good will to the Akatsuki," So Mizukage, how am I to know this is not some trick? I do not mean any offense but these are troublesome times and one can't be too careful?" Shikamaru laid back in his chair and put his feet up.

Scerin grunted. "You have my word. I am not quite of the Mist Village, nor of any village, but I know the Mizukage well, and I know she has the best intentions at heart."
Taelos stopped where he was, listening. he walked over beside Shikamaru, and would tap the desk if what they said was true or false. once for false, twice for true. He could hear their heart beats increase, which usually meant a lie. he tapped twice on the desk lightly now.
