she giggled and leaned back into her. smash put his hands on his knees and looked at the kids. "so how about we get some breakfast and do some excerizes?"

Mari smiled a bit and put her wire rimmed glasses on. "Are you planning on helping me feed the tribe today, Matthew?" Cyan giggled and started to jump on the bed inbetween them and Garreth just looked up at him.

she turned around and looked at her mother. "i know you don't like getting up but you don't have to kill us"
smash looked at her with a grin "hey now. i can do breakfast just fine."

Mari let out a laugh at what she said and got up out of bed. "The kids know you well, hun." She then grabbed a hair clip and pinned her hair up with it so it wouldn't be in the way. She grabbed an extra clip and then started to fix Raine's hair up in a lazy bun like she did to hers, letting out a small laugh as she did. Cyan stayed sitting on Smash's lap and Garreth got up when his mom did and stretched his wings out a bit.

raine let her do up her hair but she didn't like it too much. she always like having her hair down but her mother always complained that it doesn't looked good like that. smash gotten out of bed and lifted cyan up with his one arm. "yea i suppose they do"

Mari started to walk downstairs towards the kitchen with Garreth following her. She figured the others would be down soon and Cyan couldn't go because Smash was still holding him. Once she was downstairs, she started cooking breakfast and Garreth started to set the table and the smaller things that he would be able to do.

they followed down to the kitchen and raine sat at her seat at the table. smash let down cyan and helped out mari with breakfast. raine sniffed the air and smiled. she loved the smell of breakfast.

Mari found that it was easier to make scrambled eggs than cook each egg individually and she made some bacon to go with it. Garreth had started to make toast while she was cooking. He liked to help her in the kitchen. Cyan had sat down across the table right from Raine and started to make faces at her. Mari looked up at Smash and smiled. "Just pour them some milk so they can have something to drink. Garreth beat you to the helping."

smash turned and got the milk out of the fridge and poured everone a glass then placed them on the table. raine stuck out her tounge at cyan and took a drink of her milk.

Cyan had put his finger on his nose and pushed it up as if he was calling Raine a pig and grinned. Garreth had got all the toast and put it on the table, then sitting down beside Raine and taking a drink of his milk. Mari had finished and put two big plates with bacon and eggs on the table and started serving out portions to the kids before sitting down and getting some on her own plate.

she let out a growl but smash walked by her and rubbed her head "now now. let's not be like that." he sat at the head of the table and began to eat his eggs along with raine, who seemed to get over cyan pretty quickly

Mari was sitting beside Cyan and across from Garreth and started eating her food. Garreth looked up and past Raine towards his father. "What are we going to do today?" he said quietly.

he put down his fork and smiled at him
"well after breakfast we should go out and pratice our powers. i'd like to show you a few tricks while we're at it. then we can all go out to the park." raine smiled and looked excited "what kind of tricks? daddy has the best tricks."

Mari spoke up while she was eating. "Hey now. Mom has some good tricks, too. Some even better than dad's." Cyan smiled and was playing with his food. He still didn't practice as much as the other two because of his breathing problems. Garreth nodded and let out a laugh at Mari's words.

"your mother's right. i always liked your mother's tricks" he gave her a wink and continued to eat. raine just grinned and looked over the table "well just wait. soon i'll have the best tricks."
