Thard_Verad Two of the missiles collide and explode, but Porygon2 sens me a message: The guidance systems are operating on independent circuits and must be hacked individually. "Great," I mutter to myself while destroying another missile. Around HQ, Maul and Salamence watch helplessly as the jets drop their bombs on their targets. Enraged, they turn their attention to the nearest battleship, blasting a hole in her hull. It's not enough to sink the vessel, but she's crippled and taking on water. *A red light starts flashing* Private: Sir! The S.S. Blackthorn has been struck heavily. All weapons systems are not responding from her- General: Keep firing! Private: ...Yes s.sir! *reluctantly goes back to his station*

Sammy, who was now cursing herself for going into a panic, had only just realized that she had no means of transportation... Unless she wanted to trek all that way hanging onto Vixen's leg. She released her pidgey. "Vixen, do you think you could take me to the whirl islands?" Sammy asked. " crying crying crying " "... I take that as a no... stare " Sammy sighed, returning him. She had only one choice; she had to ride on Squirt through the ocean. Great; it helped a lot that she couldn't swim.

Ginji senses Sammy's plea for help. "Hop on" he calls as Pigeot flies closer to the forest, and landing underneath a nearby tree. "It won't be safe here soon."

Maddy, who was just about to recall Empoleon, thought against it. "Sammy, you can ride along with me and Empoleon if you want. He can carry both of us."

Ike's message arrives just as I finish off another pair of missiles. Using Strike Wave was exhausting and I had to rest.
*gasp* "NO!" The message could only mean one thing: HQ was lost.
[To Porygon2]: "Pory, send Xatu to HQ! They're evacuating and some of them may need a lift. Destination will be Whirl Islands. I know it's a long way for her to try and Teleport, but we need to do this."
I abandon the remaining missiles, recall Sidious, and speed off to recover Maul and Salamence. The two of them were dodging AA fire and trying to attack the second battleship.

He looks down and spots Sammy attempting to swim with Squirt, but get picked up by Ginji.*

"No, you don't mind at all, do you Pigeot?" Ginji asked the bird who replied with a cuckooo. "Next stop, Whirl Island!" he smiled as the two headed off into the sky, hoping all the data at HQ would be safe. Or at least protected. "What do you think will happen next?"

"I think that Archie is in for a world of pain next time we see him." Sammy said, but this time not in her usual joking tone. Sammy looked down at her clothes; she was still wearing her pajamas! These will be known as the 'drama pajamas'... Sammy thought, shaking her head.

"I hope." Ginji sighed. Could they stand up to Archie now that he had destroyed their home? Would they be able to find the strength to fight? "How much hate and anger will it take to destroy him? How much will it take to destroy us?" Ginji asked in a deep tone of voice.

Ike: *Climbs his way up to Lugia's shoulders and hangs on for dear life. The clouds of smoke were giving everyone a way to pass the attackers. They seemed to focused on blowing up the landscape to notice the escaping Aquans.* Ohh mann.... *Looks through a break in the smoke to find a bombarded land where the HQ once stood. He felt sick to his stomach as the view slowly fell back in the distance.*

Maddy was sitting on Empoleon's back, watching HQ slowly become a small burning dot on the horizon. "I wonder if it'll be hard for you to swim past the whirlpools..."

"Really? I'm pretty sure "Ruining attempt to flood the world." is a pretty strong motive for crazy person." Ginji countered as he hung on to Pigeot tightly, so they wouldn't get flung off.
