KB: I agree on your fear of Maggots, and slicing. Since you have shared what hapens in Hellraiser... I am NOT to see it. Oh, and the following is in white text, because it is a bit graphic. (Not sexual, but just graphic.) It's about why I do not like Maggots, or Cutting, and blood. So Highlight the next open space to see what I type, or else just leave it if you do not want to be grossed out. ^__^
My cat died a few years ago, and he had an open wound on his leg (Caused by a cat fight) And I bandaged it up so we could take him t the vet in the morning. A day passed, and on the morning I was going to school, I was going to change his bangage off of his leg, and what I thought to be a crap load of Pus (I can handle Pus.) was actually a mass of freshly hatched fly maggots. They fell out of his wound, and onto the couch where I was changing his bandage, and i did not notcie they WERE maggot until they started to crawl around, ON MY HANDS. I was bitten a few times by them (They eat dead flesh, so they were helping my cat's wound.) and then I ran screaming out of my house, and up to a neighbors house before school. I cried so bad, cause I loved him so much, I didn;t want to see him go. (That and the maggots freaked the hell out of me.) To this day, I am horrified of Maggots. My cat died from intestinal Cancer. There was a mass inside his Stomach, either to be a tumor, or worse, more maggots. ~Le puke.~
NOW. For cutting.
I am not so keen on seeing movies where people are either: Razored, Slashed, sliced, ripped apart, bleeding, impaled (Stabbed), or whatever it takes to make blood shine it's bright red.
I can take shooting films, yeah, sure.
28 Days later: When the guy gets bitten, and he is trying to wipe the blood off of his arm. ---> Freaked me out.
I've had a time in y life where I drug a dry towel over an open wound. It made that nails on a chalkboard feel to my arm. I pass out of someone near me has an open gash, or an open fracture. Skin being sliced or peeled/broken open is one of the things that horrifies me.
SO ANYWAYS... Have fun eating rice, and try not to think of what I just typed...
(In High tension, this guy like... kills off an entire family by slicing them up with a shaving razor. ICKY!)

I can handle slicing, I just don't like when people take advantage of the weaker minded..It makes me feel icky. I'm sure on some level I could enjoy watching someone disabled run into walls, simply because it'd pump my ego and make me feel superior, but that's just iddle thought. I'm much too compassionate to act that way in real life...
As for maggots, they gross me out. I hate bugs that enter your body, so I try hard not to think about the ones that do. I also hate when they're in your food, or garbage. They're just gross and annoying. I think maybe if I saw a GIANT maggot in the street eating cars I'd laugh, but if a torrent of them swarmed me I'd be sickened.
As for blood...well...I've already mentioned how I feel about that. <3 I just don't like people who do cutting for show, or walk around saying "The pain is the only way I know I'm real." or something equeally melodramatic. I mean, I used to be scared of vampire movies when I was younger, but then I began to like vampires..I hated zombie movies..now I like zombies...So really blood holds no effect to me. I mean, some things make me feel a little queazy, and I'm sure if I was in a room soaked in blood up to my knees I might throw up. However, I'm sure I could revert to a form of apathy and simply let it pass by, if not enjoy it.
