Because technically, since I already told you that I wouldn't trade with you, unless you gave me a million more then what it was worth, you just donated all that to me. Damian isn't normally nice, should he be nice now? -contemplates-

yes you should *sigh* it isnt nice to take advantage of rich stupid people. especially when it doesnt help you at all. . . I am sure whatever he gave you doesnt make the tiniest difference in what you have

I am sure whatever he gave you doesnt make the tiniest difference in what you have It doesn't count much to what I have, but its still humorous watching him beg. You'd think someone would be more careful before trading like 1.5 mill in stuff on accident. I'm discussing it with my mod friend right now what I should do, because I'm in a good mood, I might, I dunno.

I just spoke with a moderator. She said I was within the rules, and to keep all the private messages handy, just in case he tried to report me. That way, I have proof. However, he also stated within the thread in the Questions and Assistance forum, so he kind of has proof upon him every which way he turns.

He sent me a trade regardless, knowing that he didn't have enough. He didn't put a title in it, he just put items in the trade. I accepted it, because I in part took it as a donation, since I told him that he couldn't trade me less then that. He accepted on his part. Am I within the rules of gaia if I keep the items? If he starts claiming other things, keep the PMs handy. The items may be part of a trade he wants to make for the scarf, totalling 1 mil or more. Keep that in mind. It was seen by the Questions and Assistant people, because I put a thread up. They said that I was within the rules. He made posts there saying that he accidentally hit accept instead of cancel. If that is the case, since he traded his stories twice, am I still within the rules? You can either give back the items or take them as a donation. It depends on you I guess. Those buttons are close together, who knows he really may have hit it by accident. I know its up to me, I'm just asking if I'm within the rules to keep the items if I so chose to. I'm not saying that I have chosen to, I might just give them back out of pity, but I'm saying if I chose to, would I be within the rules, off of the facts I've given you? I'm just asking for a clear yes or no answer, cause I don't want to get in trouble if I choose to finish off my quest for the D-tail with these items. Yes.

First Tek Tek isn't reliable. Second: Nitemare scarfs are worth more then 2.9 mill and even if they weren't, which they are, he'd still be under my 1 mill marking.
