Yes it is. I have fifteen spanish channels. You know ou're in a primary Mexican living environment when...........
1. you drive down the road and see 10 of them piled into one truck.
2. you have fifteen spanish channels and not one of htem has subtitles
3. you cannot drive up to a fast food place wihtout hearing a spanish sounding voice..
yep. that's the test, right there.
