"Ton will be glad that it is going to good hands. You can pick it up at your lesieur. It's in a locked chest at the foot of my bed. I'm sure you'll be able to get it open." She chuckled. "I'd offer to get it myself but," she waved a hand vaugly.
Ashlyn swayed her tail abck and forth, nuzzled Piper a bit. It's okay. I'll be here for a time yet for you. I promis I'll look after your home for you. She continued to sit on the steps, and gave Kieran a beaky smile for the pat and the compliment.
"No, dear Kieran. I will stay with you for now. I am used to your shoulder now." He smiled. "I will see the Oracle some other time, and greet her pleasatly, without want or need for anything in return. She probably doesn't get a whole lot of that.."
Iris bowed. "I will ride however you wish me to, Mame. And I will deal with it accordingly." She looked to the Zephyr, looking a tad intimidating.

Tarathiel smiled, "Of course."
"So. What have we been eating lately?"

"Good. and it's not an attitude, Piper. I'm just concerned, that's all. lets get this taken care of. The more we find out, the better prepared we'll be. and yes, here's teh map."
He took the map out of his pocket, and handed it to Piper before he reached out, turning down a lamp to create ample large shadows..ran Nightmare into one, and outof another in front of the place Whirlwind had made a map of.
"Anyone home?"
Dismounting off of Nightmare, and touching Malvolence lightly, just waiting for Piper to come.

She blinked as he bliped from existance in that shadow, taking Iris with him. A slight sight as she looked at the map, then she showed it to Serino."Alright, this is where we need to be, think you can find it?" A nicker was her answer and a little rear into a gallop before he melted into the air...and almost ran into the side of thei building when he popped back out. Whoa building...didn't expect to be that close. So as Serino skidded to a stop, he dismounted, walking over to Nightmare and pulling Iris off the fire breeding horse...who knew when Nightmare would get it in her head to buck. A look back to Serino to make sure he was fine before she looked back to the structure. "Better than catacombs."

Malik and Piper appeared in front of what appeared to be a stone mound, with several human made carvings in it. The ground was grassy, save for anything burned away by a nightmare's appearence. There were realatively few shadows in the area, as the ground seemed to be slightly illuminated.
There was a sever lack of necromantic energies in the area, the result of some enchantment designed to diminish the ability of the undead to enter the area.
The ground had many tracks in it, most notably the minotaur's and the numerous human visitors. The well nearby was high with clean water, and the door was bared with iron. The sign above it read in several languages, "Knock and Introduce yourself."
Malvolence felt perticularly heavy, as though something was draining its strength, or at least, inhibiting it. This same inhibitance was mimiced in all of the enchanted gear or animals in the direct area.

Rand's voice stoped a moment, and she seemed to have disconttected. A shakey voice floated out though, after what seeme a very long pause. "Doesn't think he has a heart?" Gods, it had taken her thousands of years to solve her own problem. Sugesstions, suggestions...
"Do your best to keep him in company. It was solidarity that further deepened my own depressions. Try and and get him around people as much as you can. It might take a while, but amybe he'll start picking up on other people's emotions." Goodness, tyhis was difficult to talk about.
Irsi was pulled off the tempermental horse, which she was not sure that she had enjoyed riding at all. She blinked, looked up at the keep. And she wondered again at what her purpose here was.
Meilikki cleared off her table, fixed her hair a bit, although she had no idea what it looked like anyway. "We mostly harvest the seaweed just off the water here. Sometimes beef." She shrugged. "Meat's been getting harder to get, and gold has been dropping in value."
He took a seat behind the old wooden table. "We have guests."
Aella took a seat to the left of Meilikki, setting her staff across her lap, and trying to look like something fo a threat. So far, she had managed to be almost as intimidating as Tanundra. Almost.

Tarathiel shoke his head, "Guests... Was that Malik's voice I heard?" The drow smiled softly. "Well, I guess we should be ready." Tarathiel walked near the hearth, and tapped the hilt of a scimitar against the stone, creating an echo that travelled up the hearth.
He smiled. "I hope his horse doesn't mind the field. It is to keep away nasty creepers and crawlers. Frigin rust monsters always eating the metal... Always the metal."

"Would have made nice additions to the maze though. I miss my rock spiders. They did so well in keeping the uncommited away." She sighed. Tanundra's humming my no longer work now, with that grass.
She looked over to Aella. "Are you all right? Being a body gaurd isn't always easy."
"I'll be allright."
"That heavy set man threw out your hip last time."
She corssed her arms. "He was really heavy. But I doubt that I will get anywhere near to tossing someone out bodily."

"If you would like, I know someone in the spider business, we could have a few very nasty things in there a couple of weeks. Since, no one wants to touch them..."
Tarathiel gazed half heartedly at the door. "You would think he could read at least one of those languages."

She smiled. "Will I be able to pet them? I was on veery good terms with some of my other spiders..." actually the idea had peaked her interest. She loved monsters.
"I'm sure he'll be along any moment now."

Aella, examining her nails a moment, was very aware of the silks she still wore. Malik was a slave trader, he's treat her like a slave if she continued to wear her salve garb, no? Putting on a pair of pants did not really diminish this view. She stood, figured she'd have some time before Mlaik came in. Maybe the horses had gotten skittish or something. She nodded to Tarathiel and the Oracle. "Excuse me a moment." She went to the bedroom, to see if she could dig out a suitable shirt.

"She would not have this problem if she just would wear the armour I gave her." Tarathiel commented, noting how she glanced at herself before treading into the room.

The drow smiled softly, then considered how strange it was to actually here that name from Meilikki. "Do you know my real name?"

She smiled a bit. "I do. I had gotten the feeling," ha, understatment, "that it is not well known, or used." She turned her blind eyes on him. "Do you wish me to start using it?"
