Ever took in a sharp breath as Musica gripped her sides roughly. She continued to glare up at him, but she still managed a small smirk.
"If I wanted to gain your approval, I would use manners. But I don't like you, so I don't care."
She was furious.

Ares moved away from her, and she felt like death. Not for Evermore's sake, but her own. It was like getting her heart broken all over again... she could feel the tearing. She stood off to the side and didn't even say a word. Not one. There was nothing to say. Aphrodite didn't beg, but in that moment, she was probably as close as she would ever come to begging Ares to be hers again. Hers, and not Evermore's... and Aphrodite would be all his. She could invoke her promise, of course, and make him swear to be her lover... but she had grown out of that. No, if Ares ever did want her again, he could want her under his own powers. Not hers. Reaching up to her eyes, she was surprised to find them wet.
A sharp pang of anger flared through her, and her head locked onto Ari, who was looking at Evermore and Musica like she either wanted to: a. Throw something, b. kill Evermore, or c. kill Evermore via strangulation. Either way, this made Aphrodite angry, and not just angry but disgusted. How could she sink so low? First Ares, then her son, now Musica? How many men did she need in her life?
She wanted to do something, but her promise to Ares kept her from it. She had sworn not to mess with Evermore. Damn. She had better watch herself... she was making powerful enemies.

Ari's happiness at Ever's unhappiness was short lived. She had moved away from Aphrodite and Ares and had grabbed Musica. They were now on the dance floor, and getting their groove on. Ari had never wanted to make anyone disappear more than right now. The only question in her mind was: How could she...? How could she?!
Ari looked around, numbly surprised that there was no Nessa. Nobody to stop her. Ari began to weave through the crowd as gracefully as a ghost. It was almost as if she was one the way she moved... almost as if she walked through people rather than around them.

His nails were beginning to dig into her flesh as she spoke to him in this cruel tone. It was really pissing him off. "If you hate me so much then get your hands off me, but I don't think you really feel that way. That or your just so desperate for a ******** that you'll sink so low as to forcing it out of a kind man such as myself." His lips turned to a snarl as he looked down at her, wishing so much he could beat some life experience into her thick headed skull. Thor's hammer couldn't even do that he figured.

Nessa wanted to cry for Ari,and for herself. She was whiter than white now, and shaking as if she had hypothermia. These events here were escalating whatever the future held, and it wasn't a good thing. How could a party determine the future? She didn't know how, but it definitely was. Evermore was being a Class-A b***h tonight, and Nessa had had a few of those back in her school in America. She momentarily reflected on the depths girls would sink to to get revenge. She then saw Ari move towards Ever. Oh Christ.
Though she felt ready to drop, Nessa leaped over the banister and plunged into the crowd. People moved... for the most part. She began to shove people out of her way like a football champ going for the touchdown. Or something like that.

Ever had to close her eyes slightly as she felt Musica's fingers dig into her. She couldn't stop a small thrill of pleasure from coursing through her.
But when she opened up her eyes and looked back up at Musica, anger was still in her eyes. "Well no one is keeping you here."
She leaned up, allowing her front to brush up lewdly against Musica, hoping Ares was watching, and whispered in Musica's ear. "And believe me, I am in no way desperate to get laid. I do quite well with getting my own men with my own devices. I don't have to force a damn thing."
Truth was, there was only one man she wanted, but she didn't think he wanted her. Well, not JUST her, and that was important to her in a romantic relationship. She needed fidelity.
THIS, all of this, was why she hadn't wanted to get involved in a romantic relationship in the first place!

Ari was there. Right there! If she had perhaps moved a little faster, she could have had Evermore. As it was, Nessa got to her first. She leaped out from between two people, startling Ari. Ari tried to make one last dash for Ev, but failed because Ness had her by the waist. Ari was kicking furiously, but Nessa was taller, and held her off the ground. What little color that was left in Nessa's features drained out of her from the exertion of holding Ari back.
She glared at Evermore. "You totally don't deserve this! I ought to let her have at you... I could use a laugh," she grunted as Ari swatted at her head. "... You're lucky I'm nice enough to know Ari will regret ripping your pretty little face off in the morning. Then again, I'm not promising anything at breakfast tomorrow!" With that, she turned around, dragging Ari with her.

Ever's eyes widened at Ari's and Nessa's sudden appearance. They widened even more at the confusing actions and words.
By the end of it, the young Fury was glaring fiercely and she yelled back at them. "I heard Ari say she was single! She has no claim, and this isn't even about romance!"
She glared up at Musica. "I bet you just love having women fight over you. Well I'm not one of those girls. I don't get involved in 'cat fights', as they're called. I think it's pathetic. If anything, the woman should get angry at the man for being unfaithful to her, not the other woman."
Ever turned her gaze to Ares and frowned at him. Was this affecting him at all, or did he honestly believe that dancing this way and the way he had with Aphrodite completely okay?

At that his strong hands loosened on her, till only his fingers were brushing against her skin. "I didn't ask for this in the first place, you commanded me in a desperate way. I can tell something's wrong so I thought I'd help." He then closed his eyes and rocked back and forth, barely paying attention to her rubbing herself against him for that split second. Nothing that a girl hadn't done before, not that exciting anymore really. In fact, Musica was almost tired of females for a while. Guys were in his agenda tonight, but unfortunately for him it looked like it wouldn't be going that way. "Since you have such luck finding your own men, why do you need me? Can't have been that many, I can tell that you've lost your virginity only recently if at all. Your behavior is quite naive." He didn't even notice Ari or Nessie moving through and jumping into the crowd. All he could do right now was try and figure this Grecian out, which was without much luck.
((EDIT, good god people wait on poor little me D: )) He paid little mind at the two girls actions near him, in fact they didn't even concern him. Ari was single so she said, so what the hell did she want from him? Was he to remain her 'buddy' forever and not ever get any? Such naivety, perhaps if he had been with her sooner she'd be a little more mature, but she's just too much of a kid for him. Looking back at Evermore he shook his head. "I will actually admit I don't, too much drama is a bad thing to me. In fact it's been so damn awful lately that I wasn't even planning to get with a girl tonight. I was just gonna let tonight be a night with the guys."

Ever felt like she was being rejected left and right, from men, women, friends and now people she disliked. Gods she was pissed and hurt. And now she was embarrassed because of the virginity comment Musica made.
She pulled back slightly and looked up at him. Her cheeks were bright red with anger and embarrassment.
She sighed, though, and tried to speak sincerely. "... Thank you... for wanting to help. I guess both of us like to help others if we can, despite how others might view us."

Nessa had been lecturing Ari all the way through the crowd. "... and you need to think more before you act! How could you be so stupi-- OH!" Nessa said faintly. She dropped Ari, who made an angry exclaimation, but suddenly looked to her friend.
She looked like a statue, for she was perfectly frozen with her eyes open in terror. Then, everything went into motion. Nessa suddenly became reanimated, staggering around like she had drunk too much, and gasping for air like she was drowning. She sagged against the wall, still gasping like a drowning kid. Something wasn't right.
Ari watched in a sort of horrified fascination as her friend got back to her feet, and looked like she might be ok. Then she began to cough. Horrible, wet coughs like she was hacking up a lung. Or blood. She dropped to all fours as she coughed, and by now, all the people near them realized something was wrong, and were silent. Nessa's limbs gave out from under her, and she lay sprawled on the floor, her eyes vacant and staring. If it wasn't for the slow rise and fall of her chest, she could be dead.

"Holy s**t!!!" both Akira and Kilala(mentally) said at the same time, before jumping up and running over to Nessa and Ari.
Now, she would of gone over to Evermore and asked what the hell happened, but Nessa looked like she was about to faint and an angry Ari was a little more important right now.
Kilala transformed, but they both froze when Vanessa started gasping for air and walking around drunkingly, then when she fell and started coughing badly, they both snapped out of it and ran over.
Akira kneeled over and looked up at Ari worriedly.
"s-should i use my healing claws..?" she asked, as Kilala licked Nessa's cheek gently.
