I like my head D: I don't know the person in question, but if it were me I think I'd rather get wished a late birthday then not at all...especially if I actually cared if someone remembered, then I probably would be more likely to be mad at them if they never said anything rather then to say it late. In paranoialand, everyone who "befriends" me is either faking it for politeness (which I've mentioned plenty)...or is a scam artist. They want me for something. An easy target. A gullible slave. Sometimes more material things, if they're talented enough; in paranoialand, anyone who talks about their awful financial situation is making it up to get money from "friends". And there's no escape. If people decide to tell me the truth, that they don't really care about me, there's nothing I can say or do to convince them to let me live in obliviousness, because nobody cares about my feelings in paranoialand. Those who aren't just being decent people acting decently in decent society? They all want something from me. And there's no way out. No way to keep thinking they're my friends if they decide to drop the facade...to hurt me...

I'm having a moral dilemma involving if I should make the death of two prison inmates in a prison for esper's gruesomely disgusting and overly detailed or simplistic and not as disturbing, or even somewhere between those two extremes. They have to die for the antagonist to demonstrate the abilities he gained from the forbidden findings of the protagonist.

Some of my secrets are not really secrets, but facts that cause everyone who gets to know about them major migrene.
