Hurdy: Take everything you earn from this point forward, and start sending it to a separate account. Just the gold and like items you get that are below 500 gold. Keep your 38k, just send everything that isn't worth anything to the separate account.
Don't touch it for a few months once you've traded everything continuously. Then When a few months are up, you'll have ALOT of stuff lmfao.
I sold mine and got around 200k just off of junk items I got in a few months.

I bought it for 45.5K. . . and the only offer I have gotten is like 41K

I don't donate to gaia, so what does my job have anything to do with it? My job handicaps me by not allowing me to rp or earn gold as fast. I had old friends, but none of them wanted to help me. So yeah.
