If you mean the sactuary on the otehr hand, I only arrived once the citadel was put up. Never set foot in the sactuary.

Yep it was still the Santcuary, then right after Hellius left it became the citadel, which Matsuo joined, then left...

sweatdrop Um, actually the Citadel is a different location all together. The sanctuary thread still exists. The sanctuary itself was abanndoned, and Mastema raised the Citadel, an abandoned human city. Completely different 100%
