[OOC:] It's all good ^_^ And my summer's gonna be really busy, but I'll make it a point to try and post here if I neglect all others, haha. After playing harp for a while, Chloe had decided that Lute had the right idea in taking a nap. She'd tired herself out with all the action earlier. She'd looked around the room, easily finding the other bench behind her and curling up on it. She was soon fast asleep, her mind twirling around. [OOC:] I saw the Pirates movie this afternoon and every time they showed Phillip and Serena, I was only thinking of Hakaru and Kai, lol.

[OOC:] You suck! I wanted to see that!! Lute moved onto the balcony and into the moonlight. Somehow he could sense the rays of that celestial body. He smiled softly and leaned against the rail. He couldn't hear any shuffling from inside. Chloe must be asleep. He sighed softly and looked up towards the moon. And began to sing. "So many times out there,
I've sensed a happy pair
Of lovers walking in the night.
They had this sort of glow around them,
It almost looked like heaven's light..." [OOC:] I'll wait for CHloe to wake before I get to the good part. XD

[OOC:] Teehees. I'm on summer break; I'm gonna be seeing a lot of movies. Chloe shifted in her sleep, but quietly. Something woke her up, though she wasn't sure what. Well, until she heard a voice singing in the room. It was dark now, and a figure was blocking the moonlight from coming into the room. She blinked, waiting for her eyes to adjust, until she realized it was Lute, and that he was singing. She smiled a little, but didn't say anything, not wanting to disturb him. [OOC:] We're gonna have Disney songs throughout this RP a lot, aren't we?

[OOC:] Don't judge me. Disney has the best music. Lute didn't hear Chloe shift and wake. He still basked in the moonlight, singing softly. "I knew I'd never know
That warm and loving glow

But suddenly an angel has smiled at me
And kissed my cheek without a trace of fright

[OOC:] Not knocking the Disney. I'm making plans. I think one day, every single character will have their own Disney song. Chloe's smile fell after listening to Lute's song. She frowned and stood, trying to make as little noise as possible as he continued to sing. When he finished his song, she was standing just a couple of feet behind him. There was only one way she could think to respond to what he'd just sung.

[OOC:] I love that song!! Lute jumped, hearing a song reach his ears suddenly, but he recognized that voice. Chloe? How long had she been awake? Had she heard him? But then he listened to her song. And something inside him couldn't help but reply. "All those days chasing down a daydream

All that time never truly seeing

Now she's here shining in the starlight

If she's here it's crystal clear

[OOC:] Yeah, the parts are so weird after that. Is it just me, or does Rapunzel look fifteen and Flynn late twenties? Am I the only one? Chloe smiled again as Lute finished the song, and she took a step closer to him, tilting her head. She almost wanted to say something, but she couldn't think of anything to say.

Lute blushed as his mouth stopped its rebellious betrayal of his feelings. He heard her step close to him, waiting for some word out of her, or some other noise. Oh he was so embarrassed now. Now Chloe knew his other secret.

Chloe smiled more as Lute blushed, now. No words, she decided. Not to mention, her family was known for their element of surprise. She leaned forward quickly and gave Lute a small, soft kiss, before pulling back, her cheeks bright red.

Lute's face erupted and he promptly lost his legs, making him fall onto his bum on the ground, his face might as well have had a tomato splattered on it, it was so red. He swallowed hard, glancing up for Chloe, wondering where she was. He was, after all, still blind.

[OOC:] Finally an accurate portrayal of how we all feel when embarrassed, lol. Chloe tried so hard not to laugh, but a giggle still escaped as she crouched down in front of Lute, who was probably as red as she was. "Sorry," she squeezed out between giggles. She put her hand out to cover Lute's, so he could have a general idea of where she was.

Lute glanceed to where her voice came from and his hand, getting where she was. He just swallowed hard, all tongue-tied. He couldn't get a single thing out of his mouth. Part of it was also confusion. Was she laughing at him? He couldn't tell if it was happy, or laughing a him like he was some jester to entertain her. Like the laughs of others usually were.

"I guess I should apologize for that, too," Chloe said sheepishly. She removed her hand from his, nervous now.
Elsewhere in the darkened castle, Razz had figured out the perfect prank to pull on Yumi. He'd spent all day figuring it out to make himself feel better and less guilty. After all, wasn't it he who'd told Moore that Lute was blind? So, it was his fault the poor guy had been hurt... He hadn't meant for any of his friends to pick on Lute. So, he'd put all his efforts into the giant dragon head he was now wheeling down the hall to Yumi's room. Inside its mouth were some flares that would give off enough sparks to hopefully freak the girl out, but it wasn't dangerous. Nothing would catch on fire. He hoped.
