and Hono Doesn't use gates ^_^' think of it a little like the "beaming" in star trek.. only Hono finds the place by following the flow of magical particles.. she breaks herself and whoever she is touching down to their base particles and moves them along the lines of power through the world and then rebuilds them... magic moves faster than light more often than not whee , and that is how she can be in one place one minute and 20 miles away 2 seconds later sweatdrop
there is a smaller disruption in the power in the area when she rematerialises people.. that is usually bled off in her sparkles so that the disruption doesn't result in mass destruction xp

The "God" leaves a magical homing beacon at the place of disturbance and then the avatar can use the currents of magic to find that exact location
