Right so that'd be latent, and a large portion of the surrounding area/zonage. Cause...it's just a leetle town/village you know. S'like nuking an ant. xd Which in and of itself is a funny as hell thought.

Latent is new*shrugs* we can always make it better... besides the fact that I can't really think of any reason why we would worry about it... beyond the fact that it is a real city, and Rei you should think about the reprocusions involved in destroying an entire city!
you would be seen as a terrorist, the scum of the world.. no one would want anything to do with you beyond hunting you down an killing you

sweatdrop crap... I really like the idea of redesigning and entire city... I only get to play a little with Lament
I don't think you would make a good terrorist Rei... sure you can manage a mass murder of untold NPC's anyone can do that sweatdrop
but I think you would get frustrated by so many players suddenly munching themselves out of danger. I mean we all know that Hono can be here, and then on the other side of the world in a matter of seconds, my bounce is a patented technique 4laugh , but I only know of a few other players who can create portals or gates... but I know every player will refuse to go down without a fight!

That part I am not so worried about.
Because if they don't die in the destruction or .. die during occupation phases..
Then whoever decides they have the balls to thwart further destruction will possibly die in the event.

what did you have in mind for occupation? I mean we are talking about a very large amount of Meta-humans here, despite the destruction not very many would be cowed...

Occupation Phase is just a key event that sets a tone/stage. It's not really anything you can do something about.
If you want to DO something you'll have to enter the event for answers.
