Well, if it was a kid, I can forgive him. Because Kinnikuman is an 80s cartoon, and ultimate muscle wasn't that popular in its 4kids run. So if he wasn't a teen then whatever.
I did get called a "creepy cosplayer" while being Kinnikuman. An Orochimaru who said he had Gene Simmons tongue got nothing.
WTH?!
