ananda082001 Pilbo CARPE DIEM and other great latin phrases! Trivia....I have Modico Gravis tattoo'd on my back. See if you can figure out what it means. I'm working on it. So far I've gotten as far as "Gravis" means "Heavy" or "Serious". "Modico" keeps coming back "Match not found though. xp Moderate, within bounds. It's been too long. Modica, modicus, something like that. Ordinary, undistinguished.

But that still doesn't tell us exactly what it means, or more importantly, what it means to him.

Hmmmm...I think I have an idea. I remembered a poem he posted about his father and explaining his tatoos. One section says,
"You have inspired me, at least in the words I wrote Upon my back, Modico Gravis, real quick, here's the meaning, Life is not fair, so deal with it, and you will come up gleaming."
So it could be some kind of combination of "limited" and "important" or "grievous" Something that symbolizes that even the serious, painful stuff that happens loses its power to weigh you down, if you don't let it.
I don't know if that's right, but it's a start. redface

Perfumes tend to bother me too, but I've never burned incense before, so I don't know if it would bother me.

I'm not sure what gardenia smells like. I'm not usually a fan of flowery scents though.
