for the next three days... er... nights... my posts will be slow or I may not end up posting at all because I am going to be busy, I'll do my best to squeeze in some time... as for today, I'm just too tired to post and I have to have a shower >.< sorry

Mass Effect 3?

I'm betting its mass effect 3

sadly no >.< I wish I had ME3 but I don't... the actual reason for me being busy is mainly the art and also some personal reasons which I'd rather not discuss

So quiet in here.... eek

I have not been online too much this week....partly due to the nice 80* weather and partly due to work ect. It's been a full week for me and tomorrow I am leaving to go out of state for the weekend to go to a friend's wedding. Internet will be very limited...actually my data plan is already maxed out so I won't be on gaia until I come back sunday night, well more like monday afternoon after I get off work perhaps....but even then my hubby is taking that day off work so in all fairness I have to say that I won't be able to post for Pleonasm until tuesday. Luckily nothing else is critical at this time.

People I want to have lots of fun new posties to read when I return! Keep things moving! ^ ^

So in horrible news.....

Some a*****e broke into my house today while my husband and I were at work.

Stole our two tv's. My. Nice. 55". ********. Tv. That. I. Bought. In. October. That. I. Play. Skyrim. On. Every. Day.

So yeah. bad times.

In relatively good news they didn't take my laptop or the ps3.... I'm hoping they don't plan on coming back...and yes we have an alarm but we beat the cops here...why it took nearly 45 min for the god damn police to get here I have no clue...home owners insurance will cover it all likely but I get so angry at ******** too lazy to get a god damn job that they steal s**t from hard working people like my husband and myself. Second time in the past year our house was broken into. Last April it was jewelry they stole but yeah. bad times. And before anyone says anything, yes, we are seriously looking at moving.

That is the worst... I live in a bad neighborhood and my house looks pretty crappy... strangely enough, that's the best robber proofing strategy. So yeah, just move into something that looks like that. Of course, you'd trade that for not being able to go outside at night...

On a side note: I'm going to post in the quest I'm in later tonight

So I've calmed down a bit about the whole breaking in and stealing tv's thing. By the end of next week we should be getting reimbursement from our home owner's insurance. And I should promptly have another nice tv. (Of course the thought of whats to stop people from kicking in our front door and stealing our tv again is worrisome.) My husband and I have decided to go ahead and start fixing up our house in order to put it on the market as soon as possible. Ironically our house looks pretty shitty from the outside (both the neighbors on either side of us have nicer looking houses then us, guess its just our luck) but we want to move as soon as possible from MO to KS. We live not too far from the stateline and its a better/safer place to live over there. So no idea how long things will take, I know housing is probably still lame right now ( I don't really keep on top of things like that ) and it sucks that our house had depreciated in value nineteen grand since originally purchased, but we just want the hell outta here. I'll take a safe apartment over a house in an unsafe neighborhood. I have a two year old for heaven's sake. I don't even feel safe taking her out in the back yard now. ><

On top of all that my husband daughter and I have all been fighting yucky sickness since wednesday. Blah.

I hope you sell your place quick and get to a safer place, even if it is a smaller place, just somewhere you, your husband and your child can live in peace together. I know it's pointless for me to say this, but I'm saying it anyways. I wish you the best of luck.

I hope everyone feels better soon, oddly enough wth the amount of times my home has been hit with sickness, I haven't gotten sick in a couple of years.

Work. Too much work. Basically that's all l do then come home and try to sleep but insomnia is a %!#$& and l end up laying in bed till l get too bored and end up reading, watching stuff on netflix/tv or drawing. Though that's basically my past month in a nutshell with the rare occasion where l'll go to hang out with a friend of mine. But it's cool, l've got a kitten.

don't know what happened but after attempting to fix the garage door think pulled a muscle in my back, but I think a little more happened because now it hurts when ever I yawn or take deep breaths >.< to think... we didn't even get the blasted door fixed either >.< serously though, I've moved 2 AND 3 seater couches on my own, no pain, the moment I help 2 other full grown men with a garage door I get hurt XD how does that work?

Any number reasons. Is the door vertical or horizontal? Did you lift or pull with your back, and not your legs and core? Did you shift your weight while supporting a large part of the door with your shoulder, and not other support?

Eh. Manual labor isn't easy, but it ain't hard neither.

I do a lot of carrying. Helping people move, doing sculptures, hefting molten glass, hell, even walking around the house doing chores with my girlfriend on my back. She's almost an inch taller than I am, and outweighs me by twenty pounds, but I'm used to it. If you take good care of yourself, stay limber by running, and remember to lift with your legs, not your arms, it's much better for you.
