"Well then, how about a quick summary?"
*I rub my chin for a moment while I gather my thoughts*
"It was about two months ago (maybe a little less) that we had our final showdown with a monsterously huge pokemon called 'Tentacruel Prime.' To try and protect itself, it created a warped space that manifested as a sphere of green... something. In the end, we dispelled the cloud and destroyed Tentacruel Prime. And that's when things started going sour.
"Television reports started casting us in a bad light, accusing us of things we didn't do. Eventually, Guille Hideout [Gi Heed-ow], president of HoennTV, appeared in a news conference demanding that we be stopped. Just over a week later, the Hoenn National Guard paid us a visit. The few Aquans here couldn't stop an entire army batallion, so they ran. Troops raided our lab and computer system, stealing Kyogre's DNA sample and some key files.
"Oddly enough, no news of this raid was ever broadcast. Steven dropped in the next week to try and shut us down. Brian managed to convince the Champ that we weren't as bad as HTV was making us seem. To prove our innocence, Steven invited us to help raid a pokemon poaching operation, run by none other than the Legendary Brilliance Gang.
"The raid went as well as could be expected, and Steven brought along a cameraman to catch our good deed on film. But... somewhere along the line someone tampered with the film. Yesterday's news accused us of being part of the poaching ring!"
*I pause to let that sink in*

"You can ask, but I'm afraid I don't have the answer. My guess is that the two are connected, but right now I think our main concerns are Steven and HoennTV. Some Aquans think Steven set us up, but I have my doubts."

"Would Steven really betray Drake just to get at us? Either way, we need to get in contact with him and find out."

"I wonder if any aquans saw Steven, anyway i'm not that sure but since Steven collects rare stones, and this is just a thought, i think that if any aquans go into caves they should be on the look out for him and report anything they find. *pauses for a second to think* "And also why would he betray Drake?" "He's the Champion of the Elite Four where as Drake is the fourth member of the Elite Four, this is really confusing. "There are just too many holes for me to think Steven did this on purpose"

"That's a good idea. But I wonder if he'd be pursuing that hobby at a time like this? If he's trying to get rid of us, he'd be working on the next step of the plan. If someone else doctored that video, he's probably pretty ticked about it."

Ginji smiles as he walks back into his room and looks for something to do. "Hmm." he looks at a stack of paperwork in the corner of his desk. "I'll put that off until later..." he sighed as he searched HQ for something else to do. He sees a faint light in the distance as he walks up to it, it says the words: "Become a Ref." Ginji looked confused at first, but it sounded like a good idea, so he started to run to the library and study to become a Ref.
((I think OOC posts are okay, as long as you don't overuse them. I could be wrong though...))
